    @virginmedia more of the same for the whole weekend - annoying, as I can't watch anything online, but totally inconvenient because I cannot complete the work I need to do. Phoned your helpline - they couldn't tell me what the issue was. *should* be fixed by the 14th. 1/2

    @virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

    @virginmedia So spoke to Paul eventually. He went all Del Boy on me and we reached a deal, you did good this time @virginmedia but you really do need to get offers out to loyal customers that are just as good as the new customer deals

    @virginmedia I have already tried that and it says there isn’t any network fault. However there is nothing wrong with the setup as it was working this morning, it’s also the second time it’s stopped in the last few weeks

    @ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

    Hey @o2, @virginmedia....what is the point of having priority if the app never works. I try to get Joan Jett tix for Glasgow but whenever I click on it, it just takes me to @TicketmasterUK and their general sale/happening now page that doesn't allow access to the presale.

    I’ve said it before but I can’t stress enough how important it is to stay away from @virginmedia who cannot do something as simple as supply a bill. When directed to social media to help they are an hour between messages. It can take a whole day to have a convo 😳#virginmedia

    @virginmedia @Raphas_Angel_ I left after the virgin media support agent on the phone was incredibly rude to me for forgetting my virgin telephone password and then wouldn't offer me a renewal price below or the same as what I was paying at the time when it came to renew, so left and joined @EE paying less and support was great and got me set up in no time at all.

    @MeirsPorgan2024 @virginmedia I just want a similar deal to new customers or other providers. £35/month for internet seems fair. I'd stay with Virgin but their new media box is awful - 2 years trying and its pants! We just use the firestick now.
