    @virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    @virginmedia any known issues broadband off S65 area pc hard wired no internet . phone connected to WiFi without internet. Re booted router etc my status no known issues

    @R_M_Jewellery @ComplainingCow Do most service providers not offer internet without a landline? I thought it was common practice nowadays. I know Virgin media have been doing it for years as a standalone service but not within their packages so much.

    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia I tell you what I will do I will send another letter to Sherwood Lidge and tell them how I am being treated after 23 Years a Customer and you have no Customer Service, no email and not interested in Customers only automated robots soon as in work I will switch I can't use it now

    @virginmedia ask Kath she knows it is going into the hands of The Police now the 7 days are up so a letter will be in the post today with all the Evidence, I will be switching then to EE who have helped me out, and have Excellent Customer Service I have had my phone and wi-fi for ages at EE

    @virginmedia I’m assuming it’s to give me an excuse as to why I’ve been ignored. Or that I got fed up with waiting and dumped them. I’m waiting for a call from a manager NOT customer service. Maybe #rachelbarrass or #karenwalker. Both lied to me in a generic letter.

    @virginmedia Thanks it took me about 4 hours per day over 3 days to get help on WhatsApp. I understand everyone is under pressure with Covid but no other company is as bad as this, it was shockingly disappointing.
