-
Miles (@milesc2003) reported@virginmedia Hi again Virgin, why does it look like my engineer appt has been cancelled? And good to know that there is a wider issue in the area.
-
GingaGill💙👩🏻🎓😷 (@GingaGill) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Yep…experienced issues with Santander & Portsmouth water co. The latter wanted to speak to account holder to confirm closure ! The former insisted my father had made changes to his online banking; a bit tricky really as he was dead& they didn’t have any internet. Total nightmare
-
d_f1888 (@df1888) reported@LutzSchueler @virginmedia We’ve been waiting since January for VM fibre to be installed and the customer service has been shocking. I’ve raised 3 complaints emailed your office and still have not had the service installed. Next stop the communications ombudsman !!
-
Wayne Dannatt (@wadannatt) reported@virginmedia instead of sending a text message stating that services will be fixed soon, how about giving a timeframe? My Internet has been out all day, you've just increased prices yet again, this is the second time in six months and last time it took you two days to fix it!
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@virginmedia @PeteUK7 HOW LONG does it take it to update your accounts? Asking on behalf of all auditors, everywhere. Also, template posts like this do not assuage and make you look uncaring to an even wider audience. How HUMANS work :- 1) This sort of post should trigger a HUMAN with AUTHORITY to handle. It's not "a few days", it's a few months. I'm pissed because in my case I'm still dealing with an idiot org (not Virgin) after THREE YEARS. 2) They apologise. In Public, without reservation or excuse. 3) Privately, they apologise and make a concrete gesture. In this perhaps, "let us know if they supported any charity, we'll send you a cheque for £1000 made out to it". Privately because otherwise grandstanding. £1000 because you want to show you're sorry, and that this sort of thing is so rare that you can be generous. £100 just looks a cost of doing incompetent business. CHEQUES : still the only way to send money via a third party where you need the third party to know it got paid. And yes, they still exist. Even if Branson has to get it from his branch in person.

-
Miles (@milesc2003) reported@virginmedia due to last nights thunderstorm in WS14 the fiber broadband had been down since 3am. Spoke to a human at 8:30am who said they are waiting for an update. No internet for 9 hours for many people who WFH. Any updates would be appreciated
