    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia As ive said, i have tried those contact methods on many occasions. The code of practice, though it makes "promises" it doesnt provide a means of raising a complaint other than call. And as ive said the call procedure sends you round in circles then disconnects...try it

    @virginmedia It was an error by the operator. It has supposedly been switched back on. It has been a week... we were last told at the weekend that there were “issues in your area” but the rest of our services are fine (including our main tv downstairs)...
