Noooo heard on news please @O2 don’t merge with @virginmedia best thing we ever did was leave @virginmedia and I’ve been with @O2 for years with hardly any problems and on principal when the problems we had with @virginmedia we will have to change networks PLEASE Don’t Do it xxxx

@reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

@virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

@virginmedia I have already have and messaged customer service and the credit reference company and no success so the last resort is the FCA and ofcom and the police !!!! Or court action this has been going on since 2017 now either remove it from my credit file or face legal action
