    @virginmedia It’s working this morning but both broadband and TV have been having long outages (on av 6hrs per day) since Friday. I’m in NW10 and service status says it won’t be fixed until 12 Oct - is this still the case?

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia I just want 2 speak 2 someone that will sort issues out ASAP without holding for an hour & more. App chat is non responsive. Beyond frustrated by no phone or broadband & terrible backup help support non existent. How can I fix this or please just cancel as had enough now.

    So @virginmedia I ’m working on a live event via my home computer and my son is home schooling, I pay £70 a month & apparently have the best broadband in the area yet I’m having to hotspot both my son & myself via my #ee iPhone. Yet again I feel let down by your customer service

    @virginmedia Thanks for responding. Internet connection keeps disconnecting a number of times throughout the day and night, with the old box I rarely had this problem. Mobile data has also been disconnecting throughout day for the last few days.

    @virginmedia just had an utterly unacceptable call with your representatives about our WiFi. My house has been given no option to request a technician, speak to a manager or properly file a complaint with the company. Please can I get in touch with someone to resolve this?

    @virginmedia Was basically told by your tech department that its an environment issue, even though I've explained nothing has been added or taken out of the room where the hub is. Fed up of being fobbed off by your tech team and having to pay for inadequate service!

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply but I left Virgin as this went on for WEEKS before you did the proper tests on the line. I have spent hours on the phone over this and will never have anything to do with Virgin again. A dissatisfied customer tells others.

    @virginmedia that's been the case more than once, on the rare occasions anyone does pick up. have been trying to cancel my contract for WEEKS but it's been unsuccessful because of your terrible customer service and the fact that you cannot do it online.
