    @virginmedia My concern is that you disconnected me on Saturday and 6 days later and about 5 hours of calls later and 3 times being promised it would back on. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE! I am not concerned I am annoyed by your inability to act!

    @virginmedia I 1st used web chat and was offered the same package then I rang explaining I'm struggling to pay and will have to cancel. No reduction in package or price. Just told to ring back

    @virginmedia Done that as well. I have made at least 20 calls to you and been promised reconnection on numerous occasions and then nothing happens and I go through it all again. Your customer service is dreadful

    @virginmedia Nope. No one seems to have a clue what a "complaints dept." might be or who the "ResolutionsTeam" are... despite me having a complaint reference and email from them. Funnily, the link in that email to take you to the info on how to escalate the complaint doesn't work either...

    @virginmedia Apologies, I meant broadband, not landline. Faults team doesn’t know what the issue is. I’m a creature of habit so really slow to move as I’ve been with VM since the NTL days, but if my wifi stays unstable for one more week, I’m moving everything to @CommunityFibre
