@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

@virginmedia the customer service has been abhorrent to say the least, let alone how difficult it is to chase up on appointments. Nothing shows up on the app even though its logged on the system that its meant for 8am-1pm. Is there anything that you can do bc your phone lines are unacceptable

@virginmedia Hurrah , spoke to a lovely person, 5 mins issues sorted. The generic email so poorly written with incorrect info caused all the problems. Suggestion, review your emails.....they are causing a lot of your call volume!
