    @danbarker We've found quality from @virginmedia has been poor for around 9 months. We have the kids doing all their school zooms/work on a separate dongle, which is lightening fast. We only use the home broadband for my work + mobile wifi. It's getting worse by the week.

    Attempted twice to cancel #virginmedia. 11/01 called lasted 50mins been pushed about and then #dropped. 12/01 , as I type this call is going on 1hr15mins , yet again been pushed about .. my direct debit will be cancelled as of today If you want the same treatment.
