@virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

@virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

@virginmedia yep month in advance .. they checked all that over phone too.. it's the engineer visit I need .. and 5 days from fault if mental for £££ a year .. if you've not enough engineers say so, if there's engineers busy in my area go fix sooner .. both can't be true ..

Suggestions for good phone networks please? Been with @O2 for over 15 years but I pledged never to give Virgin Media a penny of my money ever again because they're an untrustworthy, unscrupulous shitshow. So since the merger I need a new network. Ideas?
