@virginmedia disgusted with the customer service from virgin media. My Nan is 80 years old and is trying to get a PUK code to keep her phone number and your staff hung up on her because she couldn’t remember her password!!!

@virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

@virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

@virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

Incredible coincidence that your broadband quality drops when you tell @virginmedia that you're leaving them. Just so you know guys, I'm still paying for the service currently! When you and your notice in at work it doesn't give you free reign to do a **** on the bosses desk!

@virginmedia Highly inappropriate to be sending anyone uninvited to my home during a national lockdown! Not impressed especially when an elderly relative who is shielding answered the door ! You can take this as a formal complaint
