    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia Your team is hopeless I am afraid. They give me another engineer appointment in 10 days time despite having waited over a month. When I ask to speak to someone who can help me I get nowhere. Just put through to the same people with no power to solve the problem.
