    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia This is the second such incident of abuse in a week and there have been several other calls. What makes them plausible is our internet service from Virgin is poor and they phone saying they are investigating a problem.

    @virginmedia are up there with the worst companies for customer service. Their IVR is infuriating, they hang up on you when you do manage to get through and then tell you there is no way to make a complaint ! @Ofcom do you regulate these clowns 🤡

    @virginmedia I appreciate your advice, but rather than ask fellow customers for a fix I’d rather hope @virginmedia trained staff would be able to rectify this issue. I’ll try the forum, but this is not the way to run a business….@Ofcom

    @virginmedia Hi in LS28 7TU vigin services are down. We have no phone, TV channel services. It is giving v53 error code. Can you please sort this out. Thanks

    @virginmedia do I get an award. None hours on chat just clocked up and not one inch forward despite being passed from one wrong department to another when asked for customer services at 9.05am and have been through every department but then.

    @KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

    @virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to said nothing they can do it’s pick and choose !!! Have good internet and not use devises or us smart bulb, plugs or cameras and have poor signal

    @virginmedia My son is job hunting and needs the internet. What with issues with you taking over my son’s Netflix account and giving us ads, we’ve had several times where we have lost services. Only renewed a few weeks ago! Wish I’d gone to Sky.

They left a package at my neighbour no2, due to the layout of the close, no2 is nowhere near no3 and the photo of proof is also not no2 unless you are in the next close 🤬 An hour on a chat to discover that the driver is an idiot.

    @virginmedia I was meant to get a call back over 2 weeks ago from Maddie. Still waiting 🤔 Clearly saw the state of the complain & decided you couldn't be bothered. Every time my mum has rang, you have documented it as something completely different. Terrible service really 😑
