    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia time to leave, you’re staff are wonderful individuals that spend hours trying to help your customers but at the end of the day you don’t care about your customers. Wonder what other providers are going to step in and help?

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    @Aklamio @virginmedia I contacted customer support. There was no support forthcoming and a very dismissive response. I suspect incognito mode prevents cookies working but I’m not aware there were stipulations on this when applying the code.

    @wagonxburnerx Reminds me of when my partner died young suddenly a decade ago when I was preg and I was in hospital with shock and @virginmedia called me re a bill. Told them the situation, I got ‘sorry bout that but this money needs to be paid now’. It was so cold & cruel I never forgot it😞

    @virginmedia Now resolved took about 2hrs it's a constant issue in this area especially with the Internet and anytime we try to report we get advised there are no issues in area it's really frustrating

    @GillibrandPeter Dump @virginmedia they are the worst company I have dealt with, I was a customer for all over 20 years but they offered new customers a better deal then they have ever offered me, and wouldn't match. Took me 3 hours on the phone to cancel!
