    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

    @virginmedia trying to call to cancel my son’s broadband now he’s left his student digs. Called three times now, get passed to the cancellation team, on hold for 30mins then get cut off. THREE TIMES IN A ROW. please help

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

    @virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

    Appalling customer service by @virginmedia Had terrible experience in the past, husband decided to give another chance, despite me saying: they have the worst customer service in the market! Here we are, less then a month after signing up, waiting over 3 HOURS(!!) on the phone.

    @virginmedia I no longer have an account with you. That's probably why virgin aren't bothering. I've tried your 'text' service previously: it's worse that useless. And I absolutely refuse to phone your 03** number, as it ends up costing me a lot of money!

    @virginmedia Issues in so16 area. Intermittent disconnection every 20 minutes. Your customer service is appalling. Have been hung up on various times, and have been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes.
