  • Ainemarieban Ann White (@Ainemarieban) reported from Firhouse, Leinster

Virgin Media your service is a joke. You are treating your customers as fools telling them there is no issue in the service when there clearly is. As soon as my contract is up we are out of this absolute nonsense. We got service back in Old Bawn for a few hours and now gone again

@virginmedia Have been checking...but no fault reported in the area. The network logs show the T3 timeout error notice has been occurring regularly since my last technician visit. Also I note that my 5ghz network gets goo speed, however my 2.4ghz WiFi rarely gets better than 10mbs.

  • Khayden2412 Karl Hayden (@Khayden2412) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

I’ve reached the end of my patience with the @VirginMediaIE broadband service. It is supposed to be 100mb broadband, nothing remotely close to it. It won’t even work through plasterboard walls in an apartment. My advice, stay away from it, save your money. #Broadband #VirginMedia

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • EleanorWelton Eleanor (She/Her) (@EleanorWelton) reported

@virginmedia It regularly drops out, the range is awful and I have run out of mobile data in order to compensate the drop out whilst trying to complete university deadlines. The ‘advertised speed’ is fantastic but the difference between that and your ‘minimum guaranteed speed’ is v cheeky.

  • alfieboy85 Danny (@alfieboy85) reported

@virginmedia A few times and had 3 engineers out. All advised the issue was sorted. Last engineer advised that we may have a problem with the upstream coming into the property.

  • rdhanarajan Dhanarajan R (@rdhanarajan) reported

@virginmedia // my credentials. But without her, you can’t do anything 🤔 I’ve reported the faulty router, I’ve told you explicitly that I WILL NOT engage with my ex. Yet your telephone persons tell me I have to…. You claim I have a mobile contract with you? I don’t, I never have//

  • SnarkyDeBastard DazedNConfused (@SnarkyDeBastard) reported

@EntoProf @virginmedia Attempted cancel culture by the poisonous, vindictive, and obnoxious left.. Whatever next..

  • midnighttmo Midnight 🏳️‍⚧️ (@midnighttmo) reported

@virginmedia Are these automated? Sam knows best isn’t accurate or trusted. Ookla is. Im on a wired connection, cat5e cables, 1gbps extender i got from you. My computer is more than capable of connecting to 1gbps speeds, as it has done elsewhere. This is a problem with your hardware.

  • Carlianleeds LUFC is Life ⚽️ (@Carlianleeds) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia //even when I was with my ex. I’m absolutely sick and tired of your poor service. You’re all cowards and clueless. You NEVER EVER deal with a straight forward problem with a straight forward attitude. Everything is impossible with Virgin media. No problem flying to space, but//

  • EntoProf Simon Leather 🔶🇪🇺 (@EntoProf) reported

Hey @virginmedia I’m a customer and now very sad to find you advertising on GB News, which monetises climate change denial, anti-vax and anti-mask conspiracy and anti-immigrant rhetoric. Thinking of leaving.

  • alsahhimgul AlSah Him (@alsahhimgul) reported
