@donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

  • IsMiseMarcas Marcas (@IsMiseMarcas) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@OConnorOisin Bad news sells. Positive news doesn’t. RTE is almost as bad as Virgin Media when it comes to putting scary stuff in titles, and burying fact.

  • 56Hz dave anderson 💙 (@56Hz) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

  • ScottWWright Scott Wright (@ScottWWright) reported

@virginmedia As I said I have just called that number and all I receive is an automated service. I don’t mean to be rude but this isn’t good enough. This is a service we pay for and I’m just asking for someone to tell in person what is going on.

@virginmedia WiFi drops out constantly every day. No issues with loose cables etc. Wired connection is fine. Phone line is automated for faults with no option to speak to anyone. What do I do? Seems to be an issue with the Hub 3 surely? I’m on 500Mbps - do I need a Hub 4?
