John003 (@john003) reported from Fingal County, Leinster@MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers
-
Gerry O Brien (@Gerryob105) reported from Dublin City, Leinster@VirginMediaIE has anyone else noticed that virgin media have taken most FM radio stations off their network.. They recently did upgrade works in Dublin 3 and virtually all the stations are gone. I’ve held on the phone for far too long waiting for someone to answer.

Marcas (@IsMiseMarcas) reported from Dublin City, Leinster@OConnorOisin Bad news sells. Positive news doesn’t. RTE is almost as bad as Virgin Media when it comes to putting scary stuff in titles, and burying fact.
Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Harry Ashton (@TheHashton) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I regularly threaten to cancel on renewal, instead of paying £80-85+ or whatever they want me to pay I get it for £30ish. I've been doing that for a decade now but it's just annoying if you miss a month or so. Gonna look into Openreach through
-
Cookie (@chrissincl29564) reported@virginmedia Hi, I have done. Someone said they would call me back then didn’t as your colleague said he couldn’t find a good deal for me… great customer service. You also then tied me into a new contract when I moved home. @Ofcom would be interested im sure Please let me know deals for me
-
LK 🏴☠️🚩 (@LK_Yanited) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Had to move away from them last year absolute joke of a company. Constantly lying about their speeds, work always seemed to be happening affecting the network and the yearly price rises were eye watering. Their customer service is also laughable to top it off
-
R.L. MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported@DeviousPL @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Yeah their C/S is absolutely atrocious, I'm basically 'grandfathered' into VM from when their network was the only way to get more than about 8mbit down. These days the DOCSIS/coax setup is vastly inferior to any OpenReach FTTP, with fibre directly to the socket.
-
Craig McArdle (@HoMcArdle) reported@virginmedia Already done this many times with the same outcome. You have made no attempt to fix this issue. I’ve responded several times with my account details and you do nothing. Reported to ofcom and now dealing with CISAS. You have everything you need already
-
Gotta Be Cookie (@GottaBeCookie) reportedSame issue time and time again, thanks @virginmedia
-
