@donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

  • fingalpimpernel laura 🗿🤯 (🏴‍☠️= 🤡) (@fingalpimpernel) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

  • jamesmcc2000 jamesmcc (@jamesmcc2000) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@virginmedia now waiting 45mins for support to pick up - you said 20mins! The problem is your service is so awful I can’t do this online. Please let me know if the 20mins is a lie and that you don’t answer at all.

@VirginMediaIE has anyone else noticed that virgin media have taken most FM radio stations off their network.. They recently did upgrade works in Dublin 3 and virtually all the stations are gone. I’ve held on the phone for far too long waiting for someone to answer.

  • _davidconnolly david connolly (@_davidconnolly) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@marmulades oh it's very tenuous if I'm honest. mostly about keeping the ipv6 of virgin media in ds-lite ipv6 w/o breaking PlayStation Network by subbing in some nice ipv4 connectivity from digiweb. pings / routes in inex are much better for digiweb so I wfh with it too

  • FennellyTom Tom (@FennellyTom) reported from Firhouse, Leinster

@virginmedia hey hi - internet keeps cutting out in Lambeth, London area. Are there issues in the area? And if so is there a scheduled fix?

  • DeniseBath Denise Upham (@DeniseBath) reported

@virginmedia I click ‘fix your landline’ it just keeps looping to the same page. I clicked the bit saying cannot receive calls etc and it just goes back to ‘fix your landline’! My line now has a faint ‘electrical’ sound to it whereas it was completely dead before. Could it be being worked on?

  • edwardlui Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported

@virginmedia @O2 @VMO2News how do I add #volt as it’s quite of a loop being a customer of both sim and broadband. It says sign in to My O2 it then directs you to Virgin and then back to o2 to confirm in a customer of both and it loops. What are the benefits and how do I apply?
