There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

We've had nothing but problems in our house with the WiFi since, especially in hot weather, it cuts out and drops out. Nothing but connectivity issues. It's awful. By dropping calls and using abusive tactics, they weaponised customer service to force retention. They are a spiteful company that got away with bullying for years.
