-
John Neilson (@flyingjok) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!
-
John Neilson (@flyingjok) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Your web site is not very helpful really - apparently the fault will be rectified by 08.40 this morning. Understand technical problems arise but it’s surely much better to provide proactive updates rather than to react in receipt of complaints?
-
Prof Mark Whiteley (@MarkWhiteley) reported from Godalming, England@virginmedia No - Still cannot get anyone to cancel the contract and send a final bill - even though I moved 3 weeks ago and wrote to you 5 weeks ago!!!!!
-
Rob McEwan (@robmcewan1966) reported from Finchampstead, England@virginmedia Truly astounding. I have spent hours trying to get virgin to actually carry out promises made and we’re still not there. I’ll swear the customer services reps I speak to are under so much pressure to move on to the next call they make it up as they go.

If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

-
megb (@Gbarch1) reported@virginmedia Our service in CM16 went down on Thursday 28th @ 10pm. Ridiculous 'updates' have been sent every few hours. The supposed fix is now 2nd June. What on earth is going on?
-

♛ 𝔹𝕒𝕒𝕝𝕥 (@DrBaalt) reported@footballontnt What’s the deal with TNT Sports and Virgin media and the HBO app. Signed up. But the app doesn’t allow access. And for that reason I’ll be gone in 30 days. This time forever. Such a ridiculous solution. Doesn’t work. So it’s gone and so is my business. Forever.
-
Ed61 (@Ed6114) reported@virginmedia and how do I get rid of the awful self promotion advert that is constantly banging on about how good V360 is? It start when the box powers up and then when I start browsing something to watch, it moves to the bottom right hand corner.
-
ProfessorChocolateCaXe (@ProfChocCaXe) reported@PeteUK7 @olivetreedogs @virginmedia You believe in a fake "disease" with an almost 100% survival rate, the microscopic number of people who DID die had serious underlying health conditions anyway (notable example: George Floyd), that had "no symptoms" list as a symptom but you would still get anyway even if you were vaccinated from people who weren't vaccinated and was so "dangerous" that the entire economy had to shut down and everyone would be forced to stay at home unless they were out rioting for BLM.
-
markrmifsud (@markrmifsud) reported@virginmedia Its now showing that it should be fixed at 13:05 today. Fast approaching 2 days of no service
