    @virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

    @virginmedia Had probs for 8 weeks trying to get engineer out! Still taking £96 a month though Poor internet speed Wifi isn't working Spent 3hrs on phone Sat Currently on hold (3rd time today) cut off twice! On demand stopped working

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia have the virgin connect app.... however it will not let me sign in. Have changed password etc and it still says ‘wrong username or password’. Driving me mad!

    Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

    @virginmedia Did that spoke to your machine that found a fault and is sending a signal to try to fix it, however this is only putting a plaster on the problem, it'll happen again and BBC2 is still unavailable, your service very poor

    @virginmedia Your service is not providing an estimated fix time. Just continually instructs us to run a test. When trying to book an appointment with an engineer, the earliest available time is Tuesday, after being told someone would arrive yesterday. Already been without wifi for 24 hours.

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying, there is a better deal but as a loyal customer since the Telewest days it's not open to me. I'd be content with anything I'd consider fair, even if it were slightly more but £71 vs. £35.99 .... There must be a middle ground.

    @virginmedia We were told verbally someone would be coming Monday morning. We can’t wait till Tuesday 7pm for an appointment, a whole 80 hours after reporting the issue. The issue has arisen because a Virgin technician was doing work outside our house on Saturday.

    @virginmedia Yes I know and have tried everything!!! I asked for a longer wire to move the hub away and into a completely open space as a last resort but guess what it was never sent out!

    @virginmedia I have a 350mb broadband subscription that I couldn’t use since December. I’ve tried all the different possibilities to contact someone who can actually look into this problem, but no one gave an explanation or solved the problem. Yet they treated as resolved and started billing.

    @virginmedia Still not working. We were told an engineer would come out yesterday to resolve the issue, they did not arrive. We were then told they would come today, only to find out this morning, they don’t work on Sundays. We now won’t be able to work tomorrow as we work from home.
