    ‘ere, @VirginMedia, it’s been a full month now of totally unreliable service at my house; 5 engineers later, with the last call to 0345 454 111 on Friday saying you KNOW there’s a problem and it WILL be fixed in 24 hours. I called bullshit. I was right. Sort this out!!!

    Everyday this week and again today @virginmedia has stopped working… constant resets and in some cases down for 3-4 hrs at a time which is preventing work, training, education & entertainment! Come on #Virgin sort your reliability out pse

    @virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?

    @virginmedia Nope. There’s “nothing wrong” with the broadband according to the status page. Never is. It’s always the hub supposedly downloading updates. 10 weeks of this now, getting a bit bored of the lack of service TBH. This needs to be escalated.

    @virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

    @virginmedia I have followed every instruction as advised. Turned off, set, check status and even network issue in area.. it just keeps dropping out daily with no know issues. It’s as if faster broadband has actually slowed it all down! Pse sort it out

    @virginmedia nope, no issues, just no 4G coverage in the same 1-2 mile radius i've been having issues with for nearly 6 months now, always this same area, never anywhere else, there's a new extremely tall building and many building works in the area which i was told are nothing to do with it

    @virginmedia Virgin Media please sort out the problem? I have phoned, tried to chat, phoned again, tested everything, lady on the phone said be sorted in 24 hours, it’s your end not my hub, it’s still not working. This is not acceptable it’s been 3-4 weeks now with intermittent connection. :(

    @virginmedia No doesn’t help & it’s inside parts of the house &parts of outside same for my dad & he’s next door . I think it’s got worse since they merged & I understand a new mast is close by . But as signal is so poor and call connection weak I don’t feel confident if needed in emergency
