  @snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

  @virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to said nothing they can do it’s pick and choose !!! Have good internet and not use devises or us smart bulb, plugs or cameras and have poor signal

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Sorry, mate, but Virgin Media has the worst customer service I've experienced in my 54 years on this planet. They've got over 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot with an average rating of 1.5/5. That should tell you all you need to know. I cannot wait for my contract to end.

  @virginmedia @____LP____ My experience of being able to reach your customer service people is very bad. You routinely get transferred about, long holds, then the call gets dumped. It’s terrible, chat bots and complicated phone trees make it worse. Employ people to answer the phone and direct the call.
