    @virginmedia Crap WiFi for last few weeks with calls dropping, poor audio, get replacement modem which I installed after calls finished today and set it up-CONNECTION PROBLEM & of course tech support only until 6pm! Tried FAQs - STILL NOT WORKING!!

    @MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

    @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

    @virginmedia Hi, this is a Corporate Account and I do not have log in details. I have tried to call your support centre but your phone lines do not open until 9am. Can you check if there is a service outage reported in Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

    @virginmedia I joined you for a €30pm deal. You just sent me a bill for €239 this month. I contacted your customer care team about this 2 weeks ago and it’s still not solved. How dare you... sort it out today. Don’t ever attempt to go near my bank account for an unagreed amount

    @F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

    @virginmedia I have called back three times since this and each time I get a recorded message saying you are busy and to call back. I need to cancel my broadband and this is a time sensitive issue, what exactly do you suggest I do?

    @virginmedia Trying to get to someone since Fri to check for retention offers. Managed to talk on WhatsApp, was given the same price as an offer(!).When I wanted to cancel,she transferred me to another team who could give me a better offer.Obviously noone answered. It’s like the Twilight Zone

    @virginmedia so hours on the phone on Saturday, then Sunday, used your text service since Saturday and still no resolution to cancel my contract! I will be cancelling my direct debit if I do not get a response by tomorrow!
