@virginmedia my internet is down, my phone line isn’t working, #virgin’s systems are down so they can’t even look into the problem. The ‘overseas’ gentleman couldn’t help me or even tell me when their stystms are working! Poor service

@virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

@AaronW0488 @virginmedia Exactly the same problem for me. TV is reporting to be at fault but it's literally working. Broadband is apparently all good when it clearly isn't. The service checker may as well not be there as it never works. I wish another provider could provide fibre in my area!
