@virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

@virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

@virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

@virginmedia @TCH5122 Same experience as Tom. No point passing security which is valid for 24 hours if no one responds for days! I've tracked speed for 2 months since my contract start. 8 days I've had close to the MINIMUM guaranteed speed. Your customer service is as Tom describes: pathetic.

@virginmedia I have just signed up for broadband and sim. I have tried to contact you many,many times. How do I cancel. They have put the cable in but you need to come take it out. Uncontactable, text msgs at 7 am asking if I still need help,then nothing
