They did an upgrade which knackered up my tv and virgin tv took them months and several visits to admit it was that that messed it up and eventually got them to put back to what if was! Hope u get refund x

I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.
