    If you have to return equipment to Virgin Media do not let them arrange to pick it up as they will cancel three times and then charge you for not returning it.

    @virginmedia we have tried to cancel put contract with virgin for over 2 weeks. We have called 5 times this morning and been cut off EVERY time. We want to cancel TODAY. Someone please DM me. We are escalating this to the ombudsman. Ridiculous Service.

    @virginmedia We received an adv notification of works but now we're told that the outage will be until 3pm! That's not 1 hr! How can I run my business with constant VM connection probs! + was on hold for 30+ minutes to the complaints team, someone picked up & hung up!

    @virginmedia I was told by CS repeatedly that an outage was in area & affecting many in W8 area. Problem to be fixed earliest today. Issues with internet connection too. If problem not resolved by 5pm I want Engineer to visit and fix. No more excuses please.
