@virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

@virginmedia Customer Loyalty!! None! 25 years continuous service. Can't get my name right. Retention team ignorant and useless. My bill went up from £25 to £28.50 and the BEST they can do to keep me is £39!!!!!! What a Joke. Bye Bye Virgin. You've lost the plot!!!!

The fact @virginmedia has non stop been pestering my partner as his contract has now ran out (and I signed back up to sky) but are now trying to blackmail and scam him into signing back up with them is vile. We was happy with everything but your shitty customer service.

@virginmedia Clearly the number is still active who i wouldnt have spoken to virgin customer care staff on that number. If it was ceased why do you still have it connected to your centres. Ceased means no longer existing so i shouldn't have even been able to dial it.
