    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia ask Kath she knows it is going into the hands of The Police now the 7 days are up so a letter will be in the post today with all the Evidence, I will be switching then to EE who have helped me out, and have Excellent Customer Service I have had my phone and wi-fi for ages at EE

    @virginmedia I see I have had another npreply email today about an outstanding overdue balance, I have tried to ask you for help, but you refuse and you cut me off 2nd April so you can't charge for april, so today letter will be in the post with this threat to The Police

    Cancelling Virgin Media such an awful experience. Visit the website which tells you to phone and then directed to the website. Then speak to someone who offers a 'deal' that involves paying more.

    @virginmedia after being in hold for 30mins someone picked up the phone and then cut me off. And now I'm on another 30min hold. I'm absolutely raging. I no more want to have to spend an hour on hold to cancel my father's subscriptions a week after he's died.

    @virginmedia I've had a couple of calls claiming to be from you. Poor quality line and poor quality English on the other end. Claiming we have an internet problem and asking us about number of devices and how many lights are on our router. Is this legit? Our internet is fine.

    @MissVioletWolf Actually been having a similar issue with Virgin Media, every now and then my connection will just cut out for a few minutes and after 4 calls they still claim theres nothing wrong. so damn annoying.
