    Been on hold for 22 min so far with virgin media customer service is horrendous @VirginMediaIE I know we’re all at home no excuse for bad service though

    @VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

    @virginmedia this is a joke your WiFi is Stil down why can’t you’s actually fix the problem, I can’t even watch television 📺 because I’ve no WiFi connection So I have to use my data on my iPhone 📱 Fix this problem, because I can’t even be gaming on the PS4 either

    Stream box is terrible claims be 4k, picture, colours, duller than 1988 vhs channels, chip obviously yrs behind, thats tv pulled out now, no rewind tv surely no one would pay £15 pm for sky entertainment when sky entertainment and kids is £3.99 on @NOW @virginmedia

    @virginmedia fibre issue in OL15. Speeds have dropped to at least half what’s expected. Are you aware? How do I actually get it logged without your automated system bouncing between issue and no issue without the 24 hour clock restarting

    the thing AI has never once been able to do is walk into a room, understand the real problem before anyone's articulated it, and make a call that changes the direction of the product. I've done that at Sky, Virgin Media, NatWest and Citibank. that's still the job. and it always will be.

    @virginmedia has had at least 3 outages in the past week in my area. Becoming all too common and I work from home… my phone signal (for data usage) with O2 is also conveniently incredibly poor. Is there something we should be aware of?

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia If you have a good mobile signal consider a LTE router & buy a unlimited Data Sim. I left Virgin after 23 years for similar reasons as above. With EE & happy with the service.

    @virginmedia I have heard from a distressed customer who’s having their correspondence CONTINUALLY ignored by your CEO’s office AND your “resolutions” office. You have also decided to substantially increase their monthly payments before their contract has ended. UNACCEPTABLE!!

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Terrible service. Internet would regularly drop at least once a day. Been on gigaclear and Internet has gone down twice in 10 months. Speeds comparable too. Also use sky stream. All good too.

    @virginmedia no matter how many router reboots, pc restarts cable checks and so on IT STILL DOESNT WORK LIKE I PAY FOR. a complete and utter joke
