I was on the phone to them regularly in Kuala Lumpur or some foreign outpost. I would never use them again. Rogue company and basically stole from me.

One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.
