Noooo heard on news please @O2 don’t merge with @virginmedia best thing we ever did was leave @virginmedia and I’ve been with @O2 for years with hardly any problems and on principal when the problems we had with @virginmedia we will have to change networks PLEASE Don’t Do it xxxx

Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

You get an email from @virginmedia saying your latest bill is ready when for the last 2 weeks the internet has been off & on more times than a light switch with no mention of compensation for the reduced service.......very poor

@virginmedia I have been trying to cancel a technician appointment but there is no prompt on my account to do so. I have followed the guidelines to no avail. It should be a simple process to avoid the £25.00 charge. Easy access however to all your products.

@virginmedia This is with at least CAT6 cable, CAT8 cable from router to test PC in fact, and the issue is consistent every day. Worse speeds than when I was on M600. Your websites service check is not consistent or to be believed. (I'm an ex web developer) so can see how useless it is.

@Fuji720x @virginmedia @bt_uk Btw also check your router firmware is up to date. I’m in Sweden, we have different ISPs and play on different EA servers. Still, I had to package loss icon flashing in game more than I’ve ever seen yesterday. So keep in mind, changing ISP will not fix everything unfortunately

@virginmedia It's not an area outage. I have explained the situation to a number of your colleagues so its getting pretty tiresome. A technician came out on the 24th Dec and reported a total outage. All I'm looking for is information of when the team is ACTUALLY coming to our property.

@virginmedia I want to speak with a competent manager as soon as possible! Your customer service department is absolutely SHOCKING! My parents were promised a 360 box yesterday as their new tv won’t take the scart leads the TiVo box has and no box has been sent out! DISGUSTING!
