Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

Peter ***** (@hoarp001) reported from Fleet, England@virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). -
John Neilson (@flyingjok) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Your web site is not very helpful really - apparently the fault will be rectified by 08.40 this morning. Understand technical problems arise but it’s surely much better to provide proactive updates rather than to react in receipt of complaints?
-

Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia Nope. There’s “nothing wrong” with the broadband according to the status page. Never is. It’s always the hub supposedly downloading updates. 10 weeks of this now, getting a bit bored of the lack of service TBH. This needs to be escalated.
-

This update aims to give you quicker access to your apps, recordings, and recommendations. It's all a social media. Everyone hates it. Do you take feedback from? Your customer
