@Ofcom why are you still allowing virgin media to provide intermittent tv, broadband and phone packages without punishment. In our area over the last two year they have provided an awful service. Constantly going down or intermittent. Horrible customer service.

@virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

@philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

@GarethAllen3 @virginmedia Awful company to deal with. Customer care practically zero. I’m still waiting for a call from 3 weeks ago. How can a comms company have no facility to email them or live chat? Just about to change my services and save some of the £120 a month these jokers charge

@virginmedia Its off more times than its on of late. I'm still getting an intermittent line issue on my bb which ive had pretty much from day one and the whole service goes off in wakefield/ dewsbury area at least once a week. Its off now.

@virginmedia , is it common to not provide customers with the service they have paid for so early into the 18 month contract? Currently on the “Superfast” 200MB plan and receiving 30MB. Rang your call centre and gave up after an hour on hold.

@virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

@AbiNotNormal @virginmedia Yeah the company is terrible. Make sure any conversation you have with them you take screenshots because when we had issues earlier this year they tried blaming us for an issue they admitted they caused. They also are not on any ombudsman either.

@virginmedia It told me to reboot the hub because I do t have any issues with connectivity but I didn’t have any problems at the time, the issue comes at night and sometime throughout the day.
