    Today's @virginmedia update... 9.46 I connected to the messaging service. At 10.48 I was put through to the correct department. Still waiting. 5.5 hours so far. Carrier pigeon may be quicker 🤔 So far over 3 days I have been waiting on their messenger thing for 12.5 hours.

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    @virginmedia My Sky Box Office picture is absolutely awful. I’ve paid £26.95 for this and it’s blocky, fragmented and constantly pausing. It’s your 500mb internet hardwired in to a Samsung Smart Tv. I have googled and tried everything. I want to speak about a refund.
