    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia - On the phone for 3 hours yesterday trying to get a manager from virgin to discuss this issue they have caused. I was advised someone will call me but nothing. Now if I want to cancel I have to pay £200+even though they have still not provided me with a full service

    @dcowley19692 @virginmedia You wasted your own time by being purposely difficult and obnoxious just like an earlier interaction I saw of yours asking them to call your employer to explain theres an outage. Here's an idea, screenshot the details of it, send it to your employer and deal with things yourself.

    @virginmedia why does my TiVo box keep cutting out every evening (wifi not the issue) the box literally just freezes and then cuts out. Why does the App *still* not cover the hub 4? Not a very efficient roll-out of them so far. Been several months now
