    Dreadful service from @virginmedia. Internet & TV problems for almost a week now. Completely fed up with being asked to unplug, plug back in again & run the set up process. It doesn’t work! They’re happy to take £70 pm for a poor service but reluctant to send an engineer.

    @virginmedia We are dissatisfied with virgin medis. Poor delivery of streaming services and in House wifi. Numerous occasions where service is cut or slow. Please advise how we can improve this

    @virginmedia I’ve run all the tests & it’s telling me the ethernet cable is unplugged. I’ve never had an Ethernet cable! I can watch tv & record but can’t access on demand or catch up services. It stopped working at 5.59am 27/2. Please send help! Like a real person. I’m getting fed up now...

    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

    @virginmedia I have raised 3 complaints over the phone when dealing with customer service advisors. I don’t know what day this was. Have heard nothing in response. My new equipment has arrived and new account set up but still unhappy with the circumstances that caused this to happen.

    @virginmedia Been hanging on the phone waiting for an answer for 23 mins so far, maybe it’s because I pressed the option buttons, that I wanted to terminate the service because the customer service has been so useless? Or maybe it’s something else? Maybe I’m becoming too cynical?

    @virginmedia I did. He has now turned up, however he cannot resolve the issue as it is the area. Noise interference to the box outside is making it drop out. I am told it is an issue for network however it will not get priority as we at least have some service. Looking for a new provider now.
