I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.
