    @wired_gold @virginmedia im with Virgin mobile and I know they use the Three network but it keeps knocking off aswell. Its back now so hopefully it last long enough so I can get my work done

    @virginmedia That was the point of my tweet! Your system says no non issues yet down detector shows hundreds logging problems with the intranet and then when you test the hub it recognises connectivity issue as says come back in 24hrs! Clearly there is an issue.

    @virginmedia Thanks. If a customer had received, at best, a sub-standard service for over 8 months, why should a termination fee apply? Your customer services repeatedly failed. Spent the best part of 36 hours on the phone to you. All futile. No basic courtesy/semblance of customer service
