Some loon probably pulling wires out of masts causing @virginmedia to go down!! @threeIreland having issues also which resolved around the same time!!! I’m sure there is a lesson in redundancy there for me!!

@virginmedia We did that yesterday. Was fine then. Issue resumed today. I just find it galling that we're not getting the service we pay for, are being asked to pay another £60 a year as you 'don't guarantee Internet connection' according to operative on phone.

@virginmedia Have made several calls about my WiFi very slow, an engineer came and stated that wires had been installed incorrectly from the beginning and changed the around still the problem persists. Been on going for a long time, how will you be able to help ?
