    @virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

    @ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

    @virginmedia So spoke to Paul eventually. He went all Del Boy on me and we reached a deal, you did good this time @virginmedia but you really do need to get offers out to loyal customers that are just as good as the new customer deals

    @virginmedia a complaint. Day 39 without internet. A Thread. We agreed and entered a contract on the 2nd December for our broadband to be provided by the only fibre accessible to our property and received our self install router on the 6th.

    @VirginMedia @VirginMediaCorp I have investigated my 89 yr-old father's bills and @VirginMediaCorp are over-charging him by £80 a month - and have designed customer service systems to make it impossible for customers to reduce the services they subscribe to - this is illegal !
