@virginmedia Last time I tried to submit online, it wouldn't let me, it said ring!! You just go round in circles. Pointless exercise. Your customer service is not good, it used to be brilliant.

@virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

@fatboy1988 @virginmedia @Tonester_7 The call centre rang me to try & sell me more services, she rattled through her script with a very heavy foreign accent, I didn't understand her, spoke too quickly, so declined the offer, shame I may have wanted the service, they'll never sell anything in that way! @virginmedia

@virginmedia The engineer came out yesterday and confirmed an issue on the line. The tv is still buffering now as it was done earlier. Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for

@virginmedia As my 4g on my phone is for some reason very slow, or non existent I shall try when ( bring the operative word) my wifi/broadband is restored. I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

@virginmedia day 4 without WiFi or TV in farsley. The TV is stuck on ‘starting up’. Rebooting doesn’t work. Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

@virginmedia Well I never, just as usual, tv back on just before deadline again, but still no wifi, the enq system wouldn't let me send the form, wanted my URL & told me to ring them. All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

@virginmedia I’ve had an issue with my TV service. The remote isn’t connecting to the TiVo box. Trying to get help is a waste of time. Ordered a new remote which hasnt arrived. Tried to speak a person but got a WhatsApp message from someone who failed to grasp the issue! Crap

Sick to the back teeth of your crappy internet @virginmedia it’s bad enough you’ve put the prices up but your service is absolutely SHITE. In the middle of a crucial project & your wifi keep cutting off for what reason??? £50 a month to constantly get “no internet” smh
