    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

    @virginmedia hi virgin can you explain why you've referred me to a debt collection agency after I cancelled my service within 14 days snd returned equipment as it was a failed install and was advised I wouldn't be charged ? You also luckily never cancelled my sky .

    @virginmedia I tried to report a problem. The advisor was only interested in selling me a upgraded package. Miss selling packages to customers is not good practice

    @virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia It’s fine here but earlier in March we were left without any service for days at a time . The reason given was service upgrades. Ring them on 150 for an automated update

    @virginmedia 14 days & #virginmedia Wi-Fi is still substandard. They said it would be fixed in a few days. Now too slow even to support ordinary communication with camera. Eventually you find a way to find a person (after 20 min on hold). He says he'll look into it yet again.

    @virginmedia No. I arranged a new contract on Feb 16th, it increased immediately and I’ve been charged a higher amount every month since. Customer services said it was because there was an annual increase but this doesn’t seem fair on a new contract. It literally increased after 1 week.

    @virginmedia What I wish, is a consistent service. How can it be that it goes down so frequently? Whis fault is it? Does anyone care? Is anyone ever sanctioned? I just don’t see how you can get it wrong so often. Is it incompetence or do Virgin Media just not care?

    @virginmedia Yes, hilariously that says there are 'broadband issues'. So glad I checked! This is happening most days now, all across E17, service out for hours each time. Most people researching alternative providers. You are hours away from mass migration. Any reason we shouldn't?
