@F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

Right @virginmedia - what’s going on? Broadband access has been down all morning in OX28, and even using 4G access your ‘fault reporting’ pages just shows a 404 page. What’s going on, what are you doing about it, and when will it be fixed?
