    @virginmedia my son would be safe in your hands and now thanks to your operatives the battery life he did have rationed has been used trouble shooting leaving him with no help, no contact home and at a time when there is a global emergency, you are happy to leave your customers..

    @virginmedia Yes delivery date was yesterday 27-9-22. Abysmal service this. Spent all day yesterday to get the right address and all day today! It's the same address as where the service is setting up. How difficult can it be to send out equipment to the right address!

    @virginmedia Mate that service page is a fallacy. Every time the fix date is pushed back. It's also now irrelevant as we've cancelled our contract. What I would like to know is why the two complaints I sent on Saturday (and today) haven't been registered?
