Neo ✨ (@NeoRobins) reported@virginmedia are abysmal. After harassing us for weeks by knocking at the door we decided to switch to them. Only to be left without wifi for almost an entire month. And customer service keeps making empty promises, telling us that it’ll be installed the next day.
-
Tommy Fitz (@blugun) reported@virginmedia down again, 2nd time in two days🙄🙄🙄
-
KP (@KP_1886) reported@virginmedia Your broadband outages are absolutely unforgivable. We’re paying good money for your internet only to be denied the ability to do our jobs because we have no WiFi. The fix date keeps changing. It’s not improving. Yet we’re still paying. What are you doing about this?
