    @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

    @VirginMediaIE I had to call your CallCenter today try and rectify a problem with my billing ( you where overcharging me) And When agent answered the phone he just answered with just hello and nothing else. I had to ask was this Virgin Media so then when we got onto my problem

    @virginmedia Crap WiFi for last few weeks with calls dropping, poor audio, get replacement modem which I installed after calls finished today and set it up-CONNECTION PROBLEM & of course tech support only until 6pm! Tried FAQs - STILL NOT WORKING!!

    @virginmedia The price increase itself is not so much what I am complaining about. What is excruciating frustrating is that as a longer term customer I get billed more than a new customer who can purchase the same product in a "sale" for less. @CMAgovUK just seems unfair on your existing

    @virginmedia We have rebooted it which does not seem to help. To be honest switching the wifi off and on again on the iPad or phone seems to help more.

    @virginmedia No. I tried the SMS system that was mentioned here but received a reply that "this team cannot help diagnose or fix faults". What do you suggest? I have to work so cannot spare another 90 minutes on hold.
