@virginmedia had issues for years......so many calls logged. Wifi doesnt cover whole house and is intermittent all day. Its frustrating. Just logging another call now. Used so much mobile data due to these issues. Never had an issue in this house until virgin.

So I left @virginmedia over 18 months ago as they tried to rip off a loyal customer and had no customer service experience or knowledge at all. I thought I'd give them another chance just by grabbing a sim only deal as the offer was attracting. say no more, Sim cancelled!

@virginmedia I’m not happy tbh. I’ve always called on behalf of my mum in regards to technical issues as I set up account for them. I do all the calls regarding this and your colleague Avanash wouldn’t talk to me. Never had an issue till now, and I’ve had to wait 20 mins on hold for an answer

@virginmedia I don’t want to make an official complaint just a lesson in common courtesy. Quick check and you would see I’m also virgin customer so you could have informed me or your engineers should be taught to knock on door to say we are blocking drive for abit. It’s not rocket science
