    @virginmedia But I have been specifically told to return the hub before getting new one as standard procedure. Also been told to email customer services to allow keeping the hub until new one arrives.

    @virginmedia your customer service is awful. Emma was damn right rude on the phone and cut me off on purpose. I suggest is retrained on customer service skills as she has none. There is no need to be patronising to a customer.

    Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

    @virginmedia - we are entitled to statutory compensation for a 58 day delay in installation, 4 missed installations and promised compensation. Your complaints team is suggesting “customer is not liable for compensation”. Do you now also breach Ofcom rules?
