    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia nearly 4 weeks after arranging installation and we still don’t have internet. No one can tell us anything or when we can expect to have it. Such terrible service too!

    @virginmedia customer service is beyond shocking. Reps don’t listen, lie and refuse to help. Icing on the cake is my graduate daughter having £123.34 taken from her account DESPITE being told this would NOT happen. Going round in circles. No one ever phones back.

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

    @virginmedia I don’t understand how you can get away with 10%+ yearly bill increase with no service improvement. I’ve been with you for 15 years and enough is enough, I’m switching. No other company does this - I’m speaking to the communication ombudsman, it needs investigation

    @virginmedia Thats continued to happen, but now smart TVs and even phones upstairs are running slow. We've had connection issues before, but not this bad. Would moving router upstairs with wired connection to 2 x computers work. If it would, would a VM engineer do that? Ta 2/2

    @virginmedia Hi my partner has no signal on his Virgin Mobile service. Are there any problems in the KA16 9JA area? He cannot log onto his online account so cannot check there.
