    @virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

    @virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

    “Has the restriction been lifted?” Lots of broken English but no clear answer. Repeated the question a variety of ways. Still nothing. I’ve been with Virgin media for almost 20 years, it must be. And every time the contract is up it automatically renews. Until now. At this time.

    @il_bondo @EamonTuffy @naughtonmichael Virgin Media is tabloid dross. Jeremy Kyle anyone? Public service broadcasting is so important. RTÉ has lost its way trying to compete with commercial stations. TG4 is imaginative and leads the way.

    @virginmedia call takers also lied about the reasons for this and then later lied about the services they could offer me. With one call taker saying a package no longer existed, then on the next complaint call, another said it did, but would cost more than was agreed Dec21
