Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

@virginmedia waited for 25mins to get through to discuss changing my contract gave all my details put on hold and then cut off, despite having my number and mobile they haven't even tried to call me back great customer service

Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

@VirginMediaIE I want to leave Virgin Media but they will not speak to me so I suppose the best way is to just not pay the bill. All I wanted was to speak to someone in the "so called" customer loyalty team but after several weeks of trying I've given up and moving to Sky . Pity

O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!
