    @virginmedia absolutely pathetic service, trying to run a business that relies on taking cards payments,I switched to you for the secureness of the line over fibre, since I’ve switched I’ve had more down time than standard internet! Callled up told nothing can be done until 9am!!

    @virginmedia No days no known problem but clearly with so many people waking up this morning and posting on twitter issues there must be an issue somewhere. Eg one of your switches down or dhcp server not issuing an IP to the hub so it can’t continue

    @virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

    @virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

    @virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

    Not surprised re @virginmedia especially on the TV side - my issues remain unresolved following my attempts to reduce my tv package without being given the assurances or certainty of what channels would actually be removed and what would remain!

    Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

    @virginmedia Again, why is it so complicated. Designed to frustrate the customer and so they stick with the more expensive package. Your team member could not understand my basic request, which is very concerning. Listen back to the call. Play it to @ofcom they have my consent to listen to it

    @ryanricardo76 @virginmedia Having problems on and off with mine again. It works for three months... problems for six, etc. Can’t even steam a movie on one device atm. Call for support. Same thing every time. Always say there’s no issue. Must be our devices. Think, at £50 a month... time to change.

    @virginmedia So now I can't get into my account YET AGAIN to pay my bill. I changed my password but now I'm told I only have a secondary account and can't access billing. I went through all this crap last year and had a nightmare with your woeful call centre. Had enough now.

    @virginmedia My contract ended Feb 6, but got two further incorrect bills. Advisor said these will be cancelled and that I could cancel my Direct Debit, which I have done. Call cut off after 1 hour (!) so don't know if all actioned. Can you confirm my balance is zero please?

    @virginmedia Still very poor. My weekly chat with friends I had to turn my WiFi off as it kept freezing. My contract ends along with the discount. I will not be paying more for this

    @virginmedia It's a poor process if you don't even acknowledge that the account has been marked to cancel. What happens come the 11th March and it doesn't terminate? I have no proof I've even spoken to someone to cancel my account.

    @virginmedia We have virgin media business internet - no problems. We have virgin media tv full package and phone. Three set top boxes all very old. Currently we cannot get catch up or on demand on any box. Terrible service from virgin media.

    I have never used a more incompetent company than @virginmedia poor customer service, absolute poor quality equipment. Hub 4 worst thing ever. Boosters not working the out of stock. Ring back at the end of the month and said they would send two new tower 1/2
