@virginmedia I joined you for a €30pm deal. You just sent me a bill for €239 this month. I contacted your customer care team about this 2 weeks ago and it’s still not solved. How dare you... sort it out today. Don’t ever attempt to go near my bank account for an unagreed amount

  • darkdiver Dave Kerr (@darkdiver) reported from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Leinster

@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

  • john003 John003 (@john003) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

@griptmedia @john_mcguirk From RTE point of view cheap price...Means they never have to have John McGuirk on again for fear of libel....Newstalk and Virgin media can use the same excuse....

  • 1943ie DamienBroderick (@1943ie) reported from Firhouse, Leinster

Dear people of the UK.. count yourselves lucky you don’t have to listen to the clueless “pundits” on virgin media ireland. People that NEVER played at the top of the game making comments like. “De Gea should have dived quicker” And “Pogba was doing the YMCA”

  • sarah_mcc93 Sarah Anne McCarthy (@sarah_mcc93) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

  • john003 John003 (@john003) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

@MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

The fact that @virginmedia don't even have the decency to tweet something to acknowledge there is a problem tells us everything we need to know about that they think of us. Faults happen, but a quick "Sorry, we're working on it" tweet is the absolute bare minimum they should do
