This time last year I was working a delivery job just to survive and pay my car insurance/mobile bill and basic food shops. Fast forward a year. Now working 2 brilliant jobs with DIY SOS and Virgin Media, which I never would've got had I quit on Irish Football Fan TV.

The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

Today is Day 36 since our broadband contract with @VirginMedia began. We have not had any service for a single second of that time. Compensation policy is £8/day after the first two for outages = £272 & counting + £25 x two for missed appointments so far...absolutely ludicrous.

@virginmedia I have spoken with half a dozen @virginmedia customer service reps & three technicians/engineers; the techs/engineers know what needs to be done (fault in cable somewhere outside our house/property) but the reps are clueless & they are the gatekeepers to finding out any info.

@virginmedia I have been messaging Virginia Media customer services started 14:43 still on now at 20:07 Shailani has stopped responding to me because I have asked to talk to a supervisor a number of times. Shocking customer service as usual.

@annwyrdrnk @virginmedia They love advertising fast speeds but very rarely do you get the top end of that speed and I would say consistency of signal is preferable to a fictional speed. What use is 70 billion bytes a nano second (or whatever they advertise it as these days) if it drops out every 10 min
