@virginmedia No, I wasn't and that's why when customer service couldn't offer anything close to the competition or your own "new customer" offers I cancelled, prior to the first tweet. If you valued your existing customers, then once out of contract, you'd be able to offer similar deals.

So @virginmedia are putting up my bill by £4 a month after many faults and interruptions of service this year. Says internet isn’t affected by the weather but had at least 4 or 5 occurrences this year of faults. #mightleave

@virginmedia Please don’t try to diagnose a router fault on Twitter... just get your dismal support team to replace the router, which I have been trying for 8 months

@virginmedia It's so difficult speaking to customer care as they do not listen to your needs. I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay

@virginmedia I’ve got through but still no one can answer my question. It’s getting rather silly now. I can’t understand why no one has knowledge of new areas you are now covering - I just want to join as a new customer!

Why do Virgin Media have to choose today of all days to 'improve' our service and leave us without any broadband or TV for the next 'few' hours 🙈 It had better be fixed and up and running in time for the England match or I will not be happy!! #Lionesses #FIFAWWC #Eng #ENGUSA

@virginmedia - Out of contract and tried to switch to a deal on your website. Customer services refused, claiming the £250+ more a year option I'm on is the best you'll offer. I ended up cancelling, as I'm not paying over the odds - sad I have to leave though & hoped for better!

@chlooeeeexo @Virgin @virginmedia Their answer and excuse, for months is that they're doing work in the area. But online reports I've pulled up show the router constantly showing 'critical warning' because it is constantly resetting itself and is faulty. Tried everything! It's replace it or cancel at this point.
