Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

So Virgin Media is giving 'best possible service' by turning off the broadband until the earliest 3pm. If they were giving 'best possible service' they would have given notice that it was going to happen before hand!!

@virginmedia Hopefully you won’t regret that tweet! I should have been offered the virtual engineer yesterday rather than given false reasons for the problem! We are using our data on phones, I’ve had no service for more than 24 hours so I will be raising a complaint and expect compensation!

@virginmedia Still not great. Ookla speed test is showing 60-70 mbps but responsiveness of all web based apps is terrible and very laggy. I’ve tried resetting the router but makes no difference.
