    @SinghT2j @virginmedia It’s been down a good 3 days in the last 14 here. Otherwise it’s either slow or randomly intermittent. They really need to sort their network out, it was never this bad until 2 weeks ago.

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @virginmedia Promised date someone to sort external connections come and gone and still same s*****. Can’t believe 4 weeks and nobody can’t fix it. 🤔I think something is fishy @virginmedia get it sorted

    @virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?

    Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @virginmedia Nope. There’s “nothing wrong” with the broadband according to the status page. Never is. It’s always the hub supposedly downloading updates. 10 weeks of this now, getting a bit bored of the lack of service TBH. This needs to be escalated.

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    So the great @virginmedia debacle continues. Replacement box shows up but doesn't work. Told someone will call me tomorrow or today after reviewing my account... no one has. Then told a call booked in for saturday but I am still without a functioning tv package I am paying for.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with VODAPHONE, they were charging me Twenty quid for a maximum down speed of 10 MBps dsl, found company called hyperoptic, doing 1GB fibre for 25 pounds I was being ripped off scammed for nearly 2 years.

    @virginmedia where’s the mute button on the 360 remote so I don’t have to listen to that good awful advert banging on about how good it is, when it isn’t, just needs muting. Hopefully I won’t have to watch it forever.

    @virginmedia absolutely terrible service, our wifi connection has continuously dropped out 10s of times a day since we started using their service, we booked for an engineer and they didn’t turn up, rebooked for today and they haven’t turned up again! Think we’ll go back to BT 👌

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I cancelled @virginmedia after 15years last week as my bill hit £200. They offered me a decent package but I said no. Phoned me over 6 times over the next 2 days before I answered only for them to offer me a worse deal than the one I turned down. Madness
