    @virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

    @virginmedia Hi, my equipment is irrelevant, the GUI on the routers admin page is just terribly slow, I’ve tried two different pcs, different browsers, even my phone, it’s the router/modem configuration pages are shocking slow to respond to any form of user input.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    @virginmedia Hopefully you won’t regret that tweet! I should have been offered the virtual engineer yesterday rather than given false reasons for the problem! We are using our data on phones, I’ve had no service for more than 24 hours so I will be raising a complaint and expect compensation!

    @virginmedia Still not great. Ookla speed test is showing 60-70 mbps but responsiveness of all web based apps is terrible and very laggy. I’ve tried resetting the router but makes no difference.
