    @virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

    @virginmedia Hi, yea rebooted a few times. Left it a while etc. Service says everything should be fine, but by the looks of Twitter others in my area are having issue too

    @virginmedia Yesterday evening. It was a call centre in Asia, in which they couldn’t speak very good English and sounded scripted. Very impersonal and never called back. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia My Children have noticed lagging on their game stations for approximately the last month & the Issue with the phones been connected but not connected has been nearly 2 weeks (this time around) & progressively getting worst. When we ring up, they can't even perform a line check..

    @virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusted with this service. Decided to change to another service provider, given 30 day notice only to find Virgin will not release the all important TELEPHONE NUMBER before 30 days up. How SPITEFUL Thanks for that😡

    Well @virginmedia my TiVo box is stuck in starting up mode (2 hours) and needs a technician, not available until Tuesday. Piss poor service and your telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting for you to get in touch 🤬

    Writing this using O2 mobile network at home because my @virginmedia fibre is @unreliable. Cannot get to the internet or stream tv but on mobile data it was effortless. Considering going back to BT as they seem to be more consistent.

    Thing with the @virginmedia hub 3, it will just randomly drop your connection and VM will say that there is no issue in your area. Try to contact them about it and they say you either have too many devices or something isn't set up properly on the user end

    @virginmedia what an absolute joke! Told something would take 5 working days and nearly 2 weeks later this has not been sorted. Registered a formal complaint on the 26th July and was told I would get a manager's call back in 24 hours. Now on the 31st July and still no call.
