    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    @virginmedia Hi, I was on the right package but as I wasn't a new customer, rather a customer of 20 years I was expected to pay £6 a month extra where as a new customers gets UHD free on the same package. I've sorted it this morning on live chat, thanks for the reply.
