@virginmedia No problems in the area from what I can see guys. Have done all the trouble shooting etc and have ensured all bills have been paid. Can you please advise? Crucial to have working from home obviously.

@VirginMediaIE I had to call your CallCenter today try and rectify a problem with my billing ( you where overcharging me) And When agent answered the phone he just answered with just hello and nothing else. I had to ask was this Virgin Media so then when we got onto my problem

Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

@SkyIreland unbelievably poor service. New SkyQ upgrade - spent over €2k per year for last 10 years of loyalty, box faulty & best service you can give is engineer out in 6 days. I’ll be off to @virginmedia unless this changes. #CustomerService

@virginmedia another week and another unexplained outage. I have not had an uninterrupted week of broadband, despite paying £130 per month, since early November and have to work from home. Once again burning through WiFi data whilst on hold to people that have no authority.
