    @virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

    @virginmedia Here’s hoping that we get a call back tomorrow, just been on hold with the chat bot ? No resolution as of yet. The new billing is generated on the 4th. Let’s hope it gets sorted. The agent offered us a deal based on what Sky offered us. Previous Sky customers of 10 years #SkyTv

    @virginmedia hi mobile phone signal and data very weak in Doncaster DN5 area. It's not the phone as WiFi is working fine. Virgin mobile signal been weak for 2 or 3 days is there an issue? I've already checked your status page no issue mentioned.

    If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

    @virginmedia Yes I did, almost daily. The bot on your site suggested to call customer services, but still can get through.

    @virginmedia It’s not a problem. Would actually be better if it indicated the current quality level (eg if the stream quality isn’t HD due to bandwidth issues). And on all channels. 15 secs is maybe a bit too long. 5 might be better. But it otherwise doesn’t bother me. Was just curious.
