    Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

    @virginmedia We are going around in circles. Your team just go through the same script each time we call. Please arrange escalation to a manager to investigate why your support team cannot resolve issues due to flawed process.

    @Virgin_Victoria @virginmedia Thank you. Virgin Boffin says no issues in area. I have carried out 3 x fully resets and all I am getting is flashing areos and horizontal lines.

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

    @virginmedia No as I am about to drive to work when I should be working from home as I do each Friday and Monday except poor service is preventing me doing do. I will make a formal complaint tonight as this is the second time this week.

    @virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

    @virginmedia customer service is beyond shocking. Reps don’t listen, lie and refuse to help. Icing on the cake is my graduate daughter having £123.34 taken from her account DESPITE being told this would NOT happen. Going round in circles. No one ever phones back.

    @virginmedia I don’t understand how you can get away with 10%+ yearly bill increase with no service improvement. I’ve been with you for 15 years and enough is enough, I’m switching. No other company does this - I’m speaking to the communication ombudsman, it needs investigation

    @virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

    @virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available
