    @tyreboy2 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Think twice.. I've had virgin for years excellent..but since the intelligent upgrade can't connect in bathroom n upstairs. When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia They said they was dealing with the fault and was given no time scale. It’s just come back on now but over the last few days it keeps loosing signal for a few minutes then coming back on. Thanks for the reply.

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia Any chance you can DM me to get this from you? I called the number which advised I've been texted the details. As the number I called from hasn't had a text, I'm assuming it goes to the contact number on my account, which is my landline with you that's never worked properly.
