    @virginmedia Non..it's either running too slow or the service becomes completely interrupted for some hours only to reconnect spontanously later. It's slowing a lot of things down.

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia They said they was dealing with the fault and was given no time scale. It’s just come back on now but over the last few days it keeps loosing signal for a few minutes then coming back on. Thanks for the reply.

    @virginmedia Yes tried that no luck, been told there is a problem in our area again! Happens nearly every month. Getting fed up now every time I receive a letter from you it’s a price increase too.

    @virginmedia I have a outstanding complaint and keep getting texts from +44 7533 051809 saying ‘sorry we could not talk to you’ but have no missed calls! Why does this happen? Calling you is at least a 30 minute wait.
