    @virginmedia Why am I being charged a Home Phone fee when I don’t have a home phone? I’ve tried to contact VM for weeks now to no avail - poor customer service.

    @virginmedia so, I've set your remote to control the volume of the TV. The volume works fine by I can't change the TV imput either from your remote or from the TV one. WTF?

    rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

    @virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

    Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

    @vmbusiness @VirginMediaIE #VirginTV total waste of time #360box 360box doesn’t exist waited over 10 days then when it arrived I had to wait 6 hours online trying to get resolution which never happened. Total disaster in customer service.

    @LasTapasDeLola @virginmedia In a time like this, every single day is curial for businesses like us. Hope they all rethink their customer service strategy🤞. So easy to open an account but by lord, it takes ages to cancel.

    @virginmedia totally fed up. Got package at the end of February. Still got no service. 2nd guy booked in for today. Light came on. Cancelled booking. Then light goes off. Call v m to be told appointment gone!!!Load of rubbish. Appointment was 12-4. Now waiting for call back. 👎🏾👎🏾

    @virginmedia Yes it does nothing, we got a letter saying it would be fixed by the 15th, but still 70% of the Internet is down, honestly getting close to cancelling and going elsewhere for Internet as virgin is just automated responses
