    @virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

    @virginmedia Yes. The fault continues. There's always a fault! This is the issue. It's absolutely not good enough, especially when you charge so much for such a rubbish service.

    Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

    @virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didn’t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

    @virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

    @hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

    @virginmedia Ive not tried without the tp link, i will get round to that today — but the issues have been since before Christmas from what I can remember. Other members of the house have complained to me about the wireless connection as well.

    Worst customer service award to @virginmedia Can't ever get through by phone. Chatbot online transfers to WhatsApp and then a message comes saying we can't deal with technical issues today. Left high and dry. Time to change provider!
