@virginmedia Customer of virgin media for many years - just signed up for the new Gigabyte WiFi package But as of this evening we have No WiFi - no TV - no land line Cut off all current service before the new equipment arrived Seriously annoyed

.@virginmedia Virgin mobile calls cutting out 95% time + same for partner past few weeks + many SK2/3 people I asked on FB group. VM tech support say nothing wrong your end, try clearing cache, wiping sim etc. No better! Possibly started with recent area outage? Please help!
