    @wired_gold @virginmedia im with Virgin mobile and I know they use the Three network but it keeps knocking off aswell. Its back now so hopefully it last long enough so I can get my work done

    @brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

    Virgin Media says its broadband outage issue is resolved. - It’s advising people with issues to ‘reboot’ - It’s telling UK customers they can claim a “loss of service credit”; unclear for Irish customers.

    @samantha_sehar Get a deadlock letter from Virgin Media the take your complaint to the communications ombudsman and they'll charge virgin media regardless of the outcome

    @virginmedia I wanted to take out a phone contract as an upgrade to my plan and needed to see what was on offer to myself being a broadband customer after 2 hours though I just thought is it worth it if I have problems in the long run?

    @virginmedia @1oony Reach out and see if you can cancel at the same time ask for a deadlock letter. And take the complaint to communications ombudsman virgin media will get charged regardless of the outcome
