    @virginmedia The network is not 100% for sure.I live in a built up area so I do expect congestion on the lines but I see timeouts when I am live streaming late at night and the congestion should not be an issue then if you get me so not exactly sure what the issue is. Timeouts on cat6 & wifi

    Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

    @NightlineIRL I’ve been waiting two weeks for a WiFi box from @virginmedia! I have called numerous times and my package has consistently failed to be delivered. Terrible service!

    @VirginMediaIE moved to virgin Mobike today , can’t make calls but can get calls and data works . Can’t contact customer service as they are closed ?! Not a great start .. help #virginmedia #virginmobile #help

    @virginmedia No problems in the area from what I can see guys. Have done all the trouble shooting etc and have ensured all bills have been paid. Can you please advise? Crucial to have working from home obviously.

    @kildarekopite @VirginMediaIE I tried to get an answer from them but no reply so far terrible service from virgin media we have seen numerous channels taking away this year I think sky will be getting a call soon

    Been on hold for 22 min so far with virgin media customer service is horrendous @VirginMediaIE I know we’re all at home no excuse for bad service though

    @virginmedia is your network down? Haven’t had any issues in a while, but this morning none of us can get on? Seem to be connecting to the modem fine, but no network for us. Can you please advise if there are any network issues or if it’s just our connection? Thanks

    @virginmedia Truly disgusted. Waited 8 hours with my elderly mother today for an engineer to fix her phone line having been ASSURED they would call between 12-4pm. Gave up at 8pm. Impossible company to try contacting! 🤬

    @VirginMediaIE Morning still waiting on service on app tobe sorted? Even though got text saying it was fixed also got over change for additional services I didn't sign up for? #virginmedia your at it still bad service since November 2020 plus while I am going through cancer! Not Happy Customer

    I’m totally disappointed with @VirginMediaIE service! Since yesterday I’m trying to connect to the internet and nothing. With this situation I cannot work from home neither attend my classes from university. I hope this can be sorted ASAP! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia We have and there were improvements made to the network yes. For most people these timeouts wouldn’t even be noticed but my day job is working in IT and we use VPN and each timeout is a disconnect so it’s very noticeable . Same with Microsoft Teams calls “Searching for network “

    @virginmedia There are known faults. I'm an old hand at this given how often your service goes down. You're slightly missing the point, though: it's not whether it's been reported, it's how shoddy the connection is and how often it goes down. And that never seems to get fixed!

    @virginmedia Would be nice if someone rang to help me your bots dont sort anything out. Since ive been with you ive had conection problems and problems logging in yet nothing is solved by the bots or when i call. Over 4 hrs with no intrnet last night so resorted to phone data

    @virginmedia your customer service is shocking. Contacted the complaints team and made a complaint regarding 1572 voicemail and asked to have it removed. It was - but has mysteriously reappeared! Being passed from bot to bot on your chat. Need this fixed now!

    @virginmedia Not ideal?! Not ideal is planning a BBQ and then it rains. @virginmedia consistently failing to provide an internet and TV service to a whole area when they are an internet and TV provider is a 100% massive ******* failure

    @Mahelx @virginmedia Openreach is regulated, which opens up that network to other providers such as Vodafone, talktalk and sky I believe. Am sure there is a better way, but not sure nationalisation is right.
