    @virginmedia No and tbh no apology for my internet not working since the day after install Friday and now I've been threatened in in contract ! I have 14 days to cancel can you confirm please . Im not paying for a fault after 5 days plus it's not worked from install .

    @virginmedia very unhappy failed install and had no service since Saturday and I'm within my 14 days to cancel yet your staff don't understand this and want to charge me for a fault call !! When do you become so crap !!!

    @falsesymmetry @virginmedia They have great internet speeds but unfortunately their customer service is terrible! The only reason I’m with them is because of the internet otherwise I would have selected other provider.

    Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk Wish I could enjoy this but my so called 500mb service is so poor I’ve virtually been without internet for a week. Finally your team viewed it as urgent because I do work from home on Zoom and…an engineer is coming on Tuesday. When BT Reach put full fibre in my area it’s bye bye

    That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal

    @StueyDay @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk The service is awful and customers find it too hard to get a prompt response. Last time this happened it took at least 8-10 emails before they got past the automated letter asking me to switch off, reboot and check all the connections.

    @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

    @virginmedia on the phone for 30 minutes, WhatsApp message and technical support still not sorting us out! Oh but we can double what we pay and get a new hub!! New customers get it for £25

    @virginmedia failed install which worked for 2 hours and I cancelled within 14 days . I've now got a a bill for £62 ! Your staff just cut me off and I'm disabled and need help

    [Update: I am now on the phone to @virginmedia – had a quick chat up top with the Customer Service person, asked to be put through to tech support, and have now been on hold for 25 minutes. I could ask *them* to call *me* back, but have done this before and the call never came.]

    @virginmedia Nope. Seems to be periods where I can have a perfect connection to the router, but not to the internet - and the router isn't indicating that there's an issue.

    @virginmedia It appears to be working okay at the moment, but for a few weeks we've had our internet cut out, both wired and wireless. Reset the router multiple times but no joy.

    Can you block a service provider because Virgin Media have called me 2 or 3 times a day for the past few weeks asking for my mother who uses a different number and different phone! Despite telling them this repeatedly THEY STILL KEEP CALLING ME.

    @virginmedia I have daily and as I have already said, that says there is no issues!! When there quite clearly is! The engineer who visited my house Wednesday said it needs a network engineer and he isn’t one. Again area 24, please sort this ASAP. The whole postcode is effected!!
