    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

    @virginmedia No issue with the television. The chromecast and other HDMI devices work fine. The TiVo box appears on, but is providing just a blank screen. It seems to respond to the remote, but no output. Switched HDMI and TV port.

    @virginmedia Shame you can’t keep everyone connected, I’ll be cancelling mine as I’m sick to death of losing connection on my broadband, wouldn’t mind once but when it’s nearly everyday, love taking our money but can’t provide the service you promise, what a laughing stock of a company!!!

    @virginmedia I did call but not much joy. There cant be that much difference in price between movies and sky sports but the increase was awful. I cant wait for my contract to end because then I will definitely be going to @SkyUK

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply guys. Sadly the issue keeps coming and going. The screen freezes then I get two green lights on the front on the router. One of these then flashes before I get red lights on the front of my TiVo box.

    What a shambles of a company @virginmedia are. I left them in january this year as their prices kept creeping up. I have been getting bills ever since and have made numerous phone calls to their customer services who on speaking to them say i actually dont owe any money

    And it is a mistake on their end. They keep saying a manager will phone me back to sort out. This has never happened. This week i received a letter from a debt collection company saying i now owe over £200 in unpaid bills. Phoned @virginmedia again yesterday
