@virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

@virginmedia as you can see from the BQM graphs from 30th Dec to today 2nd January their is a problem with my connection (red spikes) these spikes is causing bad packet loss and some apps stalling loading on phones and tablets, didn't think I'd be looking for a new ISP in 2023
