@virginmedia My cancellation date is already set 11th Nov 2022, as I have to give 30 days notice. You lost my business yesterday after one of your CS decided to try and change my package to make it cheaper thinking that would sort problem, he wasn’t listening to complaint!

@virginmedia Truly astounding. I have spent hours trying to get virgin to actually carry out promises made and we’re still not there. I’ll swear the customer services reps I speak to are under so much pressure to move on to the next call they make it up as they go.

@virginmedia Yes, zero issues in area for broadband, pulled apart and reset the router numerous times. It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.

@virginmedia Yes. And there customer service email. I also tried the contact number. But not accepting calls. Surely this should be automatically credited to me. I shouldn’t have to chase it. Sent loads of emails over the last few weeks now. I’ve just been ignored.

Hi @virginmedia you did an update in my area for wifi yesterday. And my wifi hasn’t worked since. I have switched on and off a few times since and also retried to reinstall. I moved from sky a month ago to you due to wifi issues and I have them with you already.

@virginmedia Sadly I am not, as I have never any compensation for the lost of my connection, I lost Wi-Fi for about hour yesterday but as normal virgin media are not up holding its guarantee. I an@self-employed and the one thing I rely on is my internet connection.

Useless service from @virginmedia called 2 discuss package options on hold for ages the agent says he was trying to help them puts me on hold then put the phone down. If their customer service is like that I think I’ll try give someone else a go @skytv can you do better?

@MoneySavingExp How about they just deliver consistent service? I am leaving Virginmedia and they are making it hard, there rules state if I don’t get the speeds promised they I can leave without penalties, I’ve had 7 times where I have connection in the last 3 days! @virginmedia @richardbranson

@virginmedia I have followed every instruction as advised. Turned off, set, check status and even network issue in area.. it just keeps dropping out daily with no know issues. It’s as if faster broadband has actually slowed it all down! Pse sort it out

@virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

@virginmedia Yes I have on multiple occasions, I have just been taking to engineer who running the 30 day test, while taking to him I had 3 lost connection issues. Your employees are trying say that I will have to pay to leave my contract, @Ofcom state, I can leave without penalty

@virginmedia How can the service function without a connection? There is no computer to consume data across the network. I have attempted to shut down the account too. Spoke with your customer team on several occasions. One of them said that they would refund but didn't follow up.

@virginmedia I managed to ring it took an hour in total. It was showing a stability issue. I rebooted a second time and we have been on no problems since. 🤞no more issues

@virginmedia I was getting 10mbps. Earlier, then it was ok, then my Upload was faster than my download, then it was ok. Your service checker goes between "No known issues" and "Intermittent Service".

@OfficialTracieB @virginmedia Awful awful company with terrible cust service. I vowed never to go with them again after I left. I’m also taking steps to leave 02 mobile after many many years die to them having now merged with Virgin. I hope you get this resolved Tracie 🙏
