@virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

@virginmedia I'm a loyal customer 10+ yrs . Home move team, who are great, cannot fix a simple issue because the local Virgin Media office is ignoring their emails & voicemails. So unless you can get this team to pull their finger out you've lost a potential lifetime customer.
