Well after my meeting this morning after 19 years in virgin media which is closing down their head office we are officially gone from there but I will be moving to Irish water to a new company in talbot street soon .

@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

@davechristie15 @yanic1965 @virginmedia They’re brutal, we had it for a week and it was awful, so much slower than Sky and BT, didn’t even get WiFi in some rooms, ended up using data in the house! We cancelled exactly 1 week after it went in and they’re chancing it for a full months bill! They’re a joke!
