    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

    @virginmedia Given that there's no sign of a dig team or pull through team so far today and it's now day Eight without any service, I'd suggest that now would be a good time to escalate and to get someone with authority to contact me ASAP. A phone call would be appreciated.

    Virgin Media support line says contact them through WhatAp but when you do it says they are too busy dealing with phone queries. The phone service however says there is a one-hour wait and you should try WhatsAp.#virginmedia
