    @BlodAxeMox @ItsRusherr I had a similar issue about 18 months ago and it was actually Virgin Media at fault! Congestion on line and old splitters coming from the box on the street into my apartment! Might be worth a call to the ISP rush! For me it was timeouts on the line causing it .

    To setup everything here is a puzzle, they just expect you to know how it works, bad user experience with almost everything @virginmedia I don't know what my username and password is yet I got a link to login, how do I link an account to my usage?

    @MissIG_Geek @neil_neilzone @virginmedia VM are very secretive about their footprint Maybe they changed but never had a public map, didn’t allow resale, and afaik they don’t report passed/connected stats to Comreg or Dept

    The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

    @gindan82 @virginmedia Years ago they sold me 100mbps service and delivered only 70mbps because they were ‘over capacity’, then suggested I should upgrade to the equally over subscribed 150mbps to actually get 100mbps 🙃

    @virginmedia Funny really.. if you use live chat and say you're an existing customer you're told the wait time is up to four hours. If I say I'm a new customer, like magic someone is there the talk to me straight away!
