@virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

@virginmedia The estimated fix time was 8pm last night, then 10pm, then 12am and now it is 4pm. Will it be fixed by this time, or will it just be put back again?

If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

Dealing with ongoing @virginmedia connection issues whilst trying to work is bad enough, but then repeated issues whilst trying to watch #sheffieldUnited lose again is just too much. Especially as my bill is pushing £50 a month. Can't work, can't suffer the footie. Come on virgin

@virginmedia appalling service virgin media! On 24/12 v6 box broke. So far, 4 telephone calls, 3 promises of calls back (not received), told new box posted to us but it wasn’t, engineer appointment cancelled by virgin with no explanation. Week later & still cant watch tv

@virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

Recently renegotiated my contract with @virginmedia just received notification that they are billing me for 50% more than was agreed. Called them and they cannot explain why, and have registered my complaint and someone will call me at some point in the next 48 hours. Scandalous

@virginmedia 1/2 Again, utter nonsense! It shows that there is a problem with the hub! I've replaced the ethernet cables, with 1gb compatible ones, and an engineer came on Friday and tested the Network card, cables and all settings! Has no idea but thinks it's probably a faulty hub?!

@virginmedia Why do all agents try and tell you there are known issues in the area? There isn’t when you check status . Also was originally advised after nothing had been done in 45 mins that I need to keep an eye on it for a week then call back?
