MissB (@M_Coneley) reported from Fernhurst, England@virginmedia No it’s not an end of contract discount being removed, worrying if it was since the increase is just £4., it’s for investing in service improvement. The point I was making, which seems to have been missed, is the current service keeps failing & def not close to 99% reliable
-

John Neilson (@flyingjok) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Still no landline service to home and neighbour similarly. -
Thom Gibbons (@TheBadgerG) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia Yes, zero issues in area for broadband, pulled apart and reset the router numerous times. -
Louise Boxall (@Louiseboxall) reported@virginmedia M43 area…. error code W02…. Did what virgin suggested and just blank channels….. this is getting ridiculous….. can’t watch tv when I’m sure Virgin will want payment for a service my parents can’t access half the month….
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
