@virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

@virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

@virginmedia Inadequate reply, to my mind, you contracted to supply a service, you cannot deliver that service, uou terminated the contract....perhaps YOU shoukd pay the cancellation fee!

@virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

@virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

@virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

@virginmedia Yep. Wired isn’t working either. I have no broadband, no WiFi, no service. Been like this since Saturday and intermittent since Jan/Feb.

@virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

@virginmedia We still have no broadband. The hub which was installed 6 days ago apparently is faulty. My husband is losing £350 today as he can’t without broadband. Despite being ill I have had to go into work as can’t afford to lose more money. Engineer tomorrow. May cancel contract

@virginmedia I’ve had 9 phone conversations with your team totalling nearly 3 hours of calls. They can’t provide an update on when it will be resolved. They keep saying there is no open issue to resolve because a technician came out. Technician couldn’t fix it.
