  • groomy1975 Sarah Groom (@groomy1975) reported

@virginmedia I'm sorry but if you look in your Virgin Media forums, you can see this is a reoccurring problem. It was an existing package that is increasing by £12 a month and they were trying to offer a deal to stay, but constantly changed what I would be paying.

  • jamblR_ jambler (@jamblR_) reported

@virginmedia I am using ethernet via a tp link and experiencing issues (however I’m assuming this still constitutes as a wireless connection), but yeah most issue’s are wireless

  • meganw1903 Megan White (@meganw1903) reported

@virginmedia @kerriedocherty I have never been more disgusted with a service in all of my life. I don't think I am asking much by wanting to know the reason for such a high bill. Yet no one is able to give me an answer.

  • MorayPringle Moray Pringle (@MorayPringle) reported

@virginmedia complaint lodged re cancelling of my mobile account since 3 Dec - no reply despite sending two chasers. Money taken from my account again despite trying to cancel this since before December. Complaint ref C-03122272. Can someone respond asap?

  • MichelleWollen Michelle Wollen (@MichelleWollen) reported

@virginmedia paid £35 to upgrade to a TV V6 box. Arrived today - they suggest you install it immediately. Problem is, it is missing the adaptor cable. Can't get through to support. How do I get this fixed?

  • more_tutoring More Tutoring UK (@more_tutoring) reported

@Gareth_Roberts_ @virginmedia Yep they dared to hike mine to an eye-watering £70 a month, now they have one customer less. Not the type of strategy I support for long 🤑🤮

  • danielwitte95 Daniel Witte (@danielwitte95) reported

@virginmedia Hi John, yes I have. But the new contract is at a much higher price than my previous contract, and the move in charge of £65 is outrageous (especially considering the self-start equipment did not arrive today). That’s why I want to speak to someone - under these terms, I’d cancel

  • Crypto_AF_ Crypto AF (@Crypto_AF_) reported

@virginmedia Hello yes it dose show a outage/issue in my area but I've been having problems for about 6 months.
