Dave Kerr (@darkdiver) reported from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Leinster@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

The process involves downloading an email, pressing a button to return to the screen—what f****** screen?—then trying the alternative options, sending a text, getting to another page, linking something up, and doing this repeatedly. Still only want the router model name. Incompetent and useless. Can't just have an email and a password, gotta get sent a text that doesn't f****** work, get sent an email that doesn't f****** work, do it 38 times or do it for the rest of my f****** life. #Virginmedia made it easier for who the f***? All these corporations and banks always improving either the taste of processed food or their login process and, it's never f****** easy, so who are they improving it for? It's like they are teaching us to take instructions have to get on the phone press this press that press that press that teaching us to obey constantly. Use the app it's easier f*** is it.! #news
