    @JaneHutchby @virginmedia That's awful I've had so much trouble with them. They did an upgrade which knackered up my tv and virgin tv took them months and several visits to admit it was that that messed it up and eventually got them to put back to what if was! Hope u get refund x

    @virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    Waiting for the @dcfcofficial takeover is as painful as waiting for @virginmedia to deliver the phone I ordered on the 3rd May. So putting this out there - always been happy with Virgin but what’s the best mobile network cause it looks like I’ll be moving.

    @virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

    @virginmedia Why dont you get the issue sorted ASAP, inform your clients why it took so long, reimburse them for working time lost and then worry about asking for feeback post the issue being fixed. Deflection is not the answer - fixing it in an appropriate time frame is.

    @virginmedia 2 - First call also had issues adding refer friend ref. I had an email asking for code which I sent. No response. I called to check it was added and no one could tell me. I called another time and was told they did not know if it was added

    @virginmedia The agent was really helpful but was unable to replace my Hub 3 with a Hub 4 as the area won't support it yet. The stock recommendation was to make sure the cables are fitted securely. It looks like I'll have to buy extra equipment to overcome the issue long term.

    @virginmedia Yes, I will do that (again). But your call centre staff said to me it was a known problem with the 360 box. Well, if that was correct, it needs fixing. Moreover, all my issues (TV and broadband) all started following the installation of the 'new' 360. Needs sorting mate.
