@marmulades oh it's very tenuous if I'm honest. mostly about keeping the ipv6 of virgin media in ds-lite ipv6 w/o breaking PlayStation Network by subbing in some nice ipv4 connectivity from digiweb. pings / routes in inex are much better for digiweb so I wfh with it too

  • EmmaLaneS Emma Lane-Spollen (@EmmaLaneS) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@SkyIreland @SkyHelpIreland Day 1 of living without my SKY Q box: I can’t even watch any recordings or app on the box without satellite signal - but I found them on All4, Virgin Media and RTE Player apps instead. So far so good. #skyq #livingwithoutsky

  • 56Hz dave anderson 💙 (@56Hz) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

  • Planty1929 Graham (@Planty1929) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

Love Virgin Media man, nothing like a good random WiFi outage for an hour during the work day. 10/10

Analyst on Virgin Media, presumably being paid to be there, claiming he’d fancy United more 2-0 down than at nil all case in point why football coverage nearly unwatchable these days

  • IsMiseMarcas Marcas (@IsMiseMarcas) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@OConnorOisin Bad news sells. Positive news doesn’t. RTE is almost as bad as Virgin Media when it comes to putting scary stuff in titles, and burying fact.

  • CosgroveGaynard Cosgrove Gaynard Solicitors (@CosgroveGaynard) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@virginmedia can we get an update on issues with the internet in Dublin 4 - 3rd time it is down this week. Hold time of 15mins when we call. Many thanks

@virginmedia hello, can you tell me if there are any broadband issues in the CH42 area please?

  • gdawes00 georgie (@gdawes00) reported

@virginmedia your services are absolutely appalling. Our house has switched services because we couldn’t afford your astronomical bill each month. Thinking we could just cancel your service, but we have been trying for weeks and we can’t get through. Online isn’t even an option!

  • steveolewis Steve Lewis (@steveolewis) reported

@virginmedia My drive way has been damaged by a technician. Lifted the bocks to run a cable, put them back all loose and the concrete edging holding them in place all broken up. There are now big gaps between the blocks where it’s all moving

  • Flaminhaystack Antonia (@Flaminhaystack) reported

@thedogman_918 @virginmedia I detest Virginmedia. They have the worst customer service ever. They do not value customers at all

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.

  • simpsonsarahlou Sarah Caple (@simpsonsarahlou) reported

@virginmedia She has since registered another complaint also highlighted the closure of 1st complaint being unacceptable. Your processes make the whole situation very difficult, especially for your vulnerable customers.

  • RobMugshot Rob (@RobMugshot) reported

@virginmedia No recorded problems in Coventry - but the whole of Coventry seems to have an ongoing issue.

  • HelenPayne2021 Helen Payne (@HelenPayne2021) reported

    @virginmedia No they didn't, I have been a customer for 14 years

  • dozeyjozey Jozey Wade (@dozeyjozey) reported

@virginmedia Ok, but my cost has risen twice in that time. 1st, end of contract and then, after much agro, I started a new contract and was promised the cost would not change for 18 mnths. Now, 6 mnths later, it's increased. So I've lost trust. And it's issues/ repairs in my area apparently.

  • donafella Aaron (@donafella) reported

@virginmedia hi, I’m having issues with my WiFi the last hour ... base light on the modem is constantly flashing green! I’ve tried everything from rebooting to resetting the modem and nothing has worked, also tried to call customer services but I can’t get through
