@virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

Virgin media is honestly the biggest load of ******* dog ****. I thought getting a new router would make it better. If anything it’s made it worse. How they’re still going as a company is unbelievable. We pay good money for the best. #scam
