@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

@virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@virginmedia Can’t use o2 on PC or on any mobiles. On mobiles if we switch to data we can. On PC it says ‘this site can’t be reached’ and on mobile we get a link to a screen that doesn’t open. But with data no problem.

@RoscommDan @dylansmith_97_ No worries. At least it’s on BT Sport 1 this time. When BT decide to put it on PPV you have to be a Sky TV, Virgin Media, or BT Tv customer to get the PPV legally which is bollox.

@virginmedia We didn't manage to speak to a manager directly - the representative told us that we would be emailed confirmation. (we've given up expecting phonecalls back from anyone - we've been promised managers, resolution team members representatives - but never a callback)
