Stephen Old German - English Translator (@old_stephen) reported@virginmedia About a month ago, you "upgraded" my broadband line You told me to plug my landline into my router, I did this and the phone stopped working. 🄼🅁 🅃🄴🄰 🅆🄸🅃🄷 🄾🄽🄴 🅂🅄🄶🄰🅁 (@commercialdon) reported@virginmedia I'm having a few issues, I'm on the 1gb plan but hitting just over 500mb in speed tests and trying to login to your website just sends me in a loop because it has 2 email addresses linked so it won't let me login. Please help
-
Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedDo yourself a favour. DO NOT use the one touch switch service with @SkyUK or @virginmedia. Still paying for both for weeks. Virgin continues to bill me despite me having sent back their equipment. The whole thing is a con. Be warned. @Ofcom
-
Dmh (@Dmhches) reported@virginmedia the fact that the red button isn’t working for sky sports on your service means you’re not providing the serving I am paying for. Please confirm I am able to exit my contract with no penalties due to this
-
youwouldntknowme (@lazylazydude) reported@virginmedia Please stop calling me every day to offer “deals”. I cannot have made it any clearer that I’m not interested. I’m cancelling as soon as possible because your customer service is the worst. It’s borderline harassment
-
Swindon! (@swindon124759) reported@virginmedia when I press the red button to access sky sports plus I no longer receive an error message. Has my box been successfully updated to fix this issue and I should now expect no further issues from this incident? Thanks @Virgin
-
Daniel Murphy (@dansmurph) reported@DartingMelon @alexand979677 @virginmedia Easiest thing to do is phon them up and ask for a loss of service credit, they literally have to give you the money back. No need to wait for the ombudsman etc. you only really need that when your at the deadlock stage
-
Karen Paterson (@kazzamca) reported@virginmedia @JohnMac22756388 I got the same text and haven’t reported any issue
-
Tony Rumsey 🏴🇬🇧🐓🦅🚙🪵🐟 (@picklefork1965) reported@ryantegan @skytv My @virginmedia runs out end of September, £126 a month. They can shove their new deal. I only kept in the first place for the missus, but when she died last year I couldn’t wait for it to run down and I could bin it. So damned expensive.
-
Derek (@DerekMcguire44) reported@virginmedia You have left my 86 year old dad without a phone or internet. He now has no way of contacting family , doctor , hospital or even emergency services if required. Your engineer attended, couldn’t fix it and left. Not good enough!!
