    @virginmedia I am being given the run around again by this service with no opportunity to make my complaint. I have been told by one of your engineers that this poor service affects 2000 customers in my area. Very unsatisfactory service considering that we get all our services from virgin.

    @virginmedia Been having problems with broadband and both TV boxes. Fourth person organised a call out for Friday 9th but also cancelled it straight after the call. Only found out it was cancelled when we called to find out where they were.

    They may threaten to send someone to visit, but that's never once happened to me. If they do visit it's to confirm you don't have cable, sky or virgin media hooked up.

    @virginmedia No, virgin media is known for not properly reporting its outages. Everyday I call your help line. Every day they say it will be fixed by 1pm the next. Nothing charged and clearly nobody knows what's going on. Is there an update you can provide which isn't fobbing me off
