@virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

@virginmedia I don’t need help today, no. I would just like to your company to consider your customers in future when you decide to randomly reboot everyone’s router/internet. Some forward thinking and notice if you have to do this, or perhaps do it at the early hours of the morning instead.

How stupid are the guys in Virgin Media that schedule an ad for a lady in bed eating M&M sweets between the scene where a lady is barely alive in bed and the scene where she has actually died. Serious brain power working there !!!
