@virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

@virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

@virginmedia I upgraded to the Ultimate Oomph package in Jan but still waiting for the order to be completed. I’ve contacted customer services on numerous times but no success, I’ve also raised a complaint. How do I actually get some help to complete the order?

@Binky_2301 @virginmedia The service was pretty reliable until now 19 days ago. Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

Dear diary, day 16 of poor/zero broadband. I called @VirginMedia, joined a queue, cooked, served & ate dinner, started watching The Simpsons then after 48 minutes of Jake Bugg and some other repetitive on-hold phone entertainment, they cut me off!

@virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

@virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

@virginmedia I raised a complaint with o2 when speaking but I highly doubt this has gotten anywhere considering it’s taken since 20/04 to get some way forward with Virgin Media I’ve not even received a sim card from o2, by online order was placed on 06/04 This is beyond shocking service!!

So @virginmedia started spamming me again with letters about joining their broadband. Their awful broadband that I left in 2020 when it constantly didn't work (I know from neighbours it still doesn't). I can't contact them via email/chat to say leave me alone. HEY. LEAVE ME ALONE

@virginmedia please can you review service quality, we moved from Sky because your supposed speeds were 3x faster however we have been plagued by “intermittent” service issues and told repeatedly to “check back in 24hrs” without resolution. Impossible to speak to anyone.
