    Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

    @virginmedia When you say caring systems, do you mean if they press their pendant alarms the procedure will be as before ie. a call centre (non-emergency services) receives the call and help is summoned?

    @virginmedia website is so poor. Constantly timing out or the bad request screen. Convinced the user is not meant to be able to select packages/deals online and forced to speak to a consultant who will invariably try to put you on a more expensive package

    @virginmedia @O2 Nah. The problem is when I don’t have my Wi-Fi working from u guys using my O2 data is useless nothing loads on 4G literally have to go out on the street to get it to work so I have no way to check if u guys are having an outage 😩
