@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..

@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

@virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@virginmedia MEANT TO BE WORKING FROM HOME DUE TO COVID BUT CANT COS OF CRAP WIFI ! The engineer didn’t show up in saturday. My wifi is constantly cutting out and no one will speak to me ! Also paying for nowtv, Netflix & Amazon prime and can’t watch any of them !

@virginmedia @Ofcom I renewed my fibre broadband m200vand had nothing but issues since renewing. I was cut off whilst streaming but prior to renewal I was paying MORE money for a great service then since I've reduced the payment the service is worse. Sure this is fixed. 🤔🤔
