    @virginmedia Had problems with our WiFi, engineer turned up at the door we asked shouldn’t he be wearing a mask 😷 he answered “nah we’ve run out” seriously Virgin you’re sending out engineers to peoples homes without masks!!!!

    @virginmedia My family in Birmingham have had to try and sort this... As I am 300 miles away in Cumbria.. then we had problems trying to prove who we were to get the account sorted.... I believe one has been arranged. My parents are on your system is vulnerable and this meant nothing ??

    @greggyshosho @virginmedia It's taken me over two hours total today to get mine cancelled. First time an hour just for the bloke to hang up on me, second time an hour and ten minutes but finally got it done, still took half an hour of questions and them slagging off my new provider.
