C B (@Lulette5772) reported@virginmedia why is your app so useless, can’t do anything with it as any actions takes you to chat. You’re forced to chat/call VM for everything. My contract is ending, so had to call VM, a torturous experience. After 30minutes on hold achieved basically nothing. It’s so poor
-

-
Jeanette (@missjnyc1) reported@virginmedia Spent an hour and half on the phone with your customer care team. They couldn’t tell me why they hadn’t turned up, no way of contacting them. Have booked another slot for tomorrow, the team wouldn’t even read the number I had just given them 2/3

CJH1883 (@arvey86) reported@virginmedia are crooks, taking advantage of a vulnerable person. Sold a product never set up as no engineer arrived after numerous requests. Calling to try and bully them into a paying for a service they cancelled that was not fit for purpose, disgusting scum.

In Oxford (@Oxford_Life) reported@virginmedia I would assume it will always show that info incorrectly since your site seems to be outdated and not taking account of the fact that with phone-via-router when your broadband is down so is your phone!
