Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

@virginmedia It reboots itself. The phone team claim the diagnostics say its fine, but rebooting multiple times a day is not fine. We've tried a factory reset, and unplugging some devices, and no change. Was just watching Netflix when it cut out again.
