@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

@virginmedia Our broadband (Rugby area CV23) has been out of action since yesterday morning. I received a text to say it is fixed but it isn’t - the website says ETA for fix is 4pm today. The communication on this is very poor.

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

Not @virginmedia charging me £52.02 for roaming my phone for less than 5 mins #nolie and I didn’t even end up using it. Mind you my inflight Wi-Fi was much cheaper. 😡 Anyways, complaint message sent. Let’s hope they fix it or it’s 👋 👋

@virginmedia So we pay virgin hundreds of pounds and when their service fails the customer is supposed to sort it out. This has to be the biggest scam ever. Provide a rubbish service and then charge the customer to sort any faults out. Anyone got intel on Sky deals?

@virginmedia Is there a reason you physically won’t customers leave your services. THREE times we’ve tried to and been told it’s done and then charged for further use when we have already changed provider. Customer service has been horrific and you’ve threatened us. Fix it now.
