  • MeganRoantree Megan Roantree (@MeganRoantree) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

  • paulnealon90 Paul Nealon (@paulnealon90) reported from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Leinster

  • peacefactor82 PeacenLove (@peacefactor82) reported

@virginmedia Done that already they can not help. I’m starting to think you offering this is a scam for press. Why publish an offer I can not have as a vulnerable customer. I need help to access this service you have on offer. Please help or I will have to notify Ofcom.

@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia I would change provider Cat. Virgin have a terrible reputation for CS. Sky were pretty **** historically but are actually pretty decent now and I’m sure you could get a better deal than £130pm.

  • dodger0703 Captain Hindsight (@dodger0703) reported

@virginmedia Spoke to people on the phone for the past 2 days and am no further on, if i can find a good deal on tv and broadband elsewhere i will be leaving them too. It will be £200 a month loss for yourselves but customer service is not what it once was IMO
