    @ralphyallen @virginmedia Let’s see how long it takes @virginmedia to respond or put something out proactively. I’m trying to call the 0345 customer service number as well as 150 but having no joy getting through.

    @virginmedia Your web site is not very helpful really - apparently the fault will be rectified by 08.40 this morning. Understand technical problems arise but it’s surely much better to provide proactive updates rather than to react in receipt of complaints?

    @virginmedia Hi AR, I was given no time at all, only that there were ongoing issues the last two weeks then he said 7-10 days. He said you were working on it, it would be fixed but no timescale. 15 days of unreliable BB is awful. Have had 100% outages of up to 36 hours.

    Aargh. @VirginMedia broadband is down again, 20 mins here in GU14. That’s 13 days of poor service. I’m trying to WFH and daughter’s trying to do her homework online. This is infuriating.

    @Binky_2301 @virginmedia The service was pretty reliable until now 19 days ago. Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

    @virginmedia No it’s not an end of contract discount being removed, worrying if it was since the increase is just £4., it’s for investing in service improvement. The point I was making, which seems to have been missed, is the current service keeps failing & def not close to 99% reliable

    @GuseensLV @virginmedia Ah man, I’m with ya. 350MB here was fab until 16 days ago. Been “OK” today, had a relatively stable connection but it never crept over 10MB and that was if I was lucky *sigh*

    Dear diary, day 16 of poor/zero broadband. I called @VirginMedia, joined a queue, cooked, served & ate dinner, started watching The Simpsons then after 48 minutes of Jake Bugg and some other repetitive on-hold phone entertainment, they cut me off!

    @virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

    @virginmedia hey there - lost all connectivity at home suddenly this morning and can’t get through to any of your helpline numbers. Is there problem in GU15 3HY area. Can’t understand why 150 and external numbers are either not connecting or just showing as constantly unavailable

    @SinghT2j @virginmedia It’s been down a good 3 days in the last 14 here. Otherwise it’s either slow or randomly intermittent. They really need to sort their network out, it was never this bad until 2 weeks ago.

    @virginmedia Still no landline service to home and neighbour similarly. It’s been close on 24hrs - pretty irritated that there is no information coming proactively from your team to be honest but appreciate the social team’s responsiveness to my contact

    @sniveldirk @virginmedia Also it’s not reliable broadband. I’m suffering day 15 of anything but the 350MB connection I paid for. Right now it’s dead again. The lack of service forced me to have to work from an office today (again!) How unsafe is that?

    @virginmedia Called yesterday PM: engineer tested the line, said there were network issues despite status page saying to the contrary. Was told you were fixing the issue but today is day 15 and no BB since ~15:30 yesterday. I have to go to the office, no choice. Poor/no BB = risk my health 🙁

    @virginmedia We also want to know how other people have such easy recurring access to our wifi when we have reset our wifi many times even though they do not know our password. If you could message me with some useful help that would be appreciated and i've tried everything already (2).

    So my Gig 1 Fibre with @virginmedia @virginhelp has been intermittent and slow speeds of 50 Mbps for 8 weeks, despite calling them several times a week for 8 weeks & losing 6 shifts of work whilst still paying them in full despite it being down I get a grand offer of...£10...JOKE

    @virginmedia Hi KT I appreciate the speedy reply. I have informed my supplier, however there were no problems prior to your team digging the holes. Could you check the status of your team? They do have lovely signs (A-boards) showing that they are working.

    @virginmedia I tried to use my old phone, that I'd purchased from you, with my son's SIM card. It said Network Locked. Your text service and phone service were unable to help. The text service repeated the messages I show above. The phone service told me it wasn't a Virgin phone when it is.

    @virginmedia So after waiting, Beth has come back and said she is unable to contact the construction team and referred me back to the pre-installation team and given me the customer service number. I have been round this loop so many times already!!
