Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁
-
CM40 (@CM40UK) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia Sadly I am not, as I have never any compensation for the lost of my connection, I lost Wi-Fi for about hour yesterday but as normal virgin media are not up holding its guarantee. I an@self-employed and the one thing I rely on is my internet connection.
-
Martyn Jones (@TheonlyJonesy) reported from Fleet, England@virginmedia don’t worry about supplying a service that I can use to work from home, I’d much rather leave the house in a pandemic to access stable broadband...!!!
-
Julian Hull (@JulianHull) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

Paul Riddell (@shombell) reported from Ash, England@vmbusiness thanks for NOT INFORMING your business customers about a known outage that has been a fault since FEB 1st. Paying you for 1gb broadband and I simply cannot run a business with this type of service. Will look to cancel my service asap. You are clowns in disguise!!
-
PaulineAyres-S/W (@paulineayres) reported from Blackwater, EnglandOmg @virginmedia the worse service you could possible get 😡
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@SinghT2j @virginmedia It’s been down a good 3 days in the last 14 here. Otherwise it’s either slow or randomly intermittent. They really need to sort their network out, it was never this bad until 2 weeks ago.
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@GuseensLV @virginmedia Ah man, I’m with ya. 350MB here was fab until 16 days ago. Been “OK” today, had a relatively stable connection but it never crept over 10MB and that was if I was lucky *sigh*
-
Stuart Ross (@sturooo) reported from Guildford, England@virginmedia really loved spending almost an hour and a half on the phone to get cut off and the promised call back if that happened not happening. I just want to cancel my contract
-
-
gonzo (@pears0) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?
-
Wendy Earle (@wearliegig) reported from Guildford, England@virginmedia Appalling customer service! Im@trying to report the death of an account holder and can find no way of getting through. Waited on the phone line so long that it eventually went dead on me.
-
Stuart Zissman (@stu_ziss) reported from Fairlands, England@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s
-
Paul Austin (@BagshotTwit) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia I upgraded to the Ultimate Oomph package in Jan but still waiting for the order to be completed. I’ve contacted customer services on numerous times but no success, I’ve also raised a complaint. How do I actually get some help to complete the order?
-
Craig Hannan (@CraigHannan4) reported from Tongham, England@virginmedia Awful customer service. And it is virgins fault. They offer the referral offer. Not the 3rd party company.
-
_jarl_ostensen (@psjarlo) reported from Guildford, England@virginmedia Service status is all green, which is wrong because there is known maintenance work happening. My point is that planned work should happen over night to reduce impact.
-
TGP (@terrygparrott) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia I'm paying for 350 Mbps and getting less than 100, very poor now. You website says no problems so its telling porkies!
-
PaulineAyres-S/W (@paulineayres) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔
-
CM40 (@CM40UK) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia My cancellation date is already set 11th Nov 2022, as I have to give 30 days notice. Reformed Prisoner (@formerprisoner_) reported@virginmedia Next time, do what you promise and you will. Just a shame that you’ve had 3 opportunities to do that with me as a customer and you’ve failed all three times.
-
Daniel_DOA4 (PSN) & Daniel DOA4 (XBOX) (@Daniel_DOA4) reported@virginmedia even though I haven’t been happy with my service it has been good most of the time, mind other companies I’ve been with are more consistent. Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reported@virginmedia just trying to cancel an engineer appointment by phone. The amount of questions I am being asked to verify it’s me is absolutely ridiculous. They are wanting information that I will have to look up on my computer which is not to hand, so unfortunately they will have to turn up at my house and I will have to tell them they are not needed and I will tell them why.
-
Dee Ess 🇬🇧 (@gowlos60) reported@JeanDifford It's made very clear that you do if you want to: 'Watch or record live TV on any pay TV service, like Sky, Virgin Media or EE TV. Watch live TV on streaming services like YouTube, Channel 4, Amazon Prime Video or any international channels'. I don't want a criminal record.
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.
