  @John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

  @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

  @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

  A man in his late teens is in a critical condition following a crash involving an e-scooter in Co Longford. The single-vehicle incident happened on Battery Road in Longford Town at around 10.40pm last night. He was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with serious injuries.   @virginmedia over a month with broadband issues, still not rectified after being told intermittent service, engineer visit & new router. Now intermittent service AGAIN .Quick enough to raise prices but not fix problems. Still no compensation either. NOT HAPPY 😡
