    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

    @the_pieface @virginmedia I put my vm hub in modem mode and got a proper router, that sorted a lot of my connection issues. Also check all the cables, one might be loose.

    @the_pieface @virginmedia Mine used to be the same mate constant drops and cutting out has multiple engineers tell me nothing was wrong, then I switched the BT Gigabit had it for around 6 months now without 1 single issue mate

    @virginmedia I pre-ordered broadband with TV before moving in and the connection does not work. Call centre helpless! Cannot send engineer!! How frustrating and stupid.

    @virginmedia Your customers’ time is valuable and they are paying you for a service. Problems happen, not your fault, but the real test of a company is how they are set up to respond. You are clearly woefully lacking I am sorry to say.
