@virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

@virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

@virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

@virginmedia Just spoken to someone who was very good. Apparently they don't have access to the system that allows you to move one hub to a new address. They're sending new hardware, which is great, but I can't help think you're wasting money on this.

@virginmedia @dqjackson The pixelation issue was NOT short-lived, it was from 18:00 to 21:25, nearly 3.5 hrs. That the SD feed was unaffected is not relevant to the complaint, it isn't what the complaint pertains to. Now you are refusing to make any refund without writing to @Ofcom to take it further.
