After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

It’s my parents business and they have their property engineers coming out to view the issue on Monday. I assume they will be in touch themselves regarding the issues. Luckily it’s just rain water, and not sewage.

Then I got an apology and refund for waiting at home. Now I just got another apology and another refund for the loss of internet/phone. Virgin is pretty rubbish.
