rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

@virginmedia Hi, just missing the WiFi pods, was told to contact you again in 48 to 72 hours if the problem wasn't resolved, yes the speed is there but my son's room is still a black spot, that's why I want the pods, that isn't going to change in the next 2-3 days. Thank you

@virginmedia I signed up to have broadband installed back in June, you have cancelled my installation 4 times now, either on the day or late the night before. No info, no explanation. This is disgusting and appalling customer service, been waiting 4 months now and want to cancel
