    @virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

    Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

    @virginmedia I have spoken to numerous different teams in recent days - no one has contacted me for an update or to advise me of any issues, & nobody has taken ownership of the problem. Why should I have to chase continually? Very poor first impressions.

    Turns out they charge a rediculous amount for calls during the week! It took ages to try and resolve the issue, their customer service was very poor! They forgot to mention all their charges! I would not recommend joing virgin media if you are thinking about doing so.

    @virginmedia Thanks for this, not really helpful though. We just get an incessant number of calls from automated services, always hang up. Have registered with TPS but it's not stopping them. Wondered if you guys have any services/equipment for blocking? Besides getting rid of landline?

    @virginmedia 4. Specifically asked for service to be activated on the 6th of April. Realised half way through the call this had been changed to the the 9th of March. He assured me this was fixed. It was confirmed later it wasn’t.
