    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

    @virginmedia you've sent me an email saying I've only part paid my bill. It's a direct debit, you decide how much to take from my account, not me. I don't have time to spend hours on the phone trying to fix your mistakes, and your "Contact Us" link in your emails go to a 404 page

    @virginmedia 100% been taken over a week ago. I see other people complaining about this, so it's definitely not an issue my end. If it's affecting random people across the country, it's unlikely to be a customer issue.
