    Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

    @virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

    @virginmedia I’m amazed how in todays world of customer service your call centres are the worst I’ve ever encountered. How on earth people are supposed to deal with their account with the piss level of service is beyond me
