@virginmedia Hi there, I have tried yesterday and today, I can't keep spending my life on hold. I want to cancel my service, it is a shame as I have enjoyed having it but this is infuriating. I will try again tomorrow morning, I suggest you employ more call agents.

@virginmedia After an hour in a chat session, which involved factory reset of hub, the problem persists. Agent then goes and checks to advise a fault in my area - estimated fix this evening. Wondering if I am now back into the old fortnightly failure cycle..

@virginmedia absolutely disgusted with Virgin media’s service and customer service. Bill jumps up £20 form last month and been on the phone trying to speak to someone about it for 52 minutes now. Roll on July 12th when my contract finishes.

@virginmedia had issues for years......so many calls logged. Wifi doesnt cover whole house and is intermittent all day. Its frustrating. Just logging another call now. Used so much mobile data due to these issues. Never had an issue in this house until virgin.

@virginmedia I’m not happy tbh. I’ve always called on behalf of my mum in regards to technical issues as I set up account for them. I do all the calls regarding this and your colleague Avanash wouldn’t talk to me. Never had an issue till now, and I’ve had to wait 20 mins on hold for an answer

@virginmedia Hi, I finally got through this morning. I received no counter offer to the one that Sky had offered me. And more importantly the agent I spoke with was very rude and hostile. Not sure she understood how to retain customers but you lost one today due to this poor customer service

Weekday streams still cancelled because of how bad the internet is with @virginmedia, but they have agreed to send out and engineer on Friday so I am holding back the full-on attack. Why an engineer is being sent out for an issue that was confirmed 6 months ago, is another issue.

and they want me to pay the extra amount which is not acceptable. I explained everything to customer care service but they said we can't do anything you have to pay the extra amount and the customer care agent reschedule my Virgin media TV installation without my consent.
