@virginmedia @ConAFC There is issue with our equipment the box at the bottom of our street contains faulty ports and according to your advisors is being fixed, I have had 3 different engineers tell me this are they lying or am I being fobbed off! I pay over £100 for this non service😡😡

@virginmedia thank you so much for leaving our family without WIFI for the next 2 weeks... Poor Customer Service , No Letters about “A Survey” rang customer services to cancel and obliviously they didn’t understand we wanted to cancel after 30 minutes on the phone!!!!!

@virginmedia I did all that yesterday. On the laptop that recorded a speed of 1.28mbps, when I put the Ethernet cable in, it was 254.99mbps. On the Apple TV, it went from 1.06 to 651. It’s not just these devices, these are the worst examples

@virginmedia this was the first places I checked, most people confirm the issue lies within superhub3 blocking cisco keep alive ping, "Block fragmented IP packets" was the cause for people 1 year ago, vm updates disabled this feature but problem persists - wish i could afford business line

@virginmedia i can’t get through to anybody on your customer services and all I need is you to send a new HDMI as there seems tu be a problem with the connection when turning the tv on. It’s not the tv I’ve checked that already.

@virginmedia Nope, no idea. Apparently they cancelled it on Friday but didn't decide to contact us. I spent the morning waiting for them and they haven't turned up. My wife and I have both spoken to your customer service team and they have been no help at all, in fact they cut us off!

@virginmedia My router is not in a particularly useful position and is not useable for wired connection. When installed the was no indication from the engineer that the proposed set up would be an issue. Just followed BT Sky set up.
