Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?
