    Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

    @virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    @virginmedia having some problems with internet dropping out every few days and my live TV is jumping like mad. When I reboot everything it is OK for a while and then same issues again. Any known problem?

    @marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

    52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable

    @Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    @virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    @virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

    Hi @virginmedia just wanted to ask we had an engineer come to fix our Internet he got DS sorted but said we need the network team to boost more power to our connection and should be this week but nothing has been done yet! How long does it take for it to be boosted?

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done this and so has my neighbour it says there is something wrong with router I.e not set up right but that’s not true both our broadband cut out at same time and so has a friend who lives not far

    @virginmedia Just had an odd issue with my Hub3. All LAN Ports were dead. WIFI OK, but anything wired had no internet. Flipping the rocker switch didn't help but when I pulled the plug for about 5 minutes and powered back on everything came back up. [1/2]
