    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    @virginmedia I have not as I’ve given up trying that way. But during Covid times and the lack of customer support Virgin and many others have made it virtually impossible to cancel online. Yet happy to keep emailing me my Bill reminders. I was told in Jan my account could be cancelled

    @virginmedia I cant sign in im afraid, the girlfriend cant remeber the password, and where it asks where she was born and birthday she puts them in correctly but its says thats wrong each time weve tried, and without speaking too 1 of your team on the phone its come too a standstill.

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve done that a number of times. I just have incredibly unstable WiFi, and some devices can’t connect at all. I should be getting 500mb! Am I within my rights to cancel the contract as I’m not getting the speeds or connection im paying for?

    @virginmedia Yeah, we spoke to them. They’re the ones who said it would be fixed on Saturday. It hasn’t been. Apparently it’s down across west London. Need it back ASAP cause this is beyond ridiculous. Many of us are working from home, we need wifi.
