@virginmedia are up there with the worst companies for customer service. Their IVR is infuriating, they hang up on you when you do manage to get through and then tell you there is no way to make a complaint ! @Ofcom do you regulate these clowns 🤡

@KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

@virginmedia Well I don't know if the problem has been restored at virgins end I received help and advice from an outside source who showed show me how to work around the problem with manual DNS entries. But for me, working now. Thanks.

Having been a loyal customer for 4 years with @virginmedia, I have been lied to by customer service. They applied a different package than what agreed on phone. Violation of customer’s right! Rang 3 times since to complain but nothing has been done! Disgraceful @VirginMediaCorp

Virgin media is frustratingly slow. We pay around 33 each month. That’s more of what we pay for two months of internet, TV with all sports channels everything and Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime included. Might move back to India I swear.😭

@virginmedia I’ve already done all the things suggested on your help pages and looked for help in the community. This is a network issue, and you seem to be giving us all the runaround about it. When we signed up we were told about compensation should speed be below 115 3 days running, so?

@virginmedia so.. I finally got through after waiting 50 minutes on hold, to only be told I cant change to a broadband only package from my existing because its either 100 mb for 49.50 (loyalty discount.. pfft) to stay on my existing, or its 500 mb for £44.99 new customer! Joke!

@virginmedia I can confirm this is the case and an advisor in your Fault department confirmed it and said it was known and is currently been addressed in house. Your engineer also told us that this is common in most of his call outs where low speed is a problem.

@virginmedia No and as I've said the signal is fine except when is switched off which is a regular occurance this week and not acceptable. Please Dvice how we contact the tech team when your 150 line is constantly engaged and 0345 kicks you out again and again.
