Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?

I’ll swear the customer services reps I speak to are under so much pressure to move on to the next call they make it up as they go.

I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.

Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.

Your company is not interested in sorting customers out with what they want, rather than making them keep a service they don't need. I was told i needed to keep my phone for Internet!
