@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@VirginMediaIE has anyone else noticed that virgin media have taken most FM radio stations off their network.. They recently did upgrade works in Dublin 3 and virtually all the stations are gone. I’ve held on the phone for far too long waiting for someone to answer.

@virginmedia The service is down in my area and I can’t access the internet other than via a weak 3G signal in my loft. Even if I had enough data and time to start posting on forums, I don’t really get how that would help the engineer to fix it any faster. It’s not a loaded question.
