Some loon probably pulling wires out of masts causing @virginmedia to go down!! @threeIreland having issues also which resolved around the same time!!! I’m sure there is a lesson in redundancy there for me!!

@virginmedia @BigIssue We pay for wifi and expect to be able to access this throughout the house but for some reason it keeps dropping with some rooms not able to connect at all. There is no way of contacting anybody from virgin media. Tried turning off/on box. Disappointed with service.

@AquariusDg @virginmedia Agree and we had no wifi all day- not fun no Wifi or TV etc in lockdown and the joke is Virgin customer service inform you to track via virgin website- a bit hard with no wifi- do the maths Virgin !!!

.@virginmedia Trying to get hold of someone for help is ridiculous. Paying for Wifi to access throughout house but the problem is it keeps dropping or you cant get it, mostly on 2and floor. Needs to be a better system to help customers.

@virginmedia ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME trying to get through to cancel an account. Literally 3 hours on the phone being passed around 4 times to then be cut off! Great at taking your money but **** at customer service.
