    @virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

    @virginmedia Went through your online troubleshooting & said green flashing lights was a connection problem on our model hub,tried all the disconnecting & switching off for a while,but still flashing green lights.But very oddly came on that evening,but on & off,so obviously a fault somewhere

    I must say @virginmedia have really found a clever way to keep their customers; just make it really difficult to cancel your package. How? Well, you can't cancel if they don't have CS agents that can accept and register your cancellation, right? So simple. So brilliant👌

    @virginmedia Without wanting to sound rude...do you not think I’ve tried that! I’ve called twice first time the agent hung up on me for no reason, second time got told someone would get back in touch (haven’t!). I’ve also had multiple live chats to be told someone will contact me (haven’t!)
