    Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

    @virginmedia Truly disgusted. Waited 8 hours with my elderly mother today for an engineer to fix her phone line having been ASSURED they would call between 12-4pm. Gave up at 8pm. Impossible company to try contacting! 🤬

    @virginmedia No problems in the area from what I can see guys. Have done all the trouble shooting etc and have ensured all bills have been paid. Can you please advise? Crucial to have working from home obviously.

    @virginmedia Yes. Run the diagnostic checks. Power cycled, the lot. I'm currently getting 67 on a 200 line. I know people are wfh/home schooling but it should not be taking down the network this badly. Catch up tv in the evening is buffering like mad.

    @virginmedia you are quick enough sending my mother a bill, pity you keep ignoring her issues with having no tv picture. Yes, we have turned it off and on, yes we have had a new (reconditioned) box, and yes we have bought her a new tv! No we don't appreciate being on the phone
