THIS CLOSE to cancelling my @virginmedia home broadband. Getting a pre-recorded "Sorry you're having issues, it's a complicated problem" for 2.5 weeks of intermittent outages. In what world is that acceptable? I work from home, losing out in a major way cause of this nonsense
