    @virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

    @virginmedia Service status is all green, which is wrong because there is known maintenance work happening. My point is that planned work should happen over night to reduce impact.

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

    @virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

    @virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @virginmedia Inadequate reply, to my mind, you contracted to supply a service, you cannot deliver that service, uou terminated the contract....perhaps YOU shoukd pay the cancellation fee!

    @virginmedia They only replied with info that I've already tried! I gave up with it when I lost the wifi at home! I might argue the case that I can leave my contract without paying an early termination fee as I don't think vm are providing me with the service I am paying for!

    @virginmedia Was meant to get installed last Friday and it was not done. Spent 4 hours on the phone to you and still no further. Was with Sky for 14 years and no problems and only on the phone to them 2 or 3 times, not even installed by you and been a nightmare.

    @virginmedia @CarersUK What would help is a discount for Carers, it's great you want to help them communicate, but really the cost of Virgin Media is one of the lowlights of using the service. I wouldn't even mind showing proof to get this discount TBH.

    @virginmedia not sure how an outage can go from being back up at 11am (no), 3pm (no) to Friday at 3pm being the resolution date. 2.5 days with no internet isn’t acceptable.
