@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

@virginmedia We tried all troubleshooting and if you're actually reading my tweet you might find details shared , @VirginMediaIE have been facing issues in Dublin since long time now which is truly unfortunate for a customer because we are paying for it.

@virginmedia solution before was get your mum to contact us on WhatsApp, they'll sort it. Waited over a day with their slow responses and in the end they've charged her for them not being able to do their job. And they're still trying to justify the charge. Not fraud eh???

@virginmedia This is a final bill raised based on the cancellation & your agents are trying to justify the charge for early termination, repeatedly stating notice wasn't served on 28/08 because they forgot to process it. That's clearly a VM issue, not ours. We have evidence we served notice.
