Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@SinghT2j @virginmedia It’s been down a good 3 days in the last 14 here. Otherwise it’s either slow or randomly intermittent. They really need to sort their network out, it was never this bad until 2 weeks ago.
-
Stuart Ross (@sturooo) reported from Guildford, England@virginmedia really loved spending almost an hour and a half on the phone to get cut off and the promised call back if that happened not happening. I just want to cancel my contract

-
gonzo (@pears0) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?
-

-
Paul Riddell (@shombell) reported from Ash, England@vmbusiness thanks for NOT INFORMING your business customers about a known outage that has been a fault since FEB 1st. Paying you for 1gb broadband and I simply cannot run a business with this type of service. Will look to cancel my service asap. You are clowns in disguise!!
-

-
Marti Jerrard - K74 (@K74Marti) reported from Farnborough, England@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.
-
Adrienne (@adimarlow) reported from Camberley, EnglandSwitched to @virginmedia broadband in Nov ‘20 and agreed to pay more per month than I was paying before just to get reliable broadband. Now I find myself never using the Wi-Fi at home and the kids having to use my phone data to complete school lessons and work as it is SO BAD 😡
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, EnglandAargh. @VirginMedia broadband is down again, 20 mins here in GU14. That’s 13 days of poor service. I’m trying to WFH and daughter’s trying to do her homework online. This is infuriating.
-
Peter ***** (@hoarp001) reported from Fleet, England@virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.
-

ex999 🇬🇧 🏴 (@maurice_1960) reported@virginmedia @misselledee Do you think that no service might mean the Internet page might not be available
-
Jazza (@jmilprint) reported@sharonmariahall @virginmedia I've never had a problem with them, consistent fast Internet, TV works fine. When I thought of leaving they gave me a reduced price all done through Whatsapp.
-
Ian (@Jd95975184) reported@misselledee @virginmedia If virgin cant provide you service from 30 days of you reporting the fault you can leave for nothing, they are very incompetent when dealing with customers, deal with one agent who promises to sort it, never does, you phone back then its a different agent and you start all over
-
Craig Aldridge (@CraigA3) reported@virginmedia I have messaged you team online, replied to their emails and tried calling. But your team told me my package wouldn't change as I moved home then have sent me a contract for 4x as much and then decided to not pass security with me to fix. It's an evil scam
-
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.
-
DonegalDúnedain 🇮🇪 (@DonegalDunedain) reported@moefitzpatrick I was expecting less support tbh, but the anomaly that is FFG 90 year old voters whose only source of info is Virgin Media and RTÉ will always upset perceived public opinion.
-
JJ (@TheLedge1916) reported@thejournal_ie What ******** has this idiot been watching? Rte ,Irish times , virgin media all up the holes of the government
-
Garry (@paragaz) reported from Streetly, England@virginmedia hey. I am trying to speak to someone about my account but turns out nobody recognises my account number. Can you PM me to organise calling me please. I've tried the text message service

Adrian Bird (@bigbally) reported@virginmedia If you want to know how really BAD this bunch of COWBOYS are - listen to BBC Radio Four "You & Your" Monday 13 April. Utterly inept and incompetent. STEALING a LIVING. The Senior Management should HANG THEIR INCOMPETENT HEADS IN SHAME.
-
Alan Cripps (@cripps_alan) reported@virginmedia do you ever listen to to your own customer service recorded messages ? They are awful ! Totally unclear what we are expected to do to restart service ! . And why does your customer service team not start until 8am when they are based in India ? Makes no sense
