Yes, tried rebooting, off/on etc, status says everything OK, Called yesterday and there IS an issue. When are you going to fix it?

I called bullshit. I was right. Sort this out!!!

Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

This is why your retention rate is diabolical because the introductory offers expire and the new offer is 300% more than what they was paying. Should be illegal

The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.

JFT97 (@Mr_ITellYah) reported@virginmedia The issue is it’s not the Tivo box. Also, recording series is not as straight forward like on the Tivo box. None of the features on it are particularly great. Tivo box is just all around better. 360 is a downgrade!
