@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@SimonMiller316 @virginmedia I've had the same issues with Virgin. I didn't want to renew the contract. They said they wouldn't renew back in March then come May they send us a renewal. We've been back and fourth for months. Absolutely useless customer service.

@virginmedia down again just before 10pm. 5th day in a row. Has someone set a timer on the server to crash every day? Been with you and your predecessors for nearly 20 years. VM have given the worst performance out of all. Bring back the Blueyonder days. Never lost a connection.
