@virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

@virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone. There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

@virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

Well...an entire day of no internet connectivity today after ‘planned disruption due to network improvement engineering’ yesterday by @virginmedia. Amazing. 20min onhold to be told by support that my router is offline...thanks but that’s what the status lights are for. #shite

@virginmedia Thanks for the response. As far as I’m aware I can’t text you so you can run diagnostics. I also can’t call you free. As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.

I’ve never had a heartbroken ex (my last was over 30 years ago and it took her months to notice I’d gone) but I imagine it’s a similar experience to leaving @virginmedia - suddenly they’re attentive and concerned, and won’t stop asking me why I left. Bit late for that now, love.

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

@virginmedia Also this box was installed over 15 years ago, with age it looks like the cable tie that was keeping the cover on has broken, the wires inside look exposed with actual metal wire being visable. As this is your equipment, how exactly is this chargeable to me?

Imagine paying crazy money for Xfinity, for it only to keep going down. I have to upload my university work by the end of today but can’t because of outage. I miss my virgin media internet back in England. Even in the middle of countryside I could still get fiber. This sucks
