    @Classicbritcom @virginmedia Yep. It's known in the trade as cancellation avoidance. Cancelling / removing products from your service goes against the advisor, so they do everything to avoid it. Send email / chat saying you refuse to pay from the current date, they will do it quick enough

    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia My contact is ending and you are almost doubling the price. The person on call offered me a price more expensive that what you offer new customers. She couldn't offer me the price on your website. Somewhere the model is broken. The automated phone system definitely doesn't work
