    @donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

    Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

    @VirginMediaIE meant to be on 120mgs,only getting 0.1🙄 seriously a big problem getting worse.Not happy paying for such a lack of service! I’m not the only one having issues. The entire area is has constant problems. Same in work & home, both with #virginmedia #virginmediaireland

    @Ofcom @virginmedia did exactly the same thing to me back in 2019! It was - and still is - the worst customer service experience of my life (and I'm now 65). I was just so relieved to escape them eventually. They're utter scum. Do yourself a favour & don't go anywhere near this company

    Mishandling calls isnt reserved for virgin media but the NHS and all their staff members. I received a long awaited call from 111 regarding my toddler. Id like to note its very late and he is now asleep. Before id even said hello after answering the phone call she rudely asked if i can hear her not even saying hello herself. That was an indication the rest of the call was going to be pointless. WTF?

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media are terrible, I had the phone package removed years ago as they kept billing me for calls I hadn’t made. If you don’t renew broadband contract they charge you extortionate fees. Terrible company.
