@brian_y33 @virginmedia Thanks. @virginmedia is sooo slow, I can’t even access my banking app. Not fair. I’ve played the game, jumped through their loops, paid for an upgrade. And absolutely no improvement and no service. Still on hold to @virginmedia by phone incidentally. Over an hour now!

Virgin Media says its broadband outage issue is resolved. - It’s advising people with issues to ‘reboot’ - It’s telling UK customers they can claim a “loss of service credit”; unclear for Irish customers.

@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

@virginmedia Hi. First of all, I am getting tweets about logins from a new device. I only ever access TV go from one machine - my desktop. This is the original complaint I had because all of my device slots are used up within a week.

@virginmedia Yep, will have too. Although I have to say I really don’t see the point of the community and has just wasted 3 weeks waiting around for someone to provide me any help.

@virginmedia why can you not get your internet to work correctly when half the nation is still working from home?? And, then you have a bot that closes CEO complaints without even fully responding to them. You should be ashamed of your customer services. C-2605211508

Julien Noizet

@virginmedia Only TV issues when I checked an hour ago, no issue with broadband. We already complained about similar service disruption last Friday when there was no known issue in our area.

@virginmedia The fact that I can’t easily get the evidence to you just sums up your poor approach to customer service. Let’s hope that your engineer resolves the issue and your complaints process works to improve your customer service.
