    @wired_gold @virginmedia im with Virgin mobile and I know they use the Three network but it keeps knocking off aswell. Its back now so hopefully it last long enough so I can get my work done

    @virginmedia our WiFi speed is 1.72mbps - we are paying for 100mbps. I've sent 3 complaints to virgin media, still no response. Finally got through to customer services but they can't run a test as their systems are down!!!! Can you believe this!???? @Mattallwright @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia I’ve checked the service status and it says there are no issues. The tv is pixelated on most channels, and my router has a green wifi symbol and flashing green line. It’s been like this since 8pm on tues 16th feb.

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusted that I had to make multiple calls to find out it is an intermittent outage with Virgin and has been since 6 Feb. Timeline to fix moved from yesterday to 25 Feb. Living with this for almost a month. No ability to get updates online. 1/2

    @virginmedia The email told me to phone. I did. The man I spoke to said he couldn’t alter the outcome. I asked him to escalate. He said the system was not working and there was nothing he could do.
