@philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

@virginmedia Said there were issues with the box in the street, they’ve had 3 engineers come and fix it, it works for couple of days & then stops! Totally unacceptable that not one of your engineers can come out and just fix it properly. My mother is seriously ill and needs a phoneline.

@virginmedia I’ve downloaded it and done the WiFi tests, just to make sure we are on the same page it’s my TiVo box that intermittently stops working, other than the WiFi dropping off occasionally I don’t have a problem accessing the internet
