@alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

@Virgin @virginmedia @richardbranson Your customer service is so painful and appalling. 2 rings and the sales team answer, 20 minute transfer to Loyalty team, gave up when needing to be transferred to Contract Services team. FFS I only wanted to remain a customer!!!

@virginmedia after nearly a year of repeatedly dropped internet service finally asked them to turn off their Wi-fi kit so can use my own. Basic connection fails, again, and nothing left for support desk to blame - challenge that if it’s not on the script then no help
