Dave Kerr (@darkdiver) reported from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Leinster@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

In the absence of any actual help or comms from the official account, people will be caught out. And the website is broken so there's no other way to contact (phones are jam packed)

This time, their web deal page worked, but the price was 50p higher per month than the one i initially seen. Still, it was significantly better than the offer the human agent gave me, so I just went ahead with the renewal.
