@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@virginmedia Hub does nothing,we just don't have internet when it happens,pay a lot of money for fast broadband & for last two years had barely a service at all,using data on mobiles as it's so unreliable,know it's not only us other areas the same but long as you make money you don't care
