@tumsh21 @virginmedia Terrible mate! Brought the service to Musselburgh and I’ve not heard anyone saying they are satisfied. Biggest complaint has been around customer service. Sales answer calls in 2 mins. Customer service 45 + mins

  • brianocofaigh Brian Coffey (@brianocofaigh) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

I will never, as long as I live, use Virgin Media or indeed anything related to that horrible brand. Have been treated appallingly by Virgin Media Ireland. Cancelled a service of theirs only to be billed for 3 successive months *and* receive a threatening letter.

@simonrim @virginmedia You wait for the actual service and dealing with support when you get cut off unexpectedly! Worst mistake I ever made going with them, ended up with no service for a month and eventually changed provider for half the price and more reliable.

  • Foxc85 Chris (@Foxc85) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

  • DaveyDonn Davey Donnelly (@DaveyDonn) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

The actual hack of Irish TV at the moment. Bridget and Eamon on RTE and the laughably appalling Darklands on Virgin Media. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything as hideously bad on Irish Television.

  • pmobsligo Peter (@pmobsligo) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@p_burnzzz @pauldonaldillon @irishfabian @NUJofficial @rte Agree - if they were all removed RTE would still have financial issues. If it’s like the rest of the public sector, salaries are probably 40% higher than equivalents in Virgin Media, Communicorp, etc.

  • benmarcspiers69 Ben Spiers (@benmarcspiers69) reported

@virginmedia I’m trying but I’m burning through a months worth of data because my ISP is a bit crap which is making me a bit sad. Who do you have internet with SB? Do you have any recommendations?

  • grahammcmichael Graham McMichael (@grahammcmichael) reported

@virginmedia Also I explained to the agent that the Virgin media cable has been installed in the far corner at the front of our house (before we moved in). This means we can't get our router in a central location and is the most likely reason for poor coverage towards the back of the house.

  • jay_bcafc Jay Smith (@jay_bcafc) reported

Is there any company with worse customer service than @virginmedia ?? Call to move home, they can’t do supply new property but will charge me £240 for that although it’s no fault of my own. The phone team are terrible who laughed when telling me how much the fee is..shocking!!

  • benmarcspiers69 Ben Spiers (@benmarcspiers69) reported

@virginmedia That’s fair enough, I think generally speaking the internet speeds with Virgin are pretty good. They just seem to crash fairly frequently and ur just stuck without internet for a random amount of time which sucks. Much love SB, thank you for your assistance.

  • DanVirgo D Virgo (@DanVirgo) reported
