@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

@virginmedia yet again last night and now this morning your service is t working despite the large amount we pay you every month. The two of us work from home - you are costing us business. If you can’t provide a decent consistency service then admit it and we’ll change provider

@virginmedia No, I haven't. Since March. Hopeless. Used Covid as an excuse to avoid resolving customer issues. I basically use my mobile as a hot spot for broadband as a result.

@virginmedia I understand the need for a pay rise I still don’t get why I’m already paying just under £60/month for broadband alone. As a single parent household and a long term customer I think it’s disgraceful, esp when I know others who pay considerably less & have additional services!

@virginmedia I appreciate that but I feel £45 extra a year when other bills are all going up too, people loosing jobs or having to take pay cuts etc is very steep, surely you could have kept it down. Seems a lot of people feel the same.
