@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

@virginmedia We experience bad connections constantly. WE need an engineer to reposition our WiFi as it dose not cover the whole house, which is just a small flat. And when you call customer service it takes forever and you rarely get to speak to anyone. We have been customers for 18 years.
