    @marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

    @Benleo @virginmedia They ruined my Christmas in 2023. Whole day on phone sorting issues with father in laws broadband then 2 site visits ending up with me throwing my vape at TV and a bill for £1000. Horrendous company

    VIRGIN MEDIA NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE YET AGAIN MY INTERNET HAS DROPPED OUT BUT NO OFFER OF SOME REFUND COME MR MUSK HURRY AND GET THAT SKYLINK HERE IN UK SO I CAN GET RID OF POOR SERVICE FROM VIRGIN MEDIA.

    @virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

    When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

    @virginmedia My broadband hub has no power at all, and it seems the solution is an engineer in the middle of next week. How am I meant to work until then? Can’t you just post me a new hub?

    @Benleo @geoffspark1 @virginmedia Once the broadband firms hook you in good luck even finding a number to call them if there’s a problem. BT have told me I won’t be getting by Broadband back for a week……it took me about an hour to find a complaints email then they closed my complaint without fixing the problem…..all total *****.

    @Benleo @virginmedia About 15 years ago I sent them 25 emails in a month to customer service regarding my internet drop outs. The day before I was due to switch they called me, he said it's my job to convince you to stay. Told him about the emails and it was too little too late. He agreed and hung up

    @virginmedia No I’m aware of the power outage so all I want to do is watch tv which is fine. There’s no internet yet, it’s the message constantly flashing up on the screen that’s annoying. Once u have seen it once, u shouldn’t need to see it again, but every 10 seconds it’s there
