    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    @virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

    Virgin Media for business you really need to get your act together. Your poor staff what they must have to put up with and getting through can be frustrating to say the least for such a huge company you have some serious flaws. No internet for a week and probably beyond.

    @virginmedia Why is it 4/5 times I call your Customer Service team I get hung up on after a 30 minute wait?? This is absolutely awful, I've had enough. I was told her system just crashed. But the call center closes at 1900hrs doesn't it? Shockingly inept.
