    @virginmedia customer service is beyond shocking. Reps don’t listen, lie and refuse to help. Icing on the cake is my graduate daughter having £123.34 taken from her account DESPITE being told this would NOT happen. Going round in circles. No one ever phones back.

    @virginmedia nearly 4 weeks after arranging installation and we still don’t have internet. No one can tell us anything or when we can expect to have it. Such terrible service too!

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia Yes I have followed all the prescribed method of reporting the faults for the last 5 days each time I am told a different story. Not an individual issue whole neighbourhood is facing the same issues since VM carried out some “improvements” in the area. Enough generic responses!

    @Singinmgr @virginmedia Same postcode. Where did you get the info that it'd be fixed on the 17th? App says no issues in the area, but am told 'intermittent signal issue' when I check service. We had a technician booked for Fri and they cancelled it yday bc it was an area issue. Was a temp fix at best!
