Shelton (@CBTwizard) reportedGood @Ofcom 28 million fined to the parasites that are Virgin Media. Good. I have been victim to this horrible pass on pass on (6+ hours on the phone) department to department and back to start again, as well as a 2 year new contract without my consent (early termination £500 being chased for, after 2000+ disconnections in a month, email proof, text proof, delayed line fixes) list goes on. Parasites, charging elderly people £70+ for like 100mb Maybe @MartinSLewis applied some well deserved pressure. If I'm not mistaken @dshensmith had issues too.
-
Dermot O'Leary (@dollDCFC) reported@virginmedia @siemaiqbal The only tweets we ever see here about Virgin are those complaining when their service has been interrupted, which is understandable.I wonder though what % of Virgin customers it represents? From personal experience my service has been out a very few times over 20+ years.
