@virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

@virginmedia My service is faulty because I don’t have it. We moved home two weeks ago and were told someone would be here yesterday to install. Nobody turned up. And now nobody can tell me exactly when I should expect someone!

Absolutely fed up with Virgin Media! Most expensive broadband tariff, yet had problem after problem with little to no assistance! Issue needs to be escalated but unprofessional staff won't let you speak to anyone in resolution or escalation team! Avoid at all cost! @virginmedia

@virginmedia If you count a Windows PC which was the argument from your tech guy. Because the VM stuff was functioning. The internet settings on my PC needed changed. And for that I was forced into paying. This was never a thing before. There were ppl waiting for me to start a zoom meeting.

@virginmedia The apologies is a bit late and hollow if I'm honest. Think virgin as a company should work on thier customer service as from what I've seen in regards to your tagged tweets and experience, it is for a better wording "piss poor" maybe make your customers feel valued
