    @virginmedia @bedfordblue968 Don’t bother! I’ve rung 6 times now and every time after over 30 mins waiting they just disconnect your call. Used the text service too but no reply at all

    @virginmedia I’m still having trouble with my internet and watching Netflix I was told to wait 48 hrs but I still having to keep unplugging the TiVO box for 3 minutes I order to watch and internet WiFi signal keeps dropping 😡 can you offer text services or callback please

    Umpteen time @virginmedia and to top it off your pointless app can't even shed any light on the subject. I realise that times are difficult but you can't even watch free TV once you lot go down. I never get a rebate and I'm quite pissed off again. You seem to be able to connect

    @virginmedia Not the case. When I rang customer service before and asked if my line could have 500mbps i was told it wasn't capable of receiving it yet your online checker shows my street as capable of 500mbps so there's clearly some misinformation or incorrect information

    @virginmedia I've had an on-going issue (6 weeks) with terrible picture quality/break up across numerous channels. I had an engineer visit today who acknowledged the problem but could not fit it. He messed around with various cables etc and tonight I now have no internet.

    So basically I have also heard that basically I am held at a ransom of £240 if I want to leave Virgin Media now and try to get a service that is stable and works with my work vpn (that is the very common Cisco Anyconnect).

    @virginmedia Absolute joke. So no work down today, no call, no communication that wqs promised twice on Monday and install date booked for the 5th February. Originallly ordered o the 30th Sept. complaint letter no. 3 to be sent. Beyond a joke of a service, absolutely disgusting.

    @virginmedia Thank you - will it be retagged and when will the call back take place? No streaming capability via my TV, Youtube etc. we already tried the online support options and it didn't work hence your agent's agreement to have a technician call back. Please advise when it is re-arranged

    @virginmedia how do we get a truthful response to our street’s internet issues? So many houses without WiFi for several hours, several times a week. Going on for months with endless broken promises from Customer Services. Your app says the service is “spot on”.

    @virginmedia It’s saying there’s no problem. But the connection continues to drop out regularly. I’m still having to resort to my mobile broadband for important business meetings as the Virgin service is so unreliable.
