    @virginmedia What forums? I have a fault so phoned Virgin who ‘booked’ an engineer who never arrived. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

    Is there something wrong with @virginmedia at the moment. Got a very very crap speed of less than 1mbs #virginmedia #virginmobile in the S40 area. Can't log into my account either? 🤬 This is happening far too often for £69 a month!!!

    @virginmedia No problem, and thank you for sorting it out quickly. May be worth making sure telephone staff tell customers about call out charges as I had no idea they applied in this situation.

    After waiting in all afternoon and cancelling a social occasion and delivering a customer’s potting bench because the Virgin Media engineer was supposed to come between 1 and 6, surprise surprise, a no show. @virginmedia not impressed, it’s a good job I work from home 😡

    @virginmedia got a flashing Internet light on router that won't go away so my WiFi (and therefore TV/ streaming etc) not working. Tried rebooting, resetting, the works. Online help / faq no help. Are there any issues?

    @Rapidolass @virginmedia I had to hang up after an hour because I was about to swear. I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

    @virginmedia If an engine light comes on in your car but it still drives badly, do you ignore it? She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

    @virginmedia how do I order a new hub please? My current one loses network access and needs rebooting every hour or so. Not ideal when working from home. There are no known service issues so I’m thinking it’s a hub issue.

    @virginmedia I’m sorry to say your customer service is bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A missed appointment scheduled by you, I’m on the phone for over 3 hrs and you have no ownership of the issue, just pass me from pillar to post. #fail

    I am stick to death of @virginmedia today. My internet has dropped out 3 times today for 10-15 min at a time. No service issues in the area just router / connection falling on its arse. Happening loads in the past month

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a beyond a joke. Spent hours in the phone to keep getting cut off. Online chat is bobbins, as they don't reply. Broadband poor and drops out, TV with intermittent sounds issues and dropouts. Home phone number still not ported across. #pathetic

    @virginmedia terrible company to deal with. Charge us for landline calls, we have no handset. Kept us hanging on for 2 hours with the same godawful music playing over and over again. Will cancel this contract ASAP

    @virginmedia He plugged all Ethernet cables that run into the router into his device and said the speeds were looking correct etc and he couldn’t see much of a problem which was right at the time but it’s an intermittent fault where connection can drop 5-6 times an hour

    @virginmedia Its a central fault it has affected all of my neighbours also. I just want a good service like @skytv provided for many years. What use is a status page when we are all well aware we have an outage. Just to go on and confirm it in writing.
