@virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

@virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

@virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

@CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

@virginmedia No it just says you are aware but like I said it's been happening virtually since I joined with the exception of the week or two after the engineer came. The internet has come back on again but like I said it's the intermittent dropping of the internet that's the problem

@virginmedia The engineer was very helpful and disconnected the main socket and routed via the hub. He agreed the calls looked auto generated and went to check the outside box when he left. We do not use the phone, haven’t since last year when the reception was so bad we gave up.

@virginmedia Yeah work will due to finish at 3pm. At around half 4 internet came on for about 10/15 minutes and since then has been off. The service status says no problem in my area with broadband

@virginmedia We’ve done this. They were utterly unhelpful. The Router has loat all our port forwarding rules and now won’t save when we add them. They have said that the internet is active so it’s internal. But there’s clearly a router issue.
