@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

So @virginmedia manage 2turn an easy to satisfy customer into someone who wants to leave, after 60 minutes on the phone to 4 call centres. Out of contract customers are able to read your website and see what "deals" are on offer & deserve some basic customer service. #shambles

@VirginMediaNews does Virgin have a customer service? It doesn't look like. It's impossible to talk or "chat' with anyone. When u get a person, they send to someone else and then you are switch off by Virgin Media. Is that why you charge so much money?
