    @virginmedia Awful, I’ve been trying to contact your so called customer service for 2 months, not had 1 reply sat on hold for over an hour on various occasions, currently paying for 200MB and I’m lucky to get 40.

    Dear @virginmedia you have just replaced my old TiVo box (2016) with a new hub thing. There was no packaging to send old TiVo box back to be recycled. The call centre was vague if it would happen at all. No live chat to help #help

    @ThreeUK Client since 2016, was victim of your data breach which forced me to create a new contract and "renew" it after the GO Roam and now have to pay 2£ a day. Way to treat long term customers. @virginmedia has much better deals, greater communication, customer support. Bye!

    @virginmedia No…. The complaint is I have no internet and have had no internet for 2 weeks. The only resolution I am being offered is a billing adjustment. Why am I not being offered for my service to actually be restored?

    @virginmedia I've been checking & used the PSA website to trace the call and, seemingly, it is a number from a Dyson "contact us" website! Now, I did contact Dyson, a couple of months ago, but it was via an 0800 number, so I will contact Dyson to pursue the matter. Thanks for your help, John!
