    @virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

    @virginmedia The account holder is my husband. The account number is 104507406 area 26. I made a complaint 2 days ago, where I put all payments receipts numbers but I’ve not received a response until now.

    Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia putting my bill up by £4.50 a month ... for a patchy as ffk service cheeky bastards , I'm contemplating cancelling it ans watching everything via kodi £115 a month for tv cannot be justified even if I do watch a lot as I'm a loner

    @virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

    @virginmedia I’m trying to solve a billing issue it’s been a month but It’s very difficult since your costumer service is terrible. I’ve paid all my bills but you are insisting that I didn’t. I’ve been at Bank I could confirm that I’ve paid. This is driving me crazy!

    @virginmedia No as I am about to drive to work when I should be working from home as I do each Friday and Monday except poor service is preventing me doing do. I will make a formal complaint tonight as this is the second time this week.

    @virginmedia I have called the team and there is an intermittent issue (apparently not grounds for leaving a contract) but what does this even mean? internet working for 5 minutes then going down for 6 -12 hours again seems fairly serious to me. Would you cover my hotspot charges?
