    @virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

    @virginmedia disgusted with the customer service from virgin media. My Nan is 80 years old and is trying to get a PUK code to keep her phone number and your staff hung up on her because she couldn’t remember her password!!!

    @virginmedia To be honest we cant be bothered. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the information we require. As I said she’ll take her business elsewhere and hopefully she’ll receive better service from @VodafoneUK instead!

    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    @virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

    Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

    @virginmedia horrendous customer service today via the WhatsApp service. I’ve screenshots of what agent offered me,but he actually signed me up to a package more expensive.Tried to rectify it with new agent but was then transferred to Cust Relations at 5.01pm,they closed at 5pm!

    @virginmedia you've just cancelled our installation for the 6th time!! (was supposed to be Monday). It is now booked for 28/3/22 which will be 144 days after we ordered the Internet!!! @LutzSchueler call that good service??

    @virginmedia @O2 @virginmedia priority should be given to actually doing the work you've been paid for. We paid for Internet installation back in November and still waiting, will be almost 5 months to our (next) appointment but will you cancel that like the last 6 appointments?

    @SkyHelpTeam @Nick2403197218 This isn't a virgin media problem. I'm on now TV broadband, a subsidiary of sky I believe, and my app is the same. Quick search of sky sports app suggests its happening to lots of folk. It's not virgin media's fault.

    @virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream
