@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@jasongorman @virginmedia Had similar experience with VM in SE London in 2017. Worst broadband I've had. I ended up running test every 15 mins on a Pi and logging to a spreadsheet. Discovered that we only had connectivity for ~50% of every day. Worst bit was they fought aggressively to keep the contract.
