Congestion on line and old splitters coming from the box on the street into my apartment! Might be worth a call to the ISP rush! For me it was timeouts on the line causing it .

Now have final bill and have a late payment charge for previous bill added. Cant get through on phone lines. Be wary when cancelling your services people!

Chris (@Swissffs1980) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia I did exactly same. Sacked Virgin off, expensive and loads of problems. You Fibre have been spot on 👍 I wouldn’t change from these now. Never had problems and cheap.
