    Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

    @virginmedia We are going around in circles. Your team just go through the same script each time we call. Please arrange escalation to a manager to investigate why your support team cannot resolve issues due to flawed process.

    @virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

    @virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

    @virginmedia I’m trying to solve a billing issue it’s been a month but It’s very difficult since your costumer service is terrible. I’ve paid all my bills but you are insisting that I didn’t. I’ve been at Bank I could confirm that I’ve paid. This is driving me crazy!

    @virginmedia The account holder is my husband. The account number is 104507406 area 26. I made a complaint 2 days ago, where I put all payments receipts numbers but I’ve not received a response until now.

    @virginmedia £80+ a month and our internet is absolutely shocking. it is SO unexplainably slow, cuts out at the most random and inconvenient times (like during a zoom call🙄) and honestly it’s just not good enough for what we pay. is this a ploy to get us to upgrade?

    @virginmedia What, everyday for 4 months? Behave. Ive checked on the service literally everyday. Comes up as green and no issues. The only issue is your service is terrible. 14 months to go til i can get rid of your woeful internet and it cant come quick enough

    @virginmedia I'd like to get some actual information on the issue and a realistic time frame for it being resolved. Instead of being told the same thing by a robot every day "We are aware of the issue and hope to have it fixed by 4pm". I also want to discuss a reduction in my next bill.
