    @WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..

    @virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

    @virginmedia again rubbish service. Unable to do anything, all of Virgin servers are down. Can’t book an engineer, unable to update my info. Poor poor poor. Call us back in 2 hours, great! I love@being on hold for an hour. Always an issue. #cancellationdepartment

    @virginmedia Our broadband (Rugby area CV23) has been out of action since yesterday morning. I received a text to say it is fixed but it isn’t - the website says ETA for fix is 4pm today. The communication on this is very poor.

    @virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

    @virginmedia woke up with no wifi connection and when I tried to connect it back on settings, it said incorrect password. Don’t know what happen, last night was working just fine. Anyone had the same experience, would appreciate any help.

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @virginmedia you are next to useless. Broadband playing up all day and virtually unusable - phone up and when eventually get through to someone, they say they will do some checks, put me on hold and then after 15 minutes hang up! Pathetic

    @virginmedia We have been using Virgin Broadband for a while and had added TV to the pack on sunday. The only reason to get VirginTV was your Desi pack. However, it doesn’t work on our box and no one can fix the issue. I have been ringing support since yesterday!l

    @virginmedia No one could fix the issue and get channel 800 working for us. Just kept transferring the call from one department to another. If you check my account you will see how much time I have wasted trying to fix and then cancel this issue!

    @virginmedia As a whole, got an Xbox that’s wired that keeps cutting out, and then a few phones and a tablet with the same issue. I’ve done all the resets etc but the issue persists

    @virginmedia I've checked multiple times it always says there are issues in the area but when we called two days ago we were told it would be sorted in 24 hours. The internet still drops out every so often. Honestly your service is normally good but this is abysmal

    @virginmedia It’s ok, I am speaking with @HyperopticCS. They don’t have any mobile dongle of their own but, unlike you, still trying to find a solution for me, even when this is not a problem created by them but you.
