@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

@virginmedia Yes I'm pretty sure they are. The light hasn't turned white since we set it up & not fast Is there a number I should call about this? I also need to cancel my virgin tv box because the white box is in a bedroom and we want to have the tv downstairs so can't connect it to the hub.
