    @virginmedia Hi, this is a Corporate Account and I do not have log in details. I have tried to call your support centre but your phone lines do not open until 9am. Can you check if there is a service outage reported in Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

    @F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

    Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

    @virginmedia why has my mother who has got MS been without internet for 3 weeks, followed all of your instructions throughout & you still won’t allow a technician to come to her house? The service is disgusting & you should be ashamed of yourselves with the distress caused!

    @virginmedia so my estimated fix has been pushed back another week, so that’s 5 dates given up to now you haven’t stuck to, so for clarification that’s now 8 weeks with intermittent service, anything you want add

    @virginmedia Hmm, the new supplier answered my call within a minute and were clear and concise. I had my 4th call with VM CS and still have not managed to cancel. Currently waiting on a mystical number porting completion date, even though my phone has been ported to my new supplier.
