@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

@virginmedia You are saying the same since the 17th of October @virginmedia and you don't resolved the outage, gave us 0 alternative, 0 money back and you don't allow us to leave the company since we fear a penalty and we have a one month notice. Its abusive so I want @Ofcom to be aware

@katixmay @Louisdebernard I feel your pain! Cancellation process with @virginmedia was an absolute nightmare. I winced at the extra month of (unused) broadband I had a pay for because the process was so slow and fraught but your £200+ is frankly offensive! I think we're all glad to see the back of them!

@virginmedia So, when the ticket which was never raised was "raised" I was told it was 5 working days, when latest ticket was raised I was told it was prioritised and I've heard nothing nearly a week later...

carla lariot
(@CarlaLariot) reported
@virginmedia It's not enough @virginmedia you cannot leave clients for one month without services and wait for the problem to be fixed since its a month since you "try" to solve it. Your company doesn't allow us to leave since we need a month notice. Its abusive @Ofcom
