@virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

@virginmedia I've tried, countless times. Just get told you're too busy. Had a 3 hour text chat with one of your people too, only to be told after said 3 hours that he wasn't able to deal with my request. You consistently offer THE worst customer service I've ever experienced.

@virginmedia I can't because I cant.reset the pw as it asked for the date and amount of last bill then tells me this is incorrect. Plus ive had engineers out who adv next step is to fix the cabinet as everything from my pc to the cabinet has been checked or replaced
