    @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia It's fixed now. It usually is within 24 hours (though my area suffered a 6 week outage a few years ago). The problem is the frequency of outages. If there is a loss of service 1 day a week, it's not usable for remote working.

    The actual audacity of a @virginmedia staff member on the phone today! Incredibly rude, ignored me & refused to talk to me when I was clearly asking Qs and trying to help, and then asked a family member not to share their details with me, no doubt so that I couldn't report them!

    @virginmedia What makes this even more frustrating is that I *am* on the account as somebody that can speak to them about account issues, and they still refused to answer me even when I asked direct questions - I was literally blanked until the family member spoke instead.
