Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

@virginmedia customer service is beyond shocking. Reps don’t listen, lie and refuse to help. Icing on the cake is my graduate daughter having £123.34 taken from her account DESPITE being told this would NOT happen. Going round in circles. No one ever phones back.

@virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

@virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

@virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

@virginmedia waited for 3 hours to speak to someone from customer services today on the web chat to try to find out why our appointment was cancelled and why no one told us. This was after waiting 30 mins for someone to pick up the phone as well. Want to raise a complaint !

@virginmedia Hi, thanks for responding - no not really, still haven’t been able to speak to anyone regarding my overcharge. After being cut off I was in the queue for another 45 mins before just accepting the automated discount which was offered to me. But the larger issue is still unsolved.

Hey @virginmedia Can someone help? Been trying to give my 30 days notice for 2 weeks now! Wasted hours on the phone trying to cancel all services and yet you guys don't take no for an answer! This really starts getting annoying. Might have to start looking into legal ways.

@virginmedia I am out of contract. He just didn’t want to take my cancellation. He was not the most helpful. I am in the process of grieving for my father that just over a week ago and to be dealing with staff that are so unhelpful during this time doesn’t help.
