This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

    @DisinterestedB @troyhunt For SC yeah but from what I've heard for DV they essentially present you the most interesting parts of your internet history during the interview. They almost certainly go "hey Virgin Media / big ISP here's the customer disclosure give us everything".

    Just took the 2nd call this week supposedly from @virginmedia telling me I have an internet fault, & I have not the slightest idea if it was genuine on not, because it sounded just like the Indian call centre help I wasted an hour on last week, who told me I didn't

    @virginmedia No. Of course they all tell me they've 'unlocked' my account, provide a new password & tell me to try again. Never works. IT tickets raised apparently. No response. Your IT people have cocked it up for me & others in the same predicament with their hamfisted 'upgrade'. Piss poor.

    @virginmedia For the 4th time in a week, I am suddenly unable to access one of my email accounts. I spoke to a rep last week and he assured me someone from Tech help would contact me. This has not happened and I desperately need to access this account. Poor service!
