    @virginmedia 2/2 much distress and cost me too much money tethering data from my mobile. My kids can’t watch tv and I am trying to work from home with tethered data. You’re customer service have no idea what’s going on and can give me no update. It’s a disgrace

    @virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia The guys are here now and have told me that the same issue that has been a problem the last 4 times still hasn’t been fixed. They are lovely and doing their best but it’s not looking good. You should be ashamed of yourselves

    Well after many many years of being a @virginmedia customer today I finally cancelled my contract. It’s totally disgusting how much they charge. ie £115 a month & saying it was going to go up another £5

    @virginmedia Have a manger call us back but after a few days they still never called us back and since then the wifi has been very bad and due to covid most people still work from home and this is very disruptive for school and work and its unacceptable

    @virginmedia Look into the issue on a forum to do what?! More diagnostic checks? I've had this issue for months. VM are paid for a service that keeps cutting out. I can't get an engineer out unless I pay and it's impossible to speak to anyone
