Now I find myself never using the Wi-Fi at home and the kids having to use my phone data to complete school lessons and work as it is SO BAD 😡

The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

Then to try and say I will arrange the charge to be waived as if that solves the issue. Nothing should be waived for starters as I didnt get what I purchased

Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @itswesty Is this WiFi or ethernet if WiFi will be a device issue. Turn all devices off, restart the hub then bring one device up at a time until the internet drops then will know which device has the issue.
