    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

    @virginmedia After a couple more wasted hours and speaking to two more useless, rude and incompetent call centre operatives your customer retention team actually listened. Might help if ALL your call centres were UK based and had some compassion.

    @virginmedia First you disconnect me the day after I renewed my contract. Then you create a new account and disconnected all my services including my business phone. Then you took away my tv channels. When I complained you put the phone down. When I raised a 2nd complaint you never responded.

    @virginmedia I have raised this with the online helpdesk too and ran diagnostics on the line. Basically, the signal fluctuates & breaks periodically throughout the day. The indicator is that I use a private server for work & when the link break, even for a few seconds, it ejects my log in

    @virginmedia That’s really irritating because I’ll be on hold for ages. Wish I’d had just cancelled my service when I had the chance. The only reason I didn’t was because you offered me this discount and then didn’t apply it correctly

    @virginmedia 4 hours in and I'm with yet another retention handler. I just want to leave now. I never want to deal with virgin media again, and to be honest after 18 years this experience is making me reconsider my O2 contract.

    @paullewismoney Has anyone every found the "new content and features" these companies tell us they're giving us in return for the price increases? Asking for someone whose Virginmedia broadband has gone up quite a lot over the last several years with this excuse but for no additional service.
