    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..

    @virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

    50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

    @virginmedia worst customer service - they didn’t install broadband on the day agreed. The manager then put the phone down and lied about what the previous person on the phone agreed as compensation. Result - no broadband and calling again. Don’t switch to virgin!

    @virginmedia No much better - and we pay for a ‘premium’ service. We have had no connection to intermediate connection or a super slow connection. It has gotten progressively bad over this year but this last month has been SUPER bad. Please can someone contact me to discuss.

    @virginmedia I have tried calling many times to cancel. After over an hour hold and finally speak to a human phone disconnects. Happened 3 times different phone lines. No response from complaints department.
