We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia @DeeSingh86 I live in N16 and I have been having the same issue as @DeeSingh86 for now 3 consecutive weeks. Intermittent connection, both WiFi and Ethernet cable. Makes it impossible to have MS teams work meetings or play PlayStation in the evenings...yet, I am paying full price.

    @virginmedia There are no issues with the service. All good. The issues are when I’m more than 4 feet from the router. Less than 4ft I get 100Mbps. More than 4 ft I get 0Mbps.
