@virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

@virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

@virginmedia must be the take over company's new policy as DM previously done. Logged in , did the contact us and no actual phone number to ring is apparent. There is a phone text feature but that is not a phone number to call for human help it appears to me or am I missing something.

I swear once my contract with virgin media ends for broadband I’m leaving them! I Haven’t stressed this much in the last 15yrs! Slow connection/no wifi I feel we live in a poor country! Not that we do! @virginmedia we live in England and for wifi to be weak it’s unbelievable
