If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

@virginmedia Yeah that’s fine, or just a phone number / person to deal with? It’s my parents business and they have their property engineers coming out to view the issue on Monday. I assume they will be in touch themselves regarding the issues. Luckily it’s just rain water, and not sewage.

@virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

@virginmedia hi mobile phone signal and data very weak in Doncaster DN5 area. It's not the phone as WiFi is working fine. Virgin mobile signal been weak for 2 or 3 days is there an issue? I've already checked your status page no issue mentioned.

@virginmedia when i cancel a call via sending a message the message came through to the caller. when we did it the other way round the caller got the caller got the message not the receiver.. if that makes sense

@virginmedia your customer service is unbelievably pathetic. You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

@virginmedia I know that, I did get a text saying yes or no to an engineer coming Thursday so i text back saying YES. but then received a reply saying I had not replied (when clearly I did) so it stuck with Friday. Great service that.
