    Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve called 5 times and on average takes me 15 minutes of my time to discuss and it never gets resolved. And you just charged me ยฃ135 for the last month of having 1/2 of a service.

    @virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

    @virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didnโ€™t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

I asked James to escalate to higher management as a phone call is not enough. #CustomerService #virginmedia #BadVirginMedia

    @virginmedia Whenever I use your service checker, I get the message: "Intermittent signal in your area..." etc I go through the charade of checking the equipment (knowing it's not that) to get the stock message: "Donโ€™t worry, weโ€™re looking into this issue..."etc. This is all the time now.
