Some loon probably pulling wires out of masts causing @virginmedia to go down!! @threeIreland having issues also which resolved around the same time!!! I’m sure there is a lesson in redundancy there for me!!

@virginmedia Yes there was a screenshot in the tweet that followed. This happened 9 days ago too but that time I was able to register the loss of service on my account online so that automatic compensation could be applied automatically if applicable. That facility seems to have gone/moved?

@virginmedia No known issues for broadband but known TV issues. WiFi has come back on however very slow, connections buffering often. Seems to be a lot of road works outside and I am concerned this may have something to do with it.
