    @virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

    @virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

    @virginmedia Yep. Wired isn’t working either. I have no broadband, no WiFi, no service. Been like this since Saturday and intermittent since Jan/Feb.

    @virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

    @virginmedia I upgraded to the Ultimate Oomph package in Jan but still waiting for the order to be completed. I’ve contacted customer services on numerous times but no success, I’ve also raised a complaint. How do I actually get some help to complete the order?

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @virginmedia Inadequate reply, to my mind, you contracted to supply a service, you cannot deliver that service, uou terminated the contract....perhaps YOU shoukd pay the cancellation fee!

    @virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

    Had nothing but problems from @virginmedia over the last year or so. Regular internet dropouts that last several hours. Phoned Virgin and was told it was a congestion problem which wouldn’t get fixed unless enough people in the same area complained. Seriously considering leaving.

    Tried a chat with @virginmedia Got a BOT!!! Then got Rohan, who seemed very polite then mugged me off with another BOT!!!! I just want my new 360 box please. Ta. I thought Rohan was transferring me to the tech dept but now I'm in a 15 min queue for the Customer Service!!!!

    @virginmedia wifi been down in the area for about 6 hours 🥴 was supposed to be fixed at 4pm then it said 6pm it’s nearly 7pm now , what’s the crack 🙄

    @virginmedia my whole area continually has issues with slow internet and connections with VM. Despite complaints & recording of issues this continues. All checks say the signal and strength is great-so why does it happen. We are paying through the nose for a substandard service

    @virginmedia I want a resolution to the fact that your cancellation team refused to cancel my contract for over 30 minutes and caused me distress as she refused to listen to me.
