    @virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

    @virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Use a cable to connect for your interviews and stuff. Virgins wifi router is awful. Another option is buying a different router and just using the virgin box as a modem. There's no guarantee that would fix it. The best fix is another ISP.
