Id like to note its very late and he is now asleep. Before id even said hello after answering the phone call she rudely asked if i can hear her not even saying hello herself. That was an indication the rest of the call was going to be pointless. WTF?

Pirate (@pirate1100) reported@MartinSLewis Virgin Media are terrible, I had the phone package removed years ago as they kept billing me for calls I hadn’t made. If you don’t renew broadband contract they charge you extortionate fees. Terrible company.
