Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

@virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didn’t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

Messed up first bill, and even though I read out the email, stating what it should be, the customer team member, with an attitude, still wanted me to try and recall why I had been given the credit.
