Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!
-

-
Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia Why would I run a wired speed test when I have no wired appliances? I pay for a wifi service...
-
Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England
@virginmedia I understand that but in the meantime I'm paying top whack for a sub standard service effecting BB and t.v. with no resolution date, not really good service

Victor Kaufman-Bartfield (@VictorKaufman) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England
Quite apt that @virginmedia use the nil point British #eurovision2021 entry as their hold music - reflective of their customer service.

Miss Handsome Pants (@_AudaciousAngel) reported
@virginmedia I answered my land-line a short while ago to one of your agents, with very poor English I might add. When I asked if it was a sales or marketing call as I am working from home today, they hung up. Rather rude I'd say and not very professional
-
Maxime Kappler (@MaximeKappler) reported
@virginmedia I dont have an account with VM anymore I can't post anything on your website. and I find it impossible to contact the customer service. That is inacceptable for a company like yours!
-
Sue Arnold (@Tonysue101) reported
@virginmedia Tried to contact but can't seem to get any help. Not very tekky. Everything is great in the middle of the house but upstairs and in the lounge have problems. In the front garden no problem but in the back nothing. Can't move the WiFi thing
-
Uzair Mansoor (@uzy1990) reported
@virginmedia I did not move to another world. I moved 2 miles away from my previous adress. I will take it to you guys on the court. Its not my fault, if you are a **** company and does not able to cover london.
-
hgc1305@gmail.com (@hgc1305) reported
@virginmedia I’ve never ever spent 1:30 hours on the phone to a company to ask for a WiFi booster! It’s absolutely ridiculous that this wasn’t resolved in a matter of minutes
-
windoggydog (@viteboywin) reported
@virginmedia Long story short, losing Data when making a call. No access to internet at all while on a call. Been thru same process 2 or 3 times with call centre, told the same things, and had the same outcomes. Never happened with any previous device or network
-
SydenhaMural (@sydenhamural) reported
@virginmedia Just checked an already a known issue with TV/Internet - says an engineer is on the way and estimate fix by 7:15pm... was just hoping it would be something as simple as you lot turning something off and on again and it being fine much sooner (!)
-
d2w_v3s (@D2wV3s) reported
@virginmedia Every day for a year pretty much.... I wonder if you can tell why I'm sick and tired of this mickey mouse operation? Your a bunch of clowns running a network which you probably think runs by magic. That's the impression you give anyway.

Rebecca Coyne (@Rebecca_Coyne) reported
