@virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

@virginmedia I appreciate you trying to help. The issue is with the virgin contract being 18 months and the "new" o2 deal being 24 months and how this would impact as I looked to renegotiate in 18 months

Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@virginmedia You are missing my point, I have been with Virgin for a number of years as a customer, if your company isn't willing to fit a cable into to my new property why should I be penalised with a £234 charge? It makes no sense, if anything you should apologize and not charge me said fee

@virginmedia The chat service. She isn't very good on the phone, so would prefer using the chat method (especially if the waiting times on the phone are nearly as long as on the chat!) I cannot believe it has taken two days for her to get this far. All the wants to do is reduce her bill!
