    @virginmedia Hi HS. I did a few times. At first had to wait for a long time and then the Internet worked for a couple of minutes and then went down. The second and the third time, the same happened. The 4th time, I was waiting to be connected to your IT dept when it started to work.

    @virginmedia Which wasn't possible for me to fill out and access. Because I had no internet. And yes, I could have used my phone except I can only use my phone for typing for very short periods of time. I'll add accessibility issues with customer service to the form when I fill it out.

As someone who marked social media posts in a past job, you’ll be getting low marks for grammar, customer service & 1st contact resolution

    @virginmedia I did that and it says it's fine. No problems detected. But then the fact it keeps cutting off begs to differ. Like I said my friend on the other side of town is having the same problem so?

    If anyone is having problems with #virginmedia mobile service not allowing calls or texts incoming. Try ringing out. For some reason I called out to test it and then all my texts came through after at least 2 days of not working 👀 @virginmedia

    @LichVtuber Man, Virgin Media sucks. 😩 Perhaps after your birthday, you should try to find a better service. Or, if you are able to, try to find one beforehand.
