Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

@virginmedia I wanted to cancel or down grade my package due to the rising costs and my partner being on furlough and my own business having to be closed but every way i tried to contact you i had no reply i was held in a que for 40mins and then cut off, i emailed still no response so i have
