    @virginmedia our broadband down without warning and service update says you hope to fix this by 5th April! Why so long? We rely on this for work - unacceptable

    @virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia It’s fine here but earlier in March we were left without any service for days at a time . The reason given was service upgrades. Ring them on 150 for an automated update

    @virginmedia It’s strange because the online help claims there’s no problem but the phone says there’s a major problem in the area. Perhaps the online help needs updating because it’s no help at all

    @virginmedia No and tbh no apology for my internet not working since the day after install Friday and now I've been threatened in in contract ! I have 14 days to cancel can you confirm please . Im not paying for a fault after 5 days plus it's not worked from install .

    @virginmedia on the phone for 30 minutes, WhatsApp message and technical support still not sorting us out! Oh but we can double what we pay and get a new hub!! New customers get it for £25

    @virginmedia failed install which worked for 2 hours and I cancelled within 14 days . I've now got a a bill for £62 ! Your staff just cut me off and I'm disabled and need help

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    @virginmedia I tried to report a problem. The advisor was only interested in selling me a upgraded package. Miss selling packages to customers is not good practice

    @virginmedia hi virgin can you explain why you've referred me to a debt collection agency after I cancelled my service within 14 days snd returned equipment as it was a failed install and was advised I wouldn't be charged ? You also luckily never cancelled my sky .

    @virginmedia @jet2tweets Truly horrific (lack of) customer service form virgin media tonight regarding home phone switchover. This change will mean an elderly person will no longer be able to operate a fall alarm during times of loss of service. Surely this is disability discrimination. No offer to help!

    @virginmedia I tried that and it’s what sends me in a never ending loop. The page yesterday attested to issues which the five emails from Virgin today confirmed were fixed. All I want to do is report a fault & I can’t. It needs investigating.

    @virginmedia when will you sort the issues in b28 area ? , estimated dates keep coming and going , bb drops at least 15 times a day , not good when wfh . Ticket shows number F010323024 . Last text update was fix for 16th December, was told on phone 22nd Dec
