@SkyIreland unbelievably poor service. New SkyQ upgrade - spent over €2k per year for last 10 years of loyalty, box faulty & best service you can give is engineer out in 6 days. I’ll be off to @virginmedia unless this changes. #CustomerService

@VirginMediaIE I had to call your CallCenter today try and rectify a problem with my billing ( you where overcharging me) And When agent answered the phone he just answered with just hello and nothing else. I had to ask was this Virgin Media so then when we got onto my problem

Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

@virginmedia I spoke to a manager named Harshad, who initially said that I need a WiFi booster (to fix issues present on both wired and wireless connections, no, I don’t) and then he booked an engineer for 03/06 12-4pm, even though I asked for a level 2 tech to look at your network 🤯

@virginmedia I went through trouble shooting online, got through to someone on the phone who basically did the same thing with no luck, no issues in my area but I can honestly say every afternoon around 6.10 it goes down as it has again tonight.

@virginmedia How your company believes 4 days is an acceptable response time is beyond me and the auto compensation is there because your bosses have decided that's cheaper than hiring enough engineers to have actual decent service
