@virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

@virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

@virginmedia There is a fault in the cables on main road & Not within my property which is why I have so many issues. A specialist team needs to replace the street cables or I need to be connected to another box. You have one close to my house but it requires a specialist team to do this.

@virginmedia Every time I explain this and request for this to be done they send out a normal engineer who can’t compete the work! And I’m back to square one. I’ve wasted days off work, hours calling customer service, and paying over the odds for terrible connection and customer service
