    @virginmedia Promised date someone to sort external connections come and gone and still same s*****. Can’t believe 4 weeks and nobody can’t fix it. 🤔I think something is fishy @virginmedia get it sorted

    @virginmedia Sadly I am not, as I have never any compensation for the lost of my connection, I lost Wi-Fi for about hour yesterday but as normal virgin media are not up holding its guarantee. I an@self-employed and the one thing I rely on is my internet connection.

    How do we resolve our internet problems if there’s no one at Virgin Media who’s willing to help, or speak with us??... please sort it out before our router finds a new home in the recycling bin.... @virginmedia why does it have to revert to shouting out loud on social media?...

    @virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

    @ralphyallen @virginmedia Let’s see how long it takes @virginmedia to respond or put something out proactively. I’m trying to call the 0345 customer service number as well as 150 but having no joy getting through.

    @virginmedia Hi AR, I was given no time at all, only that there were ongoing issues the last two weeks then he said 7-10 days. He said you were working on it, it would be fixed but no timescale. 15 days of unreliable BB is awful. Have had 100% outages of up to 36 hours.

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    ‘ere, @VirginMedia, it’s been a full month now of totally unreliable service at my house; 5 engineers later, with the last call to 0345 454 111 on Friday saying you KNOW there’s a problem and it WILL be fixed in 24 hours. I called bullshit. I was right. Sort this out!!!

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?

    @virginmedia Service status is all green, which is wrong because there is known maintenance work happening. My point is that planned work should happen over night to reduce impact.

    @virginmedia TV is not working started pixelated, but after restarting box every channel saying not authorised, plus anytime i try contacting them on any of their numbers or on line chat telling me my account not found. Would be nice if you could update your main page letting people know what is happening and why your contact numbers wont work

    @scottyb1875 @virginmedia That’s inevitable really, but there are alternatives so VM needs to stay competitive with a consistent service. If they can do that, then price really isn’t an issue after all broadband is a must have in this day and age.
