@EdwardO42002935 @AnnTravers6 @virginmedia The mental anguish of any victim male or female must be awful. Violence towards any living being human or animal must never be tolerated.

  • damiengmullen Damien Mullen (@damiengmullen) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

  • IsMiseMarcas Marcas (@IsMiseMarcas) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@OConnorOisin Bad news sells. Positive news doesn’t. RTE is almost as bad as Virgin Media when it comes to putting scary stuff in titles, and burying fact.

@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

  • ArtsEdAnny Annabel Thomas (@ArtsEdAnny) reported

@virginmedia I keep getting emails from you about an account/recent contact but I don't have any accounts with you. It looks like a customer with a similar email address has misstyped their email in, how can I resolve this?

  • PeterRSGray Peter Gray (@PeterRSGray) reported

@virginmedia Well, that’s a shame. She is not available. Could you please explain why you only allow one account holder when other utilities allow two? But I have fixed the problem as the password reset seems eventually to have worked so that’s the main thing and thanks for the advice

  • PeterRSGray Peter Gray (@PeterRSGray) reported

@virginmedia Anytime up to 1pm would be great. Trouble is the main account is in my wife’s name, though I pay the bill. Despite repeatedly asking for the account to be put in BOTH our names, Virgin won’t allow it for some bizarre reason

  • zee_riaz77 ZaHiD (@zee_riaz77) reported

@virginmedia We still have no service. Can’t believe how long the delay is to repair. I understand it’s the holidays, but surely not this long?

  • ZakH1986 Zak (@ZakH1986) reported

@virginmedia I have cancelled my service and you are still sending me bills but won’t let me log in or answer my calls. Stop charging me for services I don’t have or use at a place I don’t live.

  • Ralphnta81 ART (@Ralphnta81) reported

I have been an @virginmedia customer since April and in October I signed up to an O2 contract. I have had issues getting my Volt benefits. My O2 benefit went live on 18th Dec. How long after should my VM benefits activate?

  • PeterRSGray Peter Gray (@PeterRSGray) reported

@virginmedia Thanks so much for replying. I do appreciate your help (even if I am rather frustrated). The system didn’t recognise the password. I think this issue happens when Virgin does an internal systems update

  • Y_Tessier Yann Tessier (@Y_Tessier) reported

@virginmedia Spent 5 hours on phone to your call centre, who refused to take the cancellation. If you are genuinely interested in a solution rather than looking good on Twitter, pls provide someone in the UK, who has the authority to fix the issue. @mel_goodfellow @LutzSchueler .

  • ross_w12 Ross Warrington (@ross_w12) reported

@virginmedia I'm having trouble setting up a Google nest mini and it is asking me to disable AP isolation on my router. However I can't find such a thing within the router settings. Are you able to advise?
