    Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    @virginmedia really loved spending almost an hour and a half on the phone to get cut off and the promised call back if that happened not happening. I just want to cancel my contract

    Switched to @virginmedia broadband in Nov ‘20 and agreed to pay more per month than I was paying before just to get reliable broadband. Now I find myself never using the Wi-Fi at home and the kids having to use my phone data to complete school lessons and work as it is SO BAD 😡

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

    Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

    @virginmedia hey there - lost all connectivity at home suddenly this morning and can’t get through to any of your helpline numbers. Is there problem in GU15 3HY area. Can’t understand why 150 and external numbers are either not connecting or just showing as constantly unavailable

    @DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK I had a 2.5hr online chat with them yesterday, trying to cancel my broadband after 27 years as a customer. In the end I told them that I now considered my contract cancelled & would be cancelling DD and billing them for wasted time. Horrible company. Overseas Cust Serv.

    @jeffharris_665 @IsThatPL @virginmedia Your Hub is ******. Nothing to do with the virgin broadband. Ask for a Hub 5. With WIFi 6, it is literally zero issues. I work at home all week, so I constantly use it with now issues.

    @virginmedia stop looting on bill when you cannot provide installation in time. every customer support person does thing as per their own convenience and try to add charges every time. please look into this. I have called many times so far not resolved and making fake promises
