Was told you were fixing the issue but today is day 15 and no BB since ~15:30 yesterday. I have to go to the office, no choice. Poor/no BB = risk my health 🙁

Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.
