Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

@beverleyturner @virginmedia I'm with VM and have been for over 20 years. Broadband and home phone. Had a deal for £25pm that ended a few months ago. Told it would increase to £57pm. Told them no. Now got 18 months at £38 and gone from 100mb speed to 350mb. Actual service is 99% good, but when it is bad 👎😭
