@virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

Sorry to all who cannot get through to my phone or left voicemails. I only get service when I leave the house (not very often) @virginmedia are crap wasted an hour on chat to them and they cut me off with no resolution, happy to carry on charging me tho for no service!

@virginmedia I haven’t raised a complaint yet, how do I do that? I was also lied to when I called on 23rd by someone at the call centre to get me off the phone. I told them the cable must have been disconnected and they told me it was a problem in my local area and would be resolved shortly.
