    @virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

    @lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @sweet_melodiii @psanders1976 @virginmedia Yeah it’s crazy. I even went and plugged the phone charger in as it was becoming ridiculous. Worst thing is, if you call to upgrade (pay more) or want sales, you’re connected in seconds.

    @virginmedia Please can you remedy this by arranging for someone to ring me back now. Or just fix the two issues. Virgin Media has NUMEROUS records (audio and written) of both the issue and what needs to be done to fix it. Simples.

    If you consider becoming a @virginmedia customer, please think again. Very poor broadband service, but even worse (none) customer service: they will frustrate you in circles with bots or humans who speak like bots (wait 25 mins before they answer) - stay away from them!
