    @wired_gold @virginmedia im with Virgin mobile and I know they use the Three network but it keeps knocking off aswell. Its back now so hopefully it last long enough so I can get my work done

    Virgin Media says its broadband outage issue is resolved. - It’s advising people with issues to ‘reboot’ - It’s telling UK customers they can claim a “loss of service credit”; unclear for Irish customers.

    @brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

    @tweetingnav @virginmedia Key bits to look for are do they do Fibre to the Premies/Home (FTTP/H). You don’t want any copper on the connection as you’ll get slow speeds and as annoying as VM are, you’d notice a degradation. Fortunately Openreach did our area to support FTTP/H so reckon Redhill will be fine

    @Andys_Pants @MartinSLewis @virginmedia Try 5 days and counting on WhatsApp. Which I'm only on because they cut me off when I'd held on a call. Every morning I get a message asking if I still need help, they say they're transferring me, and I get nothing after that until the next morning.

    @virginmedia This is my second full day in this queue though. How is this acceptable? Replies on twitter come quick enough although you don't help, perhaps if more resource went to customer service and less to saving face on social media I'd be staying with you.
