@OrrCollins @virginmedia Try plugging into the router using Ethernet. It could be a WiFi issue only.

@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

Broadband is rubbish considering I am paying for 200mbps with a booster. Rang customer service who confirmed I have poor broadband but instead want to upsell their wifi pod rather than fix the problem. @virginmedia #ofcom #broadband #bbcwatchdog

@virginmedia This was do e wireless... Because that is where the issue is occuring... And for the millionth time saying this... There is no tidy way of running a cable to my room, so using cable is out of the question for me.

@virginmedia Great adverts as usual shame your service does not live up to the hype no tv or broadband in kempston this morning and my wife working from home!
-
apna style
(@apnastyle11) reported
@virginmedia 200mbps but the issue isn’t the wired connection speed. It’s the wifi and not getting it around half the house even with the boosters. I can’t have all my devices hard wired to the router. It’s pointless having wifi.
-
Jade Hucklesby
(@GraduateThe) reported
@virginmedia @BBCWatchdog at what point will acknowledge that there is no amount of compensation will fix this. It very much seems like you know they are both vulnerable with very limited access to fix this issue, which you are very aware of and have seemingly exploited.

David Buckell
(@DavidBuckell) reported
@virginmedia Hi, it appears to be my office laptop that is the issue. my home pc is connected to ethernet fine. when using the laptop it connects and then disconnects, both ethernet & wifi. so looks like its not your issue after all, hopefully
