He said you were working on it, it would be fixed but no timescale. 15 days of unreliable BB is awful. Have had 100% outages of up to 36 hours.

It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.
