-
gonzo (@pears0) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?
-
PaulineAyres-S/W (@paulineayres) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔
-
Daniel Saunders (@danjsaunders) reported from Guildford, England@virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

concerned person (@nkgms) reportedIs there a problem with Virgin Media tv in the Bushey, Hertsmere area?
-
Hank (@Hank83416250473) reported@TrapitJon @virginmedia Shocking mste, been down since Friday, got a fix time and date of tomorrow at 4pm
-
roach!! 🧀 INDONESIA IN 4 MONTHS!!! (@LORDCANTl) reported@virginmedia hey. can you explain why our virgin tv suddenly decided to become "cogeco" and insist we're in canada when we very much live in the uk and have never been to canada? we cannot access any streaming services.
-
Nottinghill Man (@nottinghillman) reported@virginmedia I think this has been reported now but our WiFi at W2 4TJ went down on Wednesday evening. A call out engineer the next the next morning merely confirmed that the problem is apparently on the street, not in our house as the engineer apparently thought initially. But no repair yet
-
ANDY YATES (@ANDYPVFC) reported@virginmedia @El_Lloydie It's pointless sending you lot messages as customer services is an absolute joke.
-
Cububo (@pokerchamp_Cbbo) reported@koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then 😵💫 I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage 🥀
-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia My point was that the date of fix changed from 1 day, to 2, then 4, 3, 10, 4, and 10 days. Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.
-
John Mercer (@Merse2506) reported@itswesty @virginmedia Virgin are shocking at responding. Mine has been doing it for weeks. DM them tney send a link that doesnt work
-
Ian (@Jd95975184) reported@misselledee @virginmedia If virgin cant provide you service from 30 days of you reporting the fault you can leave for nothing, they are very incompetent when dealing with customers, deal with one agent who promises to sort it, never does, you phone back then its a different agent and you start all over
-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia First thing this morning you said the outage in my area (22) would continue for another week, then another message saying it would be fixed today, and now a message saying it'll be a week again. Is there a playbook you guys are using to wind up its customers?
