@virginmedia Got through to an agent on the phone. 4th time the call has 'disconnected' (they have no resolution for me). Over 500 reports of this in the city in the last 15 days and they still reckon it's an issue in my building. Come on guys.

@marylovestosurf @virginmedia Not sure anyone would use virgin briadband/ fibre. When I was looking for a new provider that was the first One I totally dismissed from my list. So many of my friends told me how terrible the service has been over the years. They have all moved to other providers.
