    Stayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭

    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

    @virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.

    Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

    @entrustTMF @virginmedia I got a ‘3’5g router that pulls down the 5g signal, it was as fast as my Virgin Media 200+gbps and more reliable. £25/month. If you’ve no 5g coverage starlink is offering £35 a month.

    @virginmedia Ive now been told that to get my ticket number, they will need to raise a new ticket further delaying the original problem resolution date. That cannot be true and doesn’t work like that in other organisations who use tickets and escalation points through a CRM system

    @virginmedia getting 100mb a second on your gigabyte package and was told there was issues. Was escalated to the complaints team who advised nothing is wrong! Shocking customer service even when it was acknowledged its nowhere near what im paying for

    @NotEnoughTECH @virginmedia @virginmedia used to be one of if not the best broadband provider in the UK. They even won some customer service awards x years ago if i remember correctly. At one point everything just fell apart. Customer service became non existent, they started to treat customers unfairly and many other issues. I wonder what happened tbh🤔
