    @Firesnapper999 @virginmedia It’s really frustrating; the third technician was brilliant, replaced everything almost like a new install and it worked great for just over a week. Now the status site says everything is good whilst a call to support says it isn’t. #Grrr

    @virginmedia Truly astounding. I have spent hours trying to get virgin to actually carry out promises made and we’re still not there. I’ll swear the customer services reps I speak to are under so much pressure to move on to the next call they make it up as they go.

    @virginmedia don’t worry about supplying a service that I can use to work from home, I’d much rather leave the house in a pandemic to access stable broadband...!!!

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

    @virginmedia hi virgin.. my TV is showing error codes c217 and c230. I have turned everything off and reset modem and tivo boxes 5 times and more and still no Internet. Its my husbands account but he's away till Thursday. Help please

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service! Im@trying to report the death of an account holder and can find no way of getting through. Waited on the phone line so long that it eventually went dead on me.

    @SinghT2j @virginmedia It’s been down a good 3 days in the last 14 here. Otherwise it’s either slow or randomly intermittent. They really need to sort their network out, it was never this bad until 2 weeks ago.

    @Binky_2301 @virginmedia The service was pretty reliable until now 19 days ago. Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

    @virginmedia Called yesterday PM: engineer tested the line, said there were network issues despite status page saying to the contrary. Was told you were fixing the issue but today is day 15 and no BB since ~15:30 yesterday. I have to go to the office, no choice. Poor/no BB = risk my health 🙁

    @virginmedia Yes, zero issues in area for broadband, pulled apart and reset the router numerous times. It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.

    @JayneCellis @PatrickChristys @virginmedia I would hope all HR departments up and down the country are urgently reviewing their safeguarding policies not only when their Sikh employees are working in customers homes but also in their workplaces working alongside others who can not and do not carry any weapons when at work

    @virginmedia what's going on in CF14? The broadband is constantly dropping out. App is useless... always says there's nothing wrong until I check the hub, then it's an "intermittent signal". This is just woeful.

    @virginmedia I would assume it will always show that info incorrectly since your site seems to be outdated and not taking account of the fact that with phone-via-router when your broadband is down so is your phone!

    @virginmedia M43 area…. error code W02…. Did what virgin suggested and just blank channels….. this is getting ridiculous….. can’t watch tv when I’m sure Virgin will want payment for a service my parents can’t access half the month….

    @VirginMediaIE Shocking Virgin Media Mobile. Can’t receive calls from Vodafone numbers for 6wks now. Now told it’s a widespread problem after being fobbed off for a month. Not good enough - VM should have been honest with subscribers and advised them but chose deceit instead
