  The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

  @virginmedia is this how you treat your vulnerable customers? A 72 year old man has been left with no WiFi after builders cut through a virgin cable. He spent an hour on the phone and virgin won't come to fix it till 10th June. He can't make nhs appt as must be online.

  @PeteUK7 @virginmedia I know they get a bad rep but Sky were brilliant when my mum died. We ended up taking on her package to maintain the years she’d been with them. Whoever trained their bereavement team did an outstanding job….very personal.
