.@VirginMediaIE Imagine a service provider tells you your billing cycle is the 8th - 8th each month. Then adds 3 extra weeks to your bill and says it’s charging you from the 27th - 27th of each month but hasn’t changed your billing cycle! #VirginMedia #Virgin360 #doublecharging

@marmulades oh it's very tenuous if I'm honest. mostly about keeping the ipv6 of virgin media in ds-lite ipv6 w/o breaking PlayStation Network by subbing in some nice ipv4 connectivity from digiweb. pings / routes in inex are much better for digiweb so I wfh with it too

@IainSankey @virginmedia I’m with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.

  • CliveR39
    CliveR (@CliveR39) reported

@virginmedia In this digital era how long will this fix take to apply? I want to watch the sport on the TV screen NOT on computer or mobile device!

@virginmedia The delayed call back does not change corp. #customerservice practice or reduce long lead times plaguing @Bell - ANSWERING customer calls when called is needed. - Stopping the use of unproven AI. - Address consistent #customersupport deficiencies reported online.

@IainSankey @virginmedia Depending on the 5g service where you live I purchased a £100 5G router and an EE unlimited data sim for £20 a month. I’m not in an especially good area for EE 5G but I still get 80-100MB download and 2-10 upload which is more than enjoy for me.
