rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

@virginmedia No just the picture breaking up. Spike to your call centre, they said it will be fixed by 3pm. This has happened everyday this week. I had a bew box installed yesterday. It just seems to be bad overall service. I am stuck indoors so only have the tv for company. Up your game.
