    @virginmedia can you confirm the issues with wifi today in S62WG? Attemping to work from home is very difficult when the wifi keeps disconnecting. Virgin website says no issue!

    @virginmedia how come all walking dead have now moved to virgin store when they were all on demand I’m a customer and my sister in law just joined was told it’s all on demand when they installed it yesterday now you have to buy them

    Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

    Low and behold... @vmbusiness is down again on the first work day of the week. Makes me wonder how often this happens and I’m normally in the office so don’t notice... I can’t wait to one day move to somewhere where another provider can connect me to fibre optic internet

    @virginmedia Had problems with our WiFi, engineer turned up at the door we asked shouldn’t he be wearing a mask 😷 he answered “nah we’ve run out” seriously Virgin you’re sending out engineers to peoples homes without masks!!!!

    @virginmedia Horrifying service! Had a fault in SE14 since yesterday morning meaning no broadband access. Continual assurances that it will be fixed but with no explanation and deadlines being pushed back, leaving it impossible to make alt WFH arrangements!

    @virginmedia There is ZERO customer support. ‘Just the range’ is stopping me working...please don’t belittle the issue. The WiFi you are providing is not fit for purpose. I live in a semi not a county estate!!!

    @virginmedia No, the website doesn't give an option to sign up for updates, all we see is "We have detected an issue on our network which maybe affecting your broadband service." only via the phone service, which acknowledges an issue in our postcode & asks if I want to receive text updates.

    @virginmedia As I said, u have spoken to them numerous times. They have lied to me regarding reasons why work was not completed, blaming roadworks. Promised to call back, then didn't. Told me appointments were booked, when they weren't. Seems like no one can help, or even cares.
