What a conplete waste of time Virgin Media are now a Customer for 23 years and treat you like something they wiped off the bottom of there shoe all this Kath was wanting to do was not help me with finances regarding my bill but wanting to get my home phone fixed so I can ring..

@virginmedia John I have done just about everything to get this working, I believe there is a new pod on order, but still not sure as I've had no written confirmation or call to confirm. Re concerning the dropped calls I was making a formal complaint when the call dropped at 6pm

@virginmedia Main issue is that the router and entry into the building is at one end of the flat and my home office is at the other with 3 walls between them. Looked at your 'wifi pods' but they dont seem to be in stock?

@virginmedia Nope, its not possible to move the router from where it is so there is no way one router will give the coverage i need... any chance your mesh solution is coming back soon? Really dont want to have to pay hundreds more to buy extra kit just to use the service im paying for...

@virginmedia When I call VM..you already have a pre recorded message saying it's a very complicated issue that you are working on trying to fix.... although online it's green with no know issues.. obviously lies...no texts either that I registered for any updates..
