@virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to said nothing they can do it’s pick and choose !!! Have good internet and not use devises or us smart bulb, plugs or cameras and have poor signal

Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

Worst customer service ever from @O2 Raised a complaint, several weeks later they tried to contact me but I was driving so they closed the complaint!!!! And all of this is due to the incompetence of the staff at the Livingston branch 😡 @virginmedia

@virginmedia It's a joke though, we pay for a service and it doesn't even run properly. I'd love to say it's only a one off scenario, but it's happened more this year than others. I'd swap provider if I could but Sky in this area just doesn't reach the same level as you when working.
