@virginmedia We have. I will have to call again as we have done all the generic things on the website and on the phone. It's a long standing issue. The signal just doesn't seem strong enough, despite upgrading our package.

@virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.

@virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

@virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

@virginmedia It is going down everyday at 11am - 1pm , this is when I have vital lessons that I need to be teaching primary school children who are accessing their education remotely - I have followed all of the instructions online , reset , rebooted and reset factory settings - no change!

@virginmedia They say that, even though the email says that I can cancel or modify my plan without cancelation fees, they can't do anything about it. Even at some point of the call, the agent suggested that wasn't true and that I was lying. Disapointed.
