    @virginmedia do I get an award. None hours on chat just clocked up and not one inch forward despite being passed from one wrong department to another when asked for customer services at 9.05am and have been through every department but then.

    @kaybaka @virginmedia The same happened to me for months. I had just entered a new contract so couldn’t leave! Awful customer service although now my WiFi issues have been resolved the service works well! I dread having another issue though and trying to speak to a human to resolve it!

    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia The ****** thing about this is that we have recently had to change an elderly relative’s number after he had been scammed several times, including one who was specifically and repeatedly targeting him. The distress and wasted time from this theft and deception is horrible.

    @virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

    @virginmedia £55 a month JUST for Internet from April? Been a customer for over 20 years when it was £20 a month. Loyalty just gets you taken advantage of I guess.

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'
