    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

    @virginmedia Yes very frustrating. Especially working from home. Unable to get my work done. Engineers have said they're not sure what the issue is. Everyone is having same issues just now. They can only do soo much. Told to request wifi booster. Not helpful at all and has made no difference

    @virginmedia It's just a WiFi issue. It's cutting off constantly or not working at all. We've called and had engineers out. It's made no difference. Completely fed up now and don't have time to make anymore phone calls to be told the same thing each time. No help whatsoever. Beyond a joke now
