    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia Services have been affected since October. Have already registered a complaint. But the the fix date just keeps being extended. Btw, nobody ever answers that number. Your customer services are horrendous. It's a known issue but virgin trying to keep it quiet to avoid paying out.

    @virginmedia None of my laptops/computers can pick up 5GHz signal so they are using the slower 2.4GHz. You said that this would take 2 days to fix a local "p4 outage". It's been 10 days
