@virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace of a company with simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You have disconnected my service and after numerous calls and promises over 4 days I still have no service. Pathetic!

@virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

@virginmedia The website says it's fine. When I called later, though, it said they were working on a problem and would text an update. That was 12 hours ago

@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

@virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

@virginmedia we've had no broadband for 2 days, for 2 weeks it has been cutting constantly. You make it impossible to contact you, this is about as poor as customer service gets.

@virginmedia so each day she clicks on it says it will be fixed that day, then when it comes to the time it says it will be fixed it changes to the next day and just keeps doing that but there’s no fix as of yet
