    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

    @virginmedia Sorry but it’s Wednesday - not a weekend or a bank holiday yet! With the catalogue of issues I’ve had with your company I think it’s pretty appalling and next time my contract ends I won’t be fooled into renewing by empty promises

    @virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

    @virginmedia waited for 25mins to get through to discuss changing my contract gave all my details put on hold and then cut off, despite having my number and mobile they haven't even tried to call me back great customer service

    First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

    @virginmedia so I've just renewed my contact and been upgraded to the hub 4.I was told I could scan black spots with the connect app to get a free booster which you now had in stock.The app and hub 4 aren't compatible and there's none in stock either?What do I do?Cancel contract?

    @virginmedia its wired and wifi. it was fine yesterday but at around 8pm tonight it got bad again. i checked my quality monitor and it's once again showing massive packet loss. our internet is practically useless on the evenings this happens until the next day

    @MicksterNoonan @virginmedia @joelycett We have had problems. Trying to cancel our Virgin account but can't get hold of anyone to cancel it. Meanwhile they collect £60 per month, want to change to £24 per month so costing me money.

    @MicksterNoonan @virginmedia @joelycett None was cancelled due to a house move as my new installation is booked in. THEY needed up and BLAMED ME. After 3 hours, a formal complaint and 4 calls a further call got me through to a useful agent who explained cancelling your installation fixes it..
