John Neilson (@flyingjok) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!
-
PaulineAyres-S/W (@paulineayres) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔
-
GoldyMcGoldface (@Goldy73) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia The fact you have even done it without telling anyone is a shocking customer service move, especially in this day and age where a lot of people are working from home. Absolutely disgusting service I don't care how long it will take, I need to know of you plan to take it down so
-
Peter ***** (@hoarp001) reported from Fleet, England@virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?
-
_jarl_ostensen (@psjarlo) reported from Guildford, EnglandSince so many of us are working from home it would be nice if network maintenance could be done over night, to minimise disruption...@virginmedia

IrishWill (@DiabloDame1) reported@virginmedia hi, we have a complete outage (waterford city) no TV, no Internet. We have attempted all options, so don't send us links to your website. This is going on for 3.5 hrs. Modem flashing red, can't get work done, & unable to even watch TV. What is going on?
-
ANDY YATES (@ANDYPVFC) reported@virginmedia @El_Lloydie It's pointless sending you lot messages as customer services is an absolute joke.

M&M (@MZ2346441534028) reported@virginmedia I've been communicating with VM via X sharing personal details and suddenly they cannot help me , I would seriously avoid #useless #virginmedia #broadband
-
Phil (@philbreadin) reported@virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @skytv is looking more tempting.
-
Cal (@CNeto97) reported@virginmedia need help M217NS , WiFi down, landline down no way to call keeps disconnecting me on call and your team can’t hear me need to sort this asap
-
Nottinghill Man (@nottinghillman) reported@virginmedia I think this has been reported now but our WiFi at W2 4TJ went down on Wednesday evening. A call out engineer the next the next morning merely confirmed that the problem is apparently on the street, not in our house as the engineer apparently thought initially. But no repair yet

Paul James Smith (@PaulJamesSmith4) reported@misselledee @virginmedia Generic bot replies as usual. Their customer service doesn’t exist. How they’re still in business amazes me.
-
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @ldp17470 Not a virgin issue perform a full power cycle by holding the front power button for 10 seconds, unplugging the power cable for 30–60 seconds, then plugging it back in.
