    @tumsh21 @virginmedia Terrible mate! Brought the service to Musselburgh and I’ve not heard anyone saying they are satisfied. Biggest complaint has been around customer service. Sales answer calls in 2 mins. Customer service 45 + mins

    And pricks of the day award goes to @virginmedia . 89 Year old mother forgot to pay her bill , €30 over the Christmas. Dad 93 was in hospital for a Hip replacement, so bills understandably forgotten you'd think . Nah , the world we live in and Virgin media cut the Service.

    @virginmedia Well luckily it's working this morning. No work in the area as I always check on my mobile data BUT this isn't good enough. In the afternoon, evening and at night its been down for periods of yesterday and this month totally unreliable. I expect a reduction in my bill.

    @virginmedia I flipping know how to check service status. We have had service outages all week. Apparently this one won’t be resolved until 6pm but I await for it to be down again tomorrow. Useless.

    @virginmedia £80+ a month and our internet is absolutely shocking. it is SO unexplainably slow, cuts out at the most random and inconvenient times (like during a zoom call🙄) and honestly it’s just not good enough for what we pay. is this a ploy to get us to upgrade?

    @virginmedia What, everyday for 4 months? Behave. Ive checked on the service literally everyday. Comes up as green and no issues. The only issue is your service is terrible. 14 months to go til i can get rid of your woeful internet and it cant come quick enough

    @virginmedia I'd like to get some actual information on the issue and a realistic time frame for it being resolved. Instead of being told the same thing by a robot every day "We are aware of the issue and hope to have it fixed by 4pm". I also want to discuss a reduction in my next bill.
