    @virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    @virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    @virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

    @virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    @virginmedia Hi there - 4 fraudulent accounts taken out in my name, at an address which I have never lived at, which then defaulted and are now listed on my credit file. This is now blocking a mortgage application and we’re at risk of losing our house.

    @virginmedia Everyday I'm loosing money, I can't work, my mobile data is expired, costing me a lot of money. The only outcome here is an installation this week, I cannot wait another week on your mistake. Majorly regretting staying with VM - no other provider would make an error this bad
