    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    @virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

    @redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

    @wfbpaulbrown @ZH956 @MartinSLewis Na this keeps confusing me. If BT went bust tomorrow, Virgin Media wouldn't pay for all the new customers to transfer over nor would every other Landline customer of all other companies have a surcharge to cover BT's bankruptcy? Doesn't add up.

    @virginmedia Ah, it seems to be alright now. It wasn't that big of a problem, I just didn't understand why the TV guide on the TV didn't say Emmerdale at 7 yesterday or why online it didn't seem to say, though that was on the Rte website I had checked. I'm in Leinster. I hope that helps.

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.
