    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @virginmedia so to renew my contract you are updating my plan to £75 a month. I tried calling but that’s the best you can do. But your team also said it would be £26 if I was a new customer. You guys really know how to lose customers. What a joke!
