@virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

@virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

@virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

@virginmedia To be honest we cant be bothered. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the information we require. As I said she’ll take her business elsewhere and hopefully she’ll receive better service from @VodafoneUK instead!

Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

@virginmedia Resolution in 7-10 working days. But if that’s correct, it’s been over 10 days now, and not once have I received an update from yourselves. I have had to call each time. And your website says 28 days for a complaint via post not telephone.

Apparently I need to talk to my neighbour about it. But my neighbours have just moved in. They've already contacted Virgin and had someone out after my engineer visit. So I'm still having broadband issues, but @virginmedia say they can't talk to me about it.
