@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads

  • AvaniEbony666
    Rebecca Réva (@AvaniEbony666) reported

@virginmedia what the hell your broadband services, since id like to say a month after joining with you lot, I've had nothing but problems!! Sort it out or I will leave and sue you lot for failure to uphold your end of the terms in the contract

  • K6HolteEnd
    RedditchVilla (@K6HolteEnd) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

@virginmedia my internet keeps cutting out. And has just gone again. It’s the 4th time this week, and it wipes out all my smart devices. What is going on? It’s unacceptable how poor this service is

  • BazingaSmth
    BZSM1TH (@BazingaSmth) reported

@virginmedia So ALL servicea are currently down in CT17 (TV, Fiber , and phone) They have been down since 1500hrs on July 13th. Not expected back up and running until 1300hrs on 14th July. This is not acceptable. You really are totally inept

  • UAVHive
    UAVHive (@UAVHive) reported

Virgin Media simply do not seem to grasp customer service, I really fear the damage the merger with O2 will do to the service there. Penny pinching over a bereavement is proof of a fundamentally mismanaged customer service.
