@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

@virginmedia I have had the same issues as everyone else since summer last year. System service says there is no problem, when there clearly. You chat function never works, I am still waiting for a call back since December. I call you but I get cut off. How else do we get a response?

@virginmedia Thanks for responding. It’s been a week and the problem still isn’t fixed. We have 0 upload speed. People in this area are leaving Virgin Media in their droves. We’re unable to work. And the automated status line says the same thing every day, which is infuriating.
