@virginmedia hi mobile phone signal and data very weak in Doncaster DN5 area. It's not the phone as WiFi is working fine. Virgin mobile signal been weak for 2 or 3 days is there an issue? I've already checked your status page no issue mentioned.

@virginmedia Here’s hoping that we get a call back tomorrow, just been on hold with the chat bot ? No resolution as of yet. The new billing is generated on the 4th. Let’s hope it gets sorted. The agent offered us a deal based on what Sky offered us. Previous Sky customers of 10 years #SkyTv

If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

@virginmedia Yeah that’s fine, or just a phone number / person to deal with? It’s my parents business and they have their property engineers coming out to view the issue on Monday. I assume they will be in touch themselves regarding the issues. Luckily it’s just rain water, and not sewage.

@virginmedia An update for you. We telephoned @virginmedia today as still not working after 7 working days, to be told that they have no record of our call last week and no ticket has been raised, so we can’t escalate it. Also told only basic Netflix not standard, which is wrong info again!

@virginmedia yesterday evening one of your employees hung up on me after been on the phone for 1 hour 29 minutes. Before hanging up, whilst she thought she put me on hold, I could hear her swearing and complaining. Once I made it clear I could hear her she put the phone down.
