@virginmedia I was moving house they said the bill would be different for the first three months, then back to normal, however apparently I agreed to a new contract @ £14 extra per month, I’d only had my previous contract for 6 months so why would I do this, oh and the house move was cancel

@virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

@virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

@virginmedia No, it wasn't clear that a different socket was needed, so rather than have to arrange for an engineer to visit, I cancelled the service. I still have the hardware and am happy to return it

@virginmedia I've received a bill for April but I never actually used your service as I didn't have a compatible socket so cancelled. Trying to sign in, I'm told my email address and account number are not recognised.

@virginmedia I’ve run numerous speed tests on my broadband connection in recent weeks and it is just incredibly slow and nowhere near promised speeds. Our hub is ancient and we have not been offered an upgrade in years. Website very vague on how we get one.

I’ve never heard such rubbish and now there’s no phone here for my daughters Christmas. How is this acceptable?

@wiltj72 @virginmedia Then they act all “concerned” asking to DM etc for info to solve to situation #AllFront and the moment a certain problem is eradicated it reappears within a day or two and you end up feeling like A Victor F’ckin Meldrew complaint after complaint.
