@virginmedia But can deal with EASY problems on earth. You could literally offer me everything for FREE & Id still say no. Your company is going bust for a reason. Tell Branson you know how to fix it, tell him ‘our customer service is horrendous, we need to change’, then maybe VM will survive

@virginmedia Honestly don’t even reply to this. Virgin is a horrible and useless company. Good luck with Space, but Earth is more important, not rockets 🚀

  • andy_english

@LordTets @virginmedia Go to Ofcom... you have clearly given them ample time on numerous occasions to resolve your complaint. Life is too short to spend your time waiting for promised calls and web chats... let the ombudsman deal with them.

  • astolante
Louise🐦🐝🌵🧀🐌 (@astolante) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia No, it wasn't clear that a different socket was needed, so rather than have to arrange for an engineer to visit, I cancelled the service. I still have the hardware and am happy to return it

  • RichieH37745130
Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

  • guyrleech
Guy Leech (@guyrleech) reported from Wakefield, England

@vmbusiness strike yet again!😠 Not only are they charging me £7/month for 4G backup that doesn't work, they are now charging me £4 for paper bills that I never asked for. Oh, and still say I owe them money despite me overpaying due a to a red letter that they took by DD later

  • leedsfan91

  • SamWalker03

@virginmedia are up there with the worst companies for customer service. Their IVR is infuriating, they hang up on you when you do manage to get through and then tell you there is no way to make a complaint ! @Ofcom do you regulate these clowns 🤡

  • astolante
Louise🐦🐝🌵🧀🐌 (@astolante) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia I've received a bill for April but I never actually used your service as I didn't have a compatible socket so cancelled. Trying to sign in, I'm told my email address and account number are not recognised.

@virginmedia do you care to give an update regarding services being down in the WF1 area of Wakefield? You estimate keeps changing which is becoming really annoying!! Literally 1000s of households without an Internet connection. #wakefield #poorservice

  • Graelwyn
    Pure Hearted Human (@Graelwyn) reported

@Ang_Jones72 It doesn't matter much now. As I intend to take my life as what virgin media don't know. Is that my mother and father abused me most of my life. And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain. As she cares more about my brother's partner's mother having cancer. Than that I may have cancer. So virgin media get their payments. And I have finally given up. That is all.
