    rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

    @virginmedia as it was tiresome and he can’t get through to anyone. The same problem I had today. He has his phone, broadband and tv with you. His mobile as well I reckon. Having spent a good bit time today going through all the stuff on the phone to eventually be hung up on is infuriating

    Has anyone else having problems trying to leave @virginmedia? We moved to another provider in February and dutifully rang @virginmedia to inform them I was leaving. This was at the end of Jan. We are now halfway through April and despite already being assured by a member of staff
