    @brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

    Tried to cancel my subscription to @virginmedia got cut off on the phone. Been on live chat for 8 hours, 5 hours waiting for a retention expert. If my contract runs over because I can't contact you, it will result in me canceling my direct debit, I bet you get in contact then.

    @virginmedia I had cancelled my package, then one of your loyalty people called me today and I foolishly accepted a new package. I want to go back to my old package and continue with the cancellation as planned. This happened today so I am@within my rights to cancel the upgrade within 14 days

    @virginmedia Yes, PC and mobile. Every time I try to go on 'change my package' it says "oops something went wrong". Whenever I go back I either have to sign in again, or it takes me to the help page. Very frustrating.
