Marti Jerrard - K74 (@K74Marti) reported from Farnborough, England@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.
-
CM40 (@CM40UK) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia My cancellation date is already set 11th Nov 2022, as I have to give 30 days notice. It’s been patchy for weeks, now have had no connection on any device for the past 24 hours; as someone who works and studies from home a lot, this is quite worrying and frustrating
-
John Neilson (@flyingjok) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Your web site is not very helpful really - apparently the fault will be rectified by 08.40 this morning. Understand technical problems arise but it’s surely much better to provide proactive updates rather than to react in receipt of complaints?
-
Sian Prime (@SianPrime) reported from Guildford, England@virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Our Electric World (@O_E_W) reported@TheEvEngineer @gigaclear @MartinSLewis I used to get the same with Virgin Media when it was our only option. Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.

A S (@AS04642849) reported@virginmedia twice today I've been waiting on the phone 30mins just to cancel my contract. This is taking the mick and still not through. Why can't I do this online?! I'll be telling my bank to cut my direct debit. Good luck taking me to small claims.
-
Declan Carty (@declancarty) reported@IrishTimes Perhaps someone like the excellent Patrick Freyne might investigate why, after all these YEARS, Sky subscribers in the ROI cannot get ITV channels, whilst Virgin Media customers have no probs in doing so. Is it still supposed to be a ‘rights’ issue ????
-
Vic ❤️ (@CheekyVic) reportedIt is without doubt that @virginmedia are one of the most terrible organisations I have ever come across. Your customer services is shocking!
