    @virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

    Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

    @virginmedia customer service is beyond shocking. Reps don’t listen, lie and refuse to help. Icing on the cake is my graduate daughter having £123.34 taken from her account DESPITE being told this would NOT happen. Going round in circles. No one ever phones back.

    @virginmedia Basically we wanted to save money as we were paying too much so we spoke to you guys and we were offered the £99 package which was great but sadly the system was down so the lady said she would call us back in the week. Well that never happened and then a direct debit went

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

    @virginmedia We are going around in circles. Your team just go through the same script each time we call. Please arrange escalation to a manager to investigate why your support team cannot resolve issues due to flawed process.

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

    @virginmedia It seems that it's only @virginmedia who are surprised when every school holiday their insecure Comms box at the end of my street gets broken into and hundreds of people lose their broadband!?.. Apparently we aren't paying them enough to put a lock on the doors!..

    @virginmedia - Congratulations on having the worst cancellation process in history. Followed the automated process correctly to then be transferred 3 times and asked to repeat verification 3 times. Absolutely dire journey. 😭

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler I moved on the 22nd July. I still have no internet. I have contacted all customer service who have no idea why my installation date has been cancelled today and postponed Who do I write to for a complaint? Pre-installation team said they can't help.
