Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

@virginmedia Was told it would take a week to do and to call back in 27th. He called back - when he eventually got through he learns no one has bothered to follow-up and the case notes are poor and unclear. He insisted someone call back that same day. No-one has. He tried again yesterday

@virginmedia Was on phone for an hour before the call terminated without speaking to anyone - he doesn't have the time for that. We are still no nearer a resolution and the 14 day cooling off period ends tomorrow. So this either gets resolved where the contract is corrected or we canxel
