WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

Broadband is fine and the box is connected to the TV because it has the welcome screen and the Starting up screen, then says no signal.

Pity you changed the design of the service status page to stop it accepting arbitrary postcodes or you could check it yourself. Guess you aren't keen on people the transparency that would create.
