@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@virginmedia The link to download the wifi hotspots profile in the "My Virgin Media" app is incorrect. It links to a profile for provisioning mobile data but should download a profile containing the settings for the public wifi network.

after being on hold for an hour and then arguing with unihomes about bills and then hanging up on our rude landlady i’m now on hold with virgin media trying to figure out why we’re paying extra money for better wifi but the wifi doesn’t reach the back of the house
