Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

@SkyIreland unbelievably poor service. New SkyQ upgrade - spent over €2k per year for last 10 years of loyalty, box faulty & best service you can give is engineer out in 6 days. I’ll be off to @virginmedia unless this changes. #CustomerService

@virginmedia Terrible. I phoned and asked for the cable adapter and have been sent an hdmi cable! Now keep being cut off when phoning. Very very unhappy with this. The cable adapter should have been in TV box, I don’t even know where to go and buy one? Your cables don’t fit your boxes ? Why?

After 5 calls and a total of 6 hours on the phone, @SkyUK seem to be unable to rectify their own issue!! A week ago today I booked a home move that they decided to cancel, 48 hours on & no one is able to re book it! Time to check out @virginmedia!!

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia Al last summer I was trying to cancel a mobile contract for 6 months to no avail. They kept billing me (£4) per month for the months as I tried in vein to cancel. They eventually cancelled it but it's a red flag on my credit score now, not happy 😡😡
