@virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

@virginmedia No issues for 2 years but recently my area appears to be over subscribed and virgin have been traffic managing and shaping the downstream speeds I have 500mbit package but get 80 - 100 and 350 - 450 in early hours like 3am. and speed has steadily declined recently. Halton Widnes.

@virginmedia The messaging service don’t give any real advice. I have been told by them so many times that the issue will be resolved on a particular date, with no result. It’s so depressing. Surely you can arrange a call back? I can’t hang around on the phone all day anymore
