    @virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

    .@virginmedia are an absolute joke. For two weeks I have called continously as they never sent me a TV box despite upgrading my package to include TV. Today, I finally get a parcel. Its just the remote... I am lost words at the incompetence.

    @virginmedia Laughable excuse. I will be calling and I will making a formal complaint. Continously I've been told a replacement TV box will be sent and after two weeks I've only received a remote? And yet I'm paying for a service you cannot seem able to simply provide. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia How can I go about cancelling my service without having to spend the best part of 24 hours waiting for a answer on the phonw? Fed up with the WiFi being down for the best part of a EVERY month, now your website doesn't even work properly. Can't wait to get rid and switch.
