Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris 🍺 (@cbm64) reported@Benleo Some years back I was having awful issues with VirginMedia. On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!
-
Andy Nightingale (@Mat_Man_Miracle) reported@Benleo @virginmedia They are without a doubt the worst. I'm in a cable area and they jack the price up every 6/12 months and send a letter out confirming. Had an issue they never, ever sorted despite promises and engineers saying it would be. Never again.
-
6igantuar (@6igantuar) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I left them for BT and never looked back. BT have call centres in the UK. They'll reply to you on here and offer to help but you'll end up getting nowhere as I also did this about 3 times, so I know. Useless company.
-
Matt Valentine-Chase (@IAmMattVC) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I had a similar issue with plusnet and open reach, still waiting for the fibre to be fitted. I think it's the beginning of the end for this level of poor service, people have had enough.
-
Sir Paul A (@PaulAllen007) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Wait til you try and cancel or move house. They are the absolute pits. Never use Virgin Media people
-
cclinton.! (@grancake) reported@virginmedia I have had to do a factory reset the lady on the phone, was brilliant but at my age it wasnt it easy now I have to reset all my passwords for Netflix prime etc very bad
-
LWT Martin (@LWTMartin) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I’ve been hearing this for years and as a consequence would never, ever, consider anything from Virginia Media. Doesn’t help you, I know, it’s just a ‘you’re not alone’ type sympathy.
-
NC (@deputynclegg) reported@Benleo @ChrisSleven @virginmedia I concur......Virgin are crap...and I moved to Sky at the earliest chance I could....but can also say Sky aren't much better - and they both make it as difficult as possible to actually talk to someone if you have a problem - I would say though that Virgin are the worst
-
Kathy Miller (@KathyMi25429227) reported@virginmedia I can't log in because noone will change the outdated email I registered with you 25 years ago so I cannot access onlime... am about to go to Ombudsman as have complained 3 times and nothing done, truly appalling service. Others in my area are moving from Virgin as too unreliable
-
AndyC (@ACforReformUK) reported@Benleo @virginmedia This "quality" service is endemic in the UK these days, there's no accountability, if you got £50 for every aborted attempt, you can bet they'd get it done 1st time every time. OFCOM should punish these firms with huge fines and bring in accountability, otherwise this will just go on.
