    Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

    @virginmedia There was a major problem in N10 yesterday so no access for half a day. I was being a little sarcastic as it had been running fine for months but as soon as the upgrade had been announced the niggles started followed by yesterday's big outage. Coincidental perhaps.
