    @virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

    @virginmedia will somebody be able to give me a call about my bill. My introduction offer has finished and my bill is now higher than my credit limit so something needs to be sorted otherwise I’ll have to cancel virgin

    @virginmedia No broadband (green light flashing) Website sending me in circles, run tests, says to call you but closed, then website says to sign in (which I already am) so I do & it sends back round to beginning. I’ve rebooted, checked wires &just want to report fault, plse help

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

    I swear @virginmedia is playing games with me! I've had intermittent WiFi for 2 days. On the Broadband status checker it says no issues. I call them & the first thing it says is that there's a problem in our area. So why not update the site with that info?!

    @virginmedia No, I entered my a/c number and area reference and then the automated response said there was a complex problem that engineers would take time to resolve. Yet, when I enter my postcode in your website, it says all is fine?!

    @s2x_a Is it virgin media by any chance cause they’re SO bad!! 😩 u can complain tho to most wifi providers about bad connection and they should provide a free booster box. I know it doesn’t help rn but for in the future

    @virginmedia Yes they have to dig up the road and that's going to take 8 weeks. An engineer came by last week, turn-on due tomorrow, but only informed today of delay. Then the call centre just tried to make it almost impossible to cancel. Truly atrocious service.

    @virginmedia your organisation and customer service has been an absolute joke. Today a 3rd engineer has turned up to install inside arranged by yourselves when external works are yet to be completed, a complete waste of everyone’s time. Tomorrow marks 4 weeks of no internet!
