@virginmedia I connected directly with ethernet in past, i can't remember, but im sure was issue there, so i have another ethernet cable coming to try direct connection again, i am in a flat, the router is in same room as main telly, so nothing to do with that

@virginmedia I will yes… but can I just say in the nicest way possible that I’ve had issues with virgin for months and months, been promised an engineer to investigate… been promised WiFi boosters as a GWG etc etc and you’ve delivered nothing. Yet here I am at Christmas wasting time again

@virginmedia Can't actually take another useless conversation with Virgin, over 15 clalls, all the diff lies we have been told. Just fix our service. 30th is NOT acceptable. Don't tell me we will get a weeks cr as that does NOT cover the lost Xmas, emotional stress or fin costs.

@virginmedia I need to wait for another new SIM card, as they not sure why Still issues. Also have a complaint open, it’s disgusting that you give customers a one ringer and then register that as a call attempt! How many ‘call attempts’ before you close complaint?
