    @virginmedia Last time I tried to submit online, it wouldn't let me, it said ring!! You just go round in circles. Pointless exercise. Your customer service is not good, it used to be brilliant.

    @EAFIFADirect @virginmedia this is the message I get when loading fut. Can load all the game then this happens every time. This has gone on for 3 days. I'm paying for a service 😠😠😠

    @EAFIFADirect Still can't play fut. Loads all the game perfect but then crashes when I load ultimate team. Is there still an issue with @virginmedia as I'm with them. Thanks

    @virginmedia good morning, it appears that your service is poor yet again!!! No tv,broadband or phone since yesterday. A call to customer services reveals 03 March for service t return in full. 👏👏👏

    @virginmedia I am absolutely fuming I’ve just called your customer services spoke to somebody who clearly didn’t have a clue what they were doing he kept saying that there was no Internet connection between the TiVo box on the TV that’s why I can’t watch Netflix

    @virginmedia day 4 without WiFi or TV in farsley. The TV is stuck on ‘starting up’. Rebooting doesn’t work. Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

    @fatboy1988 @virginmedia @Tonester_7 The call centre rang me to try & sell me more services, she rattled through her script with a very heavy foreign accent, I didn't understand her, spoke too quickly, so declined the offer, shame I may have wanted the service, they'll never sell anything in that way! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I called your call center to get help regarding @NetflixUK problem watching via TiVO box I’m have to reboot every day for past 2 weeks in order to watch Netflix. I explained this and I was told can I call back tomorrow 😡 Bad customer service.

    @virginmedia No I’m not in the areas that are experiencing issues. I live in Leeds it’s been happening every day for the past two weeks I’ve been having to switch TIVO off & it wait for rebooting sometimes it’s twice a day 😡 and he didn’t give me a chance ask callback! I’m fuming.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

    @virginmedia hi got an email saying I'm going to get charged for not sending back equipment, which I have and have the receipt to confirm. While I'm here my upgraded broadband is quite flimsy and drops connection more times then I drop my pants, and I'm a nudist! Help!!!

    @virginmedia How can @virginmedia sleep at night. Knowing that There are people with many complex issues and that isn’t enough. I’m trying my hardest but when I get overwhelmed my brain just gets fuzzy and I cannot deal with what could be considered simple tasks.

    @virginmedia Thanks so much! All devices are recognising the WiFi but it’s not actually working. There are no lights on the hub 3.0 apart from 2 arrows that are flashing. Service status for my postcode says it’s all good so must be my box. Already reset once :) thanks for your help

    @virginmedia spend hours on the phone with VM trying to get the £100 statement credit linked to failure of Wi-Fi Max guarantee. Nobody at the Call Centres has ever heard or it and point customers to Ofcom instead - despite the T&Cs being live on the website. I raise a complaint

    @virginmedia No we have had no reply other than a automated one telling us it would be 28 days. Can you actually do something and investigate why nobody has been to re-connect our service? Rather than send us elsewhere in your organisation?

    @virginmedia An update for you. We telephoned @virginmedia today as still not working after 7 working days, to be told that they have no record of our call last week and no ticket has been raised, so we can’t escalate it. Also told only basic Netflix not standard, which is wrong info again!

    @virginmedia i called your team they didnt help all they said if there is an issue and dont know when it will be fixed last time it took a week as you lot work slow but still take full payments i need my internet as i stream and to call you last time it cost me £20 as it was 4 times

    @virginmedia yesterday evening one of your employees hung up on me after been on the phone for 1 hour 29 minutes. Before hanging up, whilst she thought she put me on hold, I could hear her swearing and complaining. Once I made it clear I could hear her she put the phone down.
