@virginmedia Yes. It doesn't work on any of my devices. TV. Laptop. Phone. The phone works on 4G and the laptop works on another network. Just not when connected to Virgin Media.

@virginmedia It still doesn't work. The TiVo Netflix app worked briefly last night but that threw the same error eventually. Everything else works fine.

@virginmedia Box is connected to TV via HDMI cable I've tried different cables and hdmi ports on TV to eliminate those as issues. Doesn't happen with on-demand programs.

@Virgin @virginmedia @richardbranson Your customer service is so painful and appalling. 2 rings and the sales team answer, 20 minute transfer to Loyalty team, gave up when needing to be transferred to Contract Services team. FFS I only wanted to remain a customer!!!

@alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

@virginmedia needless to say it still does not work. My tv still buffering and losing WiFi on my phone. I have now cancelled again as had 28 days to canx. 23 years a customer and you cannot just come and fix the problem. So disappointed

@virginmedia don't give a toss about their customers. They never do what they have previously agreed and then ignore you. Helpline just repeat scripts, website chat never respond, twitter team not engaging. Waste of my time, money and energy.

@virginmedia There are known issues, I’m on my second “give it 24 hours to see if it improves” auto response. After that I’ll start the circle of trying to book an engineer to come out and tell me I need new router/kit I’m not eligible for. Like the last 3 engineers did.
