    @virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

    @virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

    @virginmedia , is it common to not provide customers with the service they have paid for so early into the 18 month contract? Currently on the “Superfast” 200MB plan and receiving 30MB. Rang your call centre and gave up after an hour on hold.

    If you don't mind poor quality, low uptime, unhelpful service, zero compassion, clueless technical support, broken promises and sky high prices then @virginmedia is the broadband company for you. For everyone else, go with any other company.

    @virginmedia good morning.. a few parents in playground talk mentioned their bill going up from March and that they able to cancel before this happens. Is that all your customers? Because I didn’t receive any Mail to inform me of changes to my bill so im hoping I’m not affected.
