Dave Kerr (@darkdiver) reported from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Leinster@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

Then turn on the box again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds

I cannot watch shows on streaming, I can just about get a daily done if it cooperate long enough. This is not good enough service, you customer support is no help either.
