Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and it took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being. Really beginning to wish I had not renewed my contract with #Virginmedia and had gone elsewhere @virginmedia .

The amount of questions I am being asked to verify it’s me is absolutely ridiculous. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.
