@virginmedia What exactly do you think I've been doing? I've lost count of the number of times I've phoned but there is never a manger available to talk to me. I was again told yesterday that someone would call at lunchtime today but they didn't. What more I can do? #virginmediadontcare

@virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

@virginmedia Too many issues to describe in Twitter limit. Problems with installation of broadand, land line, TV and with mobile. Someone at @virginmedia needs to take responsibility and deal with it and my complaint. I'm promised a call back but never happens #virginmediadontcare

Just had a random phone call from what I’m guessing is a telemarketing company on behalf of @virginmedia Offering me a deal. If it didn’t sound like a child sat in a cave , I wouldn’t have put the phone down.

@virginmedia The question is when. No good just telling me they will when theres zero evidence it and time and time again I'm told someone will call me tomorrow and the never do. What's the point in a code of conduct if you ignore it? Such rubbish. #virginmediadontcare

@virginmedia hello. I phoned virgin media yesterday as our broadband speed is too slow , especially to accommodate home working . The vague response I received was that there is a problem in our area and I couldn’t be given a time frame as to when it would be fixed

@virginmedia Yep, a bloke called Milford promised he’d resolve it and call me back. That’s two call backs that have never happened off the back of me calling in on top of numerous emails asking for the original call back I was promised. Absolute joke. If this shows on my credit profile…

@GenerallyGenVee @virginmedia I think you have to phone them. I have an awful feeling they’re harder to cancel than other providers — you might have to wait until the service is installed before you can cancel. Good luck.

@beverleyturner @virginmedia Mine to be £7 taking it to £68. This despite that package about £40 if you're a new customer. I'm out of contract but they refused to start a new one at the new customer rate unless I waited 60 days with no service. In the end locked in new 18 months contract at £67 for 3x speed.

Urgh got caught by a door-to-door @virginmedia salesman and ended up with a broadband&O2 contract I don’t want right now. ‘Oh you can cancel within 14 days’ how though? I can’t find a link anywhere, the documents just say it’s possible but don’t explain how?!
