@virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

@SQRLTV @virginmedia i had exactly the same experience with them - however, the discount that the customer retention guys offer often depends on the agent - i was told some have their own discount quotas/allowances so i ended up negotiating £20/month for a package that was advertised at 26
