    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    @lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

    @virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

    @virginmedia - absolutely hopeless !!!! Trying to cancel as moving house ... telephone line for moving off due to Covid, web chat not working, no “button” on site to press even though instructions say to press it .... impossible to contact!!!!

    @virginmedia oh no this has been ongoing for several months! all these tests were with a vpn on, (wireguard, london server hosted by zare), no issues with speed drops on any other network, right now getting 8mb/s down on my home network through it, but i only get 4-6mb/s on virgin!

    @virginmedia I have given virgin media broad band cancellation notice on Feb 7th 2022 and virgin media broadband service cancelled on March 1st 2022.But this has been sent 3rd party capital resolve team and when I reached the team they mentioned that my service still active.

    @MammafulZo @virginmedia @skytv I guess based on customer experience you will leave and damage makes sense but with the internet again sometimes ppl on social media can advise. Sky don’t do proper fibre but won’t matter if you aren’t a heavy user.

When we went to renew they said the cheapest they could do was £67, until i put a complaint in and suddenly as we were gonna leave they managed to rangle the same deal for £27.     that's also while maxing out the upload at home, over wifi for the virgin media test there was basically no other network activity
