No. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. So either Sky replaces the box or refunds me for a service I am no longer getting and I can move to my broadband provider virgin media

CarryOnGemma (@CarryOnGemma) reported@virginmedia this has gone beyond the pale now. You already know all the issues my dad and I have had for, well, weeks now. Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now, when he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.
