Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia so, I've set your remote to control the volume of the TV. The volume works fine by I can't change the TV imput either from your remote or from the TV one. WTF?

@virginmedia so we waited all week without tv service for your technician, he arrived, despite being told the old tech may have given up the ghost (it’s okay my mum has one of these 🤷) he changed the splitter…so now no tv and no internet…marvellous! Only £75/month - bargain
