When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

    @virginmedia They said they was dealing with the fault and was given no time scale. It’s just come back on now but over the last few days it keeps loosing signal for a few minutes then coming back on. Thanks for the reply.

    @virginmedia I didn't realise when I negotiated a deal I'd be automatically entitled to no compensation and rubbish customer services. Lesson learnt.

    @virginmedia @ConAFC There is issue with our equipment the box at the bottom of our street contains faulty ports and according to your advisors is being fixed, I have had 3 different engineers tell me this are they lying or am I being fobbed off! I pay over £100 for this non service😡😡

    @virginmedia Yes, dispite your Call Centre saying no area issues your status page says otherwise. Fix at 10pm. Lost all services not just internet.

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia Yes tried that no luck, been told there is a problem in our area again! Happens nearly every month. Getting fed up now every time I receive a letter from you it’s a price increase too.

    @virginmedia It seemed whenever we spoke to someone we were met with ‘I can’t help you’, ‘I’ll need to transfer you’ or ‘you cannot change anything you have to wait a few days’. Plus being k one hold for ages. It shouldn’t be so difficult for someone to change an account due to a death

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done that many times. No fault found. All my neighbours have the same problem and the internet is awash with similar issues. BBC watchdog has featured this. Why not acknowledge that there is a core infrastructure issue, publish a schedule to fix & compensate customers ?

    @virginmedia What for 11 days! I have no tv services. Both my tv boxes that were swapped over from my previous contract don’t work. Showing no Occurrences for both boxes according to engineer. It’s a back office problem apparently that your staff ain’t sorting.

    @richardbranson why can't virgin media close an account from the previous owner of my property from 5 years ago and hook me up, the new customer? I am supposed to be teaching 200 students next week from home. My engineer was booked for last Monday and sky cut me off tomorrow :(
