@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

  • john003 John003 (@john003) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

@griptmedia @john_mcguirk From RTE point of view cheap price...Means they never have to have John McGuirk on again for fear of libel....Newstalk and Virgin media can use the same excuse....

  • john003 John003 (@john003) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

@MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

@virginmedia Oh looksie ... 1 am again, and your service dies again.... This is becoming far to common to be an issue to be ignored in the BS1 area .... Fix this bullshit, as it is interrupting my only method of socialising after working an evening shift!

  • jillyt1983 Jill Todd (@jillyt1983) reported

@virginmedia who do I speak to about getting a new router? Ours is 7 years old and cuts out almost daily, awful when you're trying to work from home. Can't get through to speak to anyone in person to sort it properly without just resetting it

  • clarkjames70 James Clark (@clarkjames70) reported

@virginmedia You’ve installed the kit. The problem is your installation was so poorly designed, rainwater is running through the trench you dug, and the cable pipe, and eroding the ground where you drilled through my perimeter wall. It’s all been reported as a complaint in March

  • Undead_Roach SelinaAnne (@Undead_Roach) reported

I also find it convenient that the issues always happen AFTER midnight when the phone lines are closed 🤔 @virginmedia #virginmedia #nointernet #again

  • MrBlitzed Glen Arnold 🇬🇧🇬🇷🎹🎶🎵 (@MrBlitzed) reported

@Undead_Roach @virginmedia @EE Hear hear! I'm on a 'supposed' 350 contract, but nine times out of ten my EE data leaves the Virgin service for dead! Oh, and my service is currently down too...

  • FPSLimits Limitz (@FPSLimits) reported

@David_W11 @virginmedia they won’t be able to do anything mate, basically once you’ve set up your package there is no way to switch to a new customer deal, also they will charge you an additional £35 activation fee for your tv now if you decide to get it, goodluck lol
