@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

David Hatton (@hattondoc) reported from Leeds, England

Life with @virginmedia ...Alexa on temazipan, spinny wheel pauses on every TV channel, sporadic email, stuttering YouTube and all courtesy of their ‘superfast’ thingy. Utterly useless. And then there’s the customer service...

  • fastnodeceo
Beau (@fastnodeceo) reported from Leeds, England

@ladyjaney75 @WhichUK When Virgin Media install VOIP phone lines I believe they stick some kind of SIM in for if the network is down, when the engineer knows it is a vulnerable/elderly user from when I asked previously.

Kamal Sharma (@KamalSh03012772) reported from Leeds, England

  • ringroads

@virginmedia We have finally got through to someone other via a mobile phone to sort it out. But there does seem to be an issue with your website.

  • HarlamTK
Tom “Harlam” King (@HarlamTK) reported from Wombwell, England

@virginmedia And I can’t raise a complaint on the site without having an account, which I don’t have, so that is a pointless endeavour as well

  • Yamusenghore
Yamu Matarr 🇬🇲 🇬🇧 🦂 (@Yamusenghore) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia. It's getting ridiculous that my Internet has been jumping up and down like a skipping rope. LS8. I can't get anything done due to no connection. I do not want to use my mobile data anymore. Please sort this.

  • Gav_Leaf
Gav Leaf (@Gav_Leaf) reported from Castleford, England

@virginmedia £55 a month JUST for Internet from April? Been a customer for over 20 years when it was £20 a month. Loyalty just gets you taken advantage of I guess.

@virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

  • SamWatt30745054
Sam Watts (@SamWatt30745054) reported from Barnsley, England

@virginmedia I’ve run test after test, at least 5-6 outages a month for last 2 years. Horrendous service and this is the final straw unless you offer me a refund of say £20 a month for last two years, if not I’m going BT and a dodgy box from Mad Frank in pub

  • vid_mitra8
Vid (@vid_mitra8) reported from Leeds, England

Virgin media is frustratingly slow. We pay around 33 each month. That’s more of what we pay for two months of internet, TV with all sports channels everything and Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime included. Might move back to India I swear.😭

  • astolante
Louise🐦🐝🌵🧀🐌 (@astolante) reported from Leeds, England

And again @virginmedia have taken payment for a service I cancelled and have never actually used. Still can't log on to my account because it apparently doesn't exist.

  • camelsbestmate

@virginmedia I was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours... That was on Monday. Absolute shambles of a customer service department.
