@virginmedia time to leave, you’re staff are wonderful individuals that spend hours trying to help your customers but at the end of the day you don’t care about your customers. Wonder what other providers are going to step in and help?

  • shombell
Paul Riddell (@shombell) reported from Ash, England

@vmbusiness thanks for NOT INFORMING your business customers about a known outage that has been a fault since FEB 1st. Paying you for 1gb broadband and I simply cannot run a business with this type of service. Will look to cancel my service asap. You are clowns in disguise!!

  • TheBadgerG
Thom Gibbons (@TheBadgerG) reported from Farnborough, England

@virginmedia Yes, zero issues in area for broadband, pulled apart and reset the router numerous times. It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.

  • nbevans
    Nathan B. Evans (@nbevans) reported

@BenZaranko This is just how network operators roll now in hyper-consumption economies I saw a Reddit thread the other day where one guy had ended up paying Virgin Media £130/month just for basic cable broadband. Just because he hadn't challenged any of the price increases for 3 years.

  • Wizz57058652
    Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported

@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia ISP's have to fix it within 30 days or you can leave your contract without the early penalty. @Ofcom

@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Im sure you can after so many days of not working as its breach of contract on their behalf. Look into it.

  • PeteUK7
    Pete 😷 #COVIDisAirborne (@PeteUK7) reported

@virginmedia Good heavens. You think an AI response sending me back to the beginning of the bereavement process is in any way appropriate? It doesn't deal with my issue or answer the questions I asked. Find a human, a senior one at your place and do this properly.

  • stewiejohn2
    Danger Mouse 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@stewiejohn2) reported

@Tony_Minter @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Yes you are correct. I was thinking of a delay to service starting. The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.

  • truthtellerGB
    TheseColorsDontRun (@truthtellerGB) reported

@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia What’s more insane is that you are using Virgin Media. One of the worst service provider in the UK alongside O2.

  • AlfiePupper
Alfie Pupper Esq 2 (@AlfiePupper) reported

Hey @virginmedia how come the only part of your service that works consistently is billing? Posting on here because I have more chance of handcuffing a ghost than speaking to a human employee for help. Funny, cos when you wanted to sell your service we couldn’t get rid of you!

  • bengalisgirl
    Joy Harris (@bengalisgirl) reported

@virginmedia My tv screen has message saying Network out of range days of no service for hour upon hour

  • fergal_hickey
    Fergal Hickey (@fergal_hickey) reported

@VirginMediaIE Shocking Virgin Media Mobile. Can’t receive calls from Vodafone numbers for 6wks now. Now told it’s a widespread problem after being fobbed off for a month. Not good enough - VM should have been honest with subscribers and advised them but chose deceit instead
