@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@virginmedia I think its our router etc we have poor Internet speed all the time no Internet in certain rooms i actually have better signal with next doors Internet, I've been ringing up for months with no help!

@virginmedia I'm believe it has. Issue I have now, I accepted the issue last month in the hope it'd be the end of it, but today proved otherwise. Told I can't reopen a complaint, a call "cut off", battered my head off a wall talking to an agent and still awaiting an email to provide feedback.

@francesweetman @declankenny94 I had a sneaky box under my telly here in Wales. I watched Netflix and used my VirginMedia connection. Combination of ShadowSocks, VPN, etc. Had it on my phone and local cops would run up to watch me **** myself and turn it all off lol.
