    Virgin Media says its broadband outage issue is resolved. - It’s advising people with issues to ‘reboot’ - It’s telling UK customers they can claim a “loss of service credit”; unclear for Irish customers.

    Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

    @mikemackay @skytv This is all because in the 80s, Gateshead had United Artists as their cable supplier who went over and above when designing their Dark Fibre network... So when Telewest and then subsequently Virgin Media took over the network, they had a great infrastructure to build on...

    @virginmedia Both, I was meant to have a credit on my account of £229,it wasn't issued, led to me having a default on my credit account, shocking customer service, 5 separate people have told me it was dealt with, it wasn't.

    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!
