@virginmedia no longer carrying @CNN. Allegedly because CNN has a new online service..... Which doesn't service Ireland....🤪
-
HConway (@HConway2020) reported from Dublin City, Leinster
@donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

@SkyIreland @SkyHelpIreland Day 1 of living without my SKY Q box: I can’t even watch any recordings or app on the box without satellite signal - but I found them on All4, Virgin Media and RTE Player apps instead. So far so good. #skyq #livingwithoutsky

jamesmcc (@jamesmcc2000) reported from Dublin City, Leinster
@virginmedia now waiting 45mins for support to pick up - you said 20mins! The problem is your service is so awful I can’t do this online. Please let me know if the 20mins is a lie and that you don’t answer at all.

@marmulades oh it's very tenuous if I'm honest. mostly about keeping the ipv6 of virgin media in ds-lite ipv6 w/o breaking PlayStation Network by subbing in some nice ipv4 connectivity from digiweb. pings / routes in inex are much better for digiweb so I wfh with it too
-

-
Marcas (@IsMiseMarcas) reported from Dublin City, Leinster
@OConnorOisin Bad news sells. Positive news doesn’t. RTE is almost as bad as Virgin Media when it comes to putting scary stuff in titles, and burying fact.

@virginmedia There was a problem this morning, the same problem that I’ve experienced on and off for a few weeks, and acknowledged by your customer agent last week. Right now things seem OK but it’s an intermittent issue, and I have no confidence that there won’t be the same problem tomorrow.
-
HC (@PCHell147) reported
@virginmedia No, the agreement was for the entire contract and assured in writing. That issue has been resolved (I think) - my complaint has not and I’m clearly being lied too by agents.
-
Heidi (@Heidi87884117) reported
@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia This is not true. I have spent hours trying to get "connected" because you sent me a replacement phone that does not work and no-one seems to think that's important or their problem.
