    Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia why can I not speak to a manager when I need to sort out a complaint. I asked to lapse my contract 45 days prior to the end date and paid my final bill, now you want to charge me more and refuse to let me send the router and box back until 10 days after service stop?

    @virginmedia where is the report a problem link? My broadband is down, the white light is on but no broadband. On one website link it says all is okay. On another it says there is a fault. This has been faulty since Wednesday. I want to ensure I receive the refund.
