@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

@virginmedia . Hey Virgin. I tried to cancel my contract..over 100 phone calls, they kept hanging up... My credit rating is now affected. Can i open a formal complaint, with a complaint reference number.. so i can take it straight to ofcom please.

  • DanCPhillips
    Dan Phillips (@DanCPhillips) reported

@Ofcom Virgin media has been awful to deal with for as long as I can remember, it's ridiculous that it has taken this long.

  • UK_DC_One
    Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported

That new @virginmedia upgrade, my advice to anyone thinking about it, DON'T DO IT!! We've had nothing but problems in our house with the WiFi since, especially in hot weather, it cuts out and drops out. Nothing but connectivity issues. It's awful. Router getting red hot constantly Helpline no use So what is the problem Virgin Media? When this was set up, your engineer assured us there would be no issues. Router checked, brand new boxes installed, so why is this happening? Seriously thinking of cancelling my contract because I'm not getting the help or service im paying for right now

  • SmithChristian4
    Christian Smith (@SmithChristian4) reported

@lukerobins @virginmedia I can stomach the £2 difference in offering, not sure if it’s area based, but a £14 offer for an existing customer when a new one gets it much cheaper is where I draw the line. Virgin I DM’d you as requested and you’re yet to come back to me….

  • BonesE78
    Mike B (@BonesE78) reported

Good!!!! Can you fine @virginmedia for their crap broadband keep dropping out!!!

  • archard_ia53975
    Ian Archard (@archard_ia53975) reported

Virgin Media has been fined £28M for blocking, trapping customers in contracts they desperately wanted to leave. By dropping calls and using abusive tactics, they weaponised customer service to force retention. They are a spiteful company that got away with bullying for years.

  • discobiscuit900
    Disco Biscuit (@discobiscuit900) reported

@Ofcom So you're gonna pay those customers for their troubles out of the 28 million? Of course not. Who knows what ******** you're gonna do with the millions, but we can be certain that the people that Virgin Media dicked get nothing.

  • IanSMcNee
    Ian McNee (@IanSMcNee) reported

I ditched @VirginMedia years ago over terrible customer service - this is the same as water companies: a semi-monopoly owned by US finance: asset stripping profiteers. Switched to local independent Andrews & Arnold - @AAISP. Top service, real people on the phone who fix problems.

  • RoyCadge
    Roy Cadge (@RoyCadge) reported

@Brand_Concierge @virginmedia Good choice to return kit, they don't give a return box go to your O2 shop, they will scan it and send an email straight away, KEEP EMAIL! they will try and say you never returned and keep changing you also make sure the account is closed and demand your data removed!

  • TMSH71
Steve Williams Fan Club (@TMSH71) reported

@BBCBreaking If you think Virgin Media are bad, Virgin Mobile were beyond useless, so much so they 'joined forces' with O2. Good riddance to bad rubbish
