It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

@virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

@virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didn’t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

@virginmedia It was wireless. But honestly, all our connections are wireless. Who sits around running cables these days to get a connection? Nobody, is the answer. It’s preposterous.Only upgraded the account yesterday. Signed in for another 18 months but frankly I will cancel if this goes on.
