    @virginmedia Yes I have explained all this before. Is there any point? My recent issue was with the pathetic final letter, now combined with the fact that your system is so poor you know nothing about this. Totally poor customer experience.

    Feeling a tad disgruntled with @virginmedia I had to go into office today even though got tonsillitis as no broadband at home 😤 been two days now and trying to get hold of virginmedia impossible! Limited TV service I can live with but need broadband to work!

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia I’ve called, but that provided no help. I was told I’d get a callback from a team closer to the issue in 24 hours - which has since passed. Honestly, not a good start and I’ve not got service yet!

    @CloopR @virginmedia Just horrid. I had the same problem with Vodafone. In the end the only way I resolved it was a good friend was golfing buddies with the CEO otherwise I don’t think I’d have sorted it.

    @virginmedia My WIFI is unbearable and affects my day of online meetings. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting and have your app too. Calling your support is useless and I can’t get through to a human. What do I need to do to resolve my issues? Message your CEO?

    @virginmedia stop calling me and try to sell me something i already have with you. I think your trying too hard. I already have the full package for tv that i don't use, highest available Broadband. never use the landline and 4 Sim accounts. and still. You want to zell me more!

    @virginmedia Please can you help me to terminate my contract and service with you since it’s unbearable and unprofessional when I’m having work meetings to constantly get disconnected? It’s impossible to speak to a Virgin support human too so I’m left with no choice. Please help me on this.

    @CloopR @virginmedia Also had a huge issue with Together Energy who owed me £500 and wouldn’t pay it. Eventually contacted finance lady at Daily Mail who contacted them and I got my money. Will dig her details out if I can. She was very helpful.

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia I have spoken to virgin. They sent an engineer to change the box but he didn't change it. He said the box was fine. I phoned virgin again 2 days later and they checked with the next level tech team who said it was a problem with the box so are sending another engineer tomorrow

    Virgin Media launches 5G on the Vodafone network. Available in 100 towns and cities, for no extra charge. 4G customers stay on EE until end of the year. Presumably though, everyone will eventually transition to O2, once the merger is complete.
