    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia Is there an email address I can use instead? I can just tell them the address and send the photos and explain the problem. They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    After spending 1hr on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a payment issue out they put the phone down on me 😡 will be cancelling my contract as of tomorrow.speaking to people i cant even understand.. Fuming

    @virginmedia @Jaym7t5 MPs response. The bloke said it would be better if you sent a SMS for example. It's a great idea. If you can send it for service feedback surely you can send one for faults. Electricity companies do it for outages..
