    Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

    @mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

    @virginmedia Customer of virgin media for many years - just signed up for the new Gigabyte WiFi package But as of this evening we have No WiFi - no TV - no land line Cut off all current service before the new equipment arrived Seriously annoyed

    @YorkshirePad @denfazzer @virginmedia Probably an environment issue over a VM issue. Unfortunately VM don't sell you Wi-Fi, they sell you a cable Internet connection. Google how to get the best from your WiFi ;)
