-
Lucia (@LadyLucia05) reported@virginmedia Well that was not what I was informed when I have tried before, even when you have my husband down as vulnerable, I've had loss since last Friday while I was abroad, my home security is not working and im back and forth on here.
-
BlackMamboTR (@BlackMamboTr) reported@virginmedia ⸻ Serious trust issues with this company. Commitments were not fulfilled, and statements were inconsistent. Information provided by different representatives contradicted each other. Considering alternative companies is strongly advised.
-
D (@idczn) reportedThe only contract I ever signed with Virgin Media was in 2018, and it continues to this day. I have never changed or upgraded it; I only occasionally tried to report home network connection issues. It turns out that in November 2024, a two-year contract was accepted, which I only found out about in 2025 when I wanted to cancel their services. I couldn't leave them XD However, checking who did this on my behalf and when (because it certainly wasn't me) was impossible, as I had no way to log into my Virgin account Now I cansee- the accepted contract has different number? There is no any signature of mine- and information that was sent to e-mail: back then controlled by hacker
-
Scott Osborn (@Drscooto) reported@virginmedia Is this still a problem? I just rebooted my STB and now it useless with a CS1010 error.
-
guygorilla (@guygorillacity) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Agree - worst company - taking more than fixed price contract stipulated from an old age pensioner.
-
Dee Jarvis 🟪⬜️🟩🏴🇬🇧 (@DeeJarv34798927) reported@Benleo @virginmedia My experience - engineer comes in to fix box. Tells me to put 'dog away!' I say 'no, she won't come into the lounge or bother you' 'Tea, coffee?' I say 'No' 'Water, fruit juice?' I add 'Fruit, fruit' he says I return with apple & banana He grabs both & puts them in his bag 🤨😖
-
Sir Moanalot (@Sir_Moanalot_) reported@Benleo @virginmedia They are awful. I’ve been stuck with an exorbitantly priced rolling contract because I plan to move house soon and have no idea if wherever I move to will have VM cable in the street. Zero reward for customer loyalty. When I do finally move, @virginmedia can get in the bin.
-
F Smith (@fsmith82) reported@virginmedia no internet as box is out of date (family member had same issue a few weeks ago) & engineer can’t come until Monday. Why aren’t you contacting customers to upgrade BEFORE we loose a service we pay for???????
-
Helkhiana (@helkhiana) reported@saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
-
Mia (@LondonMum2025) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I’m having the same issues with them
