@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

Never had such bad service as I’ve received from @virginmedia ..Waited over 3 months for installation, been told excuses that have been proven to be lies and now they are saying it’s not their fault it’s another company that works for them but can’t put me in touch with them!

@virginmedia If you take a look on the followup tweet you can see the 17 disconnects ive had in the past 24 hours. Ive had some last upwards of 12 hours in the past 3 months and even with numerous maintenence rubbish its still broken
