    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    @virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

    Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

    @virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

    @virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

    @virginmedia , having intermittent issues with Virgin Media internet at WV10 6EG area, disconnects for every 2mins, tried to reboot. This is now become everyday issue, When I run it say no issues, really frustrating while WFH. Very difficult to contact CS people.

    @virginmedia I’ve apparently reach my daily limit of 6 checks each returning no fault however I have absolutely no internet or tv and it seems many others on Twitter also having issues. Why are you not able to find a fault that clearly exist widely and have ur website function correctly.
