    @virginmedia No, my partner’s phone too. We also have connection problems between downstairs & upstairs TiVo box. Keep losing connection upstairs when trying to stream from the other box. Tried watching a film on Netflix the other night upstairs & it kept buffering 😫

    @virginmedia Reinstalled the app & rebooted the hub. Will now try to stream from downstairs TiVo to upstairs & also try Netflix upstairs. A signal booster for upstairs would be a nice gesture I think🤔

    @VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

    @virginmedia so you think it’s acceptable to too my bill up by£29 a month after being with yourself for 17 years . After speaking to a so called customer service advisor I have to wait 28 days for a response 😡😡😡 new customers getting better deals

    @virginmedia I’m getting constant connection issues with my iPhone & wifi at home. The only way around it is to turn off the wifi on my phone settings & then reconnect. Why is this?

    Just had a random phone call from what I’m guessing is a telemarketing company on behalf of @virginmedia Offering me a deal. If it didn’t sound like a child sat in a cave , I wouldn’t have put the phone down.

    @virginmedia hello. I phoned virgin media yesterday as our broadband speed is too slow , especially to accommodate home working . The vague response I received was that there is a problem in our area and I couldn’t be given a time frame as to when it would be fixed

    @virginmedia hello! our wifi has been down all day. i factory resetted it, turned it on and off, checked if all the cables were plugged in etc. nothing. all the lights are green (there's the wifi symbol and two arrows flashing) and it's online - just not connecting. help

    @virginmedia All I have is wireless connections and they are all struggling with slow speeds. My Samsung smart TV is in the next room to the hub3 and loses connection everyday. The hub3 is connected correctly and still has issues after resetting.

    @virginmedia 1/2 thanks for responding. I shouldn’t have ‘black spots’. I live in a small flat… I remember a time where I could connect to the internet down the road but as times gone on it’s gotten worse and worse.
