-
CM40 (@CM40UK) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia My cancellation date is already set 11th Nov 2022, as I have to give 30 days notice. Marti Jerrard - K74 (@K74Marti) reported from Farnborough, England@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.
-

-
Ashen (@Ashen33vr) reported@caulmick @Kerrytara Why are RTE, Virgin Media and Irish Times not reporting on this? Isn’t this a big news story? Shouldn’t the tax funded media be reporting on issues like this!?
-
Bob (@ChrisJordan1002) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin Media are unambiguously the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They had the recent ruling against them for a reason. Profit over Compassion every single time…
-
You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.
-
LGWLGWLGW (@lgwlgwlgw) reported@virginmedia Done this multiple times. Engineers have confirmed there are regular intermittent network outages in my local area which cause broadband to drop out for up to 10 mins at a time. Not good. Also no priority for anyone at Virgin Media to fix the issue any time soon

-
ABDUL (@MrMufc77) reported@virginmedia yes there has been a outage for over a week now they fix the problem then it goes off again after a few hours 😡
