Reformed Prisoner (@formerprisoner_) reported@virginmedia 2/2 cont… ombudsman. You constantly failed to deliver a service, made constant promises and failed to deliver on them, so you were left with no choice but to agree to the cancellation. You are quite comfortably the worst broadband provider I have ever come across.
-
Caroline Masden (@Carolineforaday) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8k_Best_IPTV23 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies

Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.

-
Abby R (@abbyr6498) reported@virginmedia never been so pissed off about something so minor. But the way your customer service team are is ridiculous. Then to try and say I will arrange the charge to be waived as if that solves the issue. Nothing should be waived for starters as I didnt get what I purchased
-

-
Akita (@PwnProblems) reportedVirgin Media charge different prices for the Internet packages dependent on your willingness to negotiate. M350 package prices range from £29 to £66 a month. Today they told me they don’t accept blue light discount, which they 100% do. Don’t get angry, hang up, try again.
-
Paul James Smith (@PaulJamesSmith4) reported@misselledee @virginmedia Generic bot replies as usual. Their customer service doesn’t exist. How they’re still in business amazes me.
-
Cububo (@pokerchamp_Cbbo) reported@koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then 😵💫 I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage 🥀
