@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

@virginmedia internet and TV service out in Harold’s Cross since 10am this morning - any explanation for the outage or any idea when service will resume? We received no notice about this, the online check says service is working but it definitely is not

@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@virginmedia That link accepts complaints up to 30/12/22. Then they have to go through the ombudsman, so I'll place my complaint with the 'grown ups' instead of wasting any more time with @virginmedia. Obvs you are closing your compl dept because you are so bad!

@virginmedia Intermittent signal, we have had new cabling, two new hubs and it is still not working properly. I think you are over selling your service. We pay for the top package and are not getting this service.
