    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    @virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

    @virginmedia Yes, I have checked it again and exactly the same issue. Moreover it is clear that the issue persists since I am unable to perform my remote consultation work today because of the issue. I am really appalled by the way Virgin Media is handling this issue. @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s a fault in the area now, but I’ve seen similar tweets from Newcastle and London so it’s not just my area it’s the whole country. Really poor service these days.

    @philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

    @virginmedia so you’ve run tests and there’s no fault - no tv or internet - not happy, I really don’t know why I bother torturing myself with your appalling service, and dire customer service. I know when I get through to Pune I’ll be told there’s nothing wrong. Aaargh

    @virginmedia Yes both it cuts out constantly and we have to reboot continuously. An engineer was out and changed the settings but at that time it was one of the few times it was working and the guy said it should now be fine but it’s not. It is just as bad if not worse.

    @virginmedia The router we're currently using has a few persistent issues: Signal distance is abysmal. With no blockades and on an elevated surface, it barely reaches 6 feet. Through a wall? No signal. Correct password (even when apple WiFi sharing it) is refused, seemingly at random..

    @virginmedia Getting ridiculous now all I want to do is register an account without my account number I can't do this. I ring up to be told they need my account number I don't know it I've even phoned up to try and pay it all off so I can leave you and shop elsewhere & even that's a problem
