    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    @virginmedia the company that’s only looks after new customers, not long serving ones. Me: paying £34 for vivid100. New customers £29 or £34 for vivid200. VM customer services, well you can have vivid200 for only £54. 😳🤬

    @virginmedia Hi, my equipment is irrelevant, the GUI on the routers admin page is just terribly slow, I’ve tried two different pcs, different browsers, even my phone, it’s the router/modem configuration pages are shocking slow to respond to any form of user input.

    @virginmedia I’m totally fed up with the incompetence of VM customer service. Apologies are cheap whereas the bill for reinstatement of my garden won’t be. This issue has been directed on by the VM Ex. Team so I suggest you contact them for the full details.

    @virginmedia Yes it worked fine. I never called to close or cancel anything. I had an email one more saying my OOmph package has been downgraded and my sim was cancelled. I called and was told to ignore the emails, but my sim was still cancelled. Been told it will work again in 5 days, but...
