    @virginmedia I work in a customer service contact centre. If any of our agents were as unhelpful as any of your channels there would be disciplinary procedures. Every single time I've dealt with Virgin it's the same. An insincere apology and advice that I already know.

    Do not sign up to virgin media - an absolute con as all they do is offer extremely poor service with zero help, intermittent internet for a premium price! My monthly bill is nearly £200! Impossible to access the online service locked out plus every evening it’s down! #virginmedia
