    @virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

    @virginmedia Nothing showing in app or website and all neighbours seem to be back online. There is nothing wrong with the equipment; the outage was due to the works and it seems like they’ve not connected it back afterwards

    @virginmedia They didn’t have a big enough thing to blow the fibre through with . They’ve been out before why is this not done .. seriously this has been on going since Sept 9th .you’ve absolutely broken my 83yr old mum .. she’s so so upset . She sent her pension on a new tv for this in sept

    @virginmedia I've been told the Omnibox needs a cable which should have been there from the off. After countless calls I was promised this would be fixed by Tuesday 22nd. This did not happen. I'm stuck without WiFi and so far virgin cust service has been a massive disappointment.

    @azd_lowry @virginmedia Please help us get this resolved, we both need the internet to do our jobs. Yesterday was marked because we both needed to help people in our roles and couldn't because the files we needed were too big for 4G speeds. This isn't good enough.
