    @virginmedia customer service is beyond shocking. Reps don’t listen, lie and refuse to help. Icing on the cake is my graduate daughter having £123.34 taken from her account DESPITE being told this would NOT happen. Going round in circles. No one ever phones back.

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

    @virginmedia would call within 4 hrs. Then I was told they would phone me by 6pm. Then at 8:30pm I was told the first person never booked the phone call and that another booking was made for an engineer to phone me and I would have to wait up to another 4 hrs for the engineer to phone me. So

    @virginmedia I am on live chat on WhatsApp (it took me 4 hours to get an advisor) but it’s no help. He confirms that there is no Netflix in my account but doesn’t seem to understand that we had it included and still should until December 2023.

    @graemefowler @virginmedia Virgin were a nightmare when I was out of contract. They wanted to charge me loads, I ended up going FTTP. Three calls to cancel and on the last call they offered me a really good deal that I’d have probably stayed for if they’d offered that first.. Moronic.

    @virginmedia Strange, both my calls were answered almost immediately, it was the call handlers being obstinate that drew out the calls. The call quality was excellent both times right until they finally listened to me asking repeatedly to cancel my contract. Then they hung up
