Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia Customer of virgin media for many years - just signed up for the new Gigabyte WiFi package But as of this evening we have No WiFi - no TV - no land line Cut off all current service before the new equipment arrived Seriously annoyed

@virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by @virginmedia ordered broadband over 2 weeks ago to stay in touch with loved ones. Setup pack keeps disappearing in the post. Numerous phone calls, hours on hold, being hung up on TWICE and dealing with the rudest & most inefficient staff.

@virginmedia I renewed my contract in October, and mentioned it again then, they claimed they weren't doing anything for NHS staff *at all*, so I just renewed the package I was already on (because despite being terrible, you still offer the fastest speed to my address)
