    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia Exactly the same. Broadband cuts out during the day for short moments. I've just identified this as I've switched mobile data off on my phone. Tv went down for about 50 minutes at 8.05 pm last night.

    @virginmedia It's a issue on all devices. It's been cutting off recently quite frequently. But this is the first time we have lost Internet completely. Our hub 3 just blinks green even if we reboot it.

    @virginmedia No just normal power on light but for days it was flashing green arrows and green wifi then came back for a bit. Service status says no issues but a test on my hub says there is a area issue. Today just power light and no internet
