@BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

@virginmedia If the deal had been there, I’d have signed up today. But if can’t get the deal, and your agents can’t offer the deal, I’m left with ordering @skytv as an option, but with an expectation that when I call you to cancel you’ll find a way to offer the ‘new Cust’ deal to an existing.
