    @virginmedia Yeah ive tried it on two browsers and the apps installed, i did a scan which connected me to that page because of the poor wifi connection!

    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia Broadband should have been installed yesterday (understand why due to storm) however, being put back to 01/03/22 isn’t acceptable. Especially when it’s required for your job. Already an issue with the install on 03/02/22 which had to be cancelled, then cancelled yesterday too

    @virginmedia I’ve tried this morning. After spending about an hour trying to talk to or talking to people I was still told there was nothing earlier. I’m very disappointed in the service and will be moving to a new provider when my contract expires

    Suggestions for good phone networks please? Been with @O2 for over 15 years but I pledged never to give Virgin Media a penny of my money ever again because they're an untrustworthy, unscrupulous shitshow. So since the merger I need a new network. Ideas?

    @virginmedia 1/2 The issue with the original installation was we were having tv and broadband, and no one had told us for the 2nd box you’d have to drill though all our walls. The install engineer said to my partner, talk about it, make the decision, call my mobile and I’ll come back & fit….

    @virginmedia done everything .. spoke to person on call.. said engineer booked ..5 days until a spare engineer, y? because there are so many engineers already booked in my area . if already in my area, they could go take a look.. crap support for £1,000 a year .. should have simard backup
