Some loon probably pulling wires out of masts causing @virginmedia to go down!! @threeIreland having issues also which resolved around the same time!!! I’m sure there is a lesson in redundancy there for me!!

@virginmedia Tried to raise a complaint over the phone. Bill wasn’t credited and complaint only to a manager and refused to follow your complaints process and provide a C reference. Keeps the complaint stats down I guess. 3 calls and about 4 hours to fix your mistakes. Absolute shambles 😡

@virginmedia I shouldn’t have to - and quite frankly can’t be bothered. I’ve been through everything on the phone and told a complaint was raised and it wasn’t done correctly. Waste of my time to do anything else. You’ve got serious staffing issues.
