Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MumOnAMission3 Mum On A Mission (@MumOnAMission3) reported

@colinrimmer7 @virginmedia Doesn't help that more yrs at the local school are isolating than in (my 2 are in the few that are in!) so running live (unrecorded) lessons. Suspect the school has a different ISP but loads of kids will now have missed the lessons that they are actually required to attend...

  • rlnewcombe Rlnewcombe (@rlnewcombe) reported

@virginmedia @Michael_Hartt I have also been experiencing a very intermittent service over the last 4-6 weeks in NW6, with another outage this morning. I have never experienced such a woefully bad service. Please find a long term solution to the issues in the area.

  • niecy_mills Shanice✨ (@niecy_mills) reported

@virginmedia it was input in the system as a complaint but nothing followed through

  • body_mindfitco Paul Edgar (@body_mindfitco) reported

@virginmedia I've tried that but the helpline says they are extremely busy and you just hang on without getting through. What's more worrying is the lack of landline available for my vulnerable parents and the nurses can't contact them. Is there a way for you to arrange an appointment?

  • CarefulAaron Aaron (@CarefulAaron) reported

@virginmedia It’s working now but why would it say no issues when there clearly are?

  • cunbobs Cunbobs (@cunbobs) reported

@virginmedia Are you going to help yourselves now? Really, what on earth are you doing? I have notified the authorities about you dishing out people's information FYI. How you just don't care I can't understand.

  • niecy_mills Shanice✨ (@niecy_mills) reported

@virginmedia my account was never frozen while the investigation took place. The incompetence is beyond disgraceful. The lies. All started because a member of staff said if I pay £55 the matter would be resolved in terms of my disconnection however this was not the case

  • cinnamonstixxs_ Sally-Cinnamon 🤍 (@cinnamonstixxs_) reported

@virginmedia day 2 of no response what so ever, website is saying my stuff should be delivered YESTERDAY but it wasn’t and can’t get hold of anybody. Such a shocking service.

  • TomaszTweets Tomasz (@TomaszTweets) reported

@bt_uk ... an engineer visit to enable my fibre-to-the-home even though I have it in my cupboard as we speak. I hope you can see this is a dreadful customer experience! @virginmedia you reading this? I have your fibre as well here, can you take me off BT’s incompetent hands? 😭🙏

  • LazyNemophilist Jonathon Evans (@LazyNemophilist) reported

@virginmedia A further two weeks have passed and I'm no closer to getting my Internet restored. You have cancelled for 6th time with zero notice. I've received nothing in the way of compensation and am still being charged over £55 a month for no service.
