    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia Yes. We have been without internet in the area since yesterday and sit nice yesterday you are saying you will get it fix in the next 4 hours. Just now, another text that we’ll have to wait till 8 o’clock. This a joke, honestly 😡

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia it was the exact same this morning, at 6am I had to ring my brother to ask him if I was able to come and work from their house. This has now impacted my job. The engineer advised it was a network issue and nothing to do with my internal hub/connections

    @virginmedia So I can only see 2 options. An engineer to fix the line replace hub or cancel service. Can't believe how poor the product is. Sky has no issues. The reason joining Virgin was the extra power. I never expected so many issues on a daily basis since I've joined. It's tiring

    @virginmedia No community page doesnt fix the problem i need a new modem. The person on text system told me that last night before he then stopped responding. Now the text message system keros saying yhry havrnt heard ftom me in a ehilr which is rubbish as i respond immediately.

    @virginmedia the broadband service youre providing at the moment is an absolute shambles. Spend an hour on hold just to get through to a dead line, and internet has been down for over 2 hours now. Wtf is going on?

    @virginmedia And there’s the rub... I know it’s not your fault personally (you’ve been a great help) but the company generally seems intent on making things as difficult as possible for customers. And you do have competitors.
