    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia 1hour waiting the first time and disconnected. This is the second time, still on the phone and waiting 55min. It is pretty much the whole day wasted trying to talk to customer services. Can you please help?

    @virginmedia My husband has been unable to contact anyone at customer service. It seems our router has an intermittent fault. Please advise ASAP. My husband is a key worker (electricity generation), having a stable internet connection, is essential. 2/2

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia This issue has persisted for such a long time and calling in has done nothing but infuriate me as the first line help desk staff do not have the technical knowledge to help and always just reset my router remotely and tell me to call back if the issue continues im ready to switch

    @birchos @frankcottrell_b @virginmedia This happened to my mum years ago, correct if I am wrong but the scammers get the money through virgin, right? I mean the customer is charged via their virgin bill, if virgin (or in my mum's case BT) know it's a scam, why are they paying who ever owns the number?

    @virginmedia There is no issue. I want to cancel. However, when ever anyone puts me through it disconnects. I’m not the only one. Check the feed. It’s happening to everyone. Tell me ... how can I cancel? No one calls me back and I can’t get through. Absolute joke
