@virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)

After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

@virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

@virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

@virginmedia These issues would be far more palatable if you didn't hike prices way above inflation every damn year. You're only saved by the grace of Openreach's miserably slow fibre rollout, which makes you the only high-speed broadband option for millions of people.
