    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    @virginmedia my 77yo mother waits 40 mins in a phone queue. Explains the account/billing issue. Person puts her on hold for another 45 mins until she hangs up. And this is acceptable?

    @virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

    @virginmedia I am a very disappointed customer I was on hold for 15 mins finally spoke to a advisor on the retention team who placed me on hold and then the call dropped on hold again now and it’s been 30mins and no answer 😔

    VIRGIN MEDIA TECHNICAL SUPPORT Made out my V High Ping was my fault. Made me take on a support package before they would further assist. I was waiting for an ambulance. They kept me on the phone from morning until ambulance came. Nothing fixed. I was very unwell. Very Unfair!

    @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

    @virginmedia I received 2 phone calls which your customer line assured me were nuisance calls. I cannot do without a landline until 28th. I was told that the tech was cancelled for the 12th and rebooked for 28th. No mention of compensation, no mention of I would be without a phone. Very bad
