    The worst company I have ever dealt with @virginmedia Not only does their internet service not meet their commitments they believe it’s ok for fraudulent activity to happen on your account and penalise the customer for this. Where do I go next to take further as @MartinSLewis ?

    @virginmedia Change back our tariff, very good of you seeing as we never changed it in the first place. And £50 ‘goodwill’ refund, when you have taken £150 and counting on new bill for your mistake you owe us the full amount not a gesture of ‘goodwill’ !! Just shocking. No resolution on WiFi

    @virginmedia Please listen & communicate with your customers!! It’s not rocket science. Your broadband is crap in my home & I want to fix that since I’m paying for it. None of the previous three call centre call staff actually actioned my requests & No one writes notes so you repeat each time

    @virginmedia knock it off messing with my Internet i never get a full months services n just before my bill due every month without fail my Internet goes on n off for days just before the bill is produced... Getting to be a joke gunna end up switching providers at this rate..
