    @virginmedia since I have moved to you 2 months ago, my TV service has been poor and broadband speed not as promised. This is despite a no of lengthy phone calls. Before I issue formal complaint please can I ask you contact me to resolve Thanks cc @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Thanks for the response. As far as I’m aware I can’t text you so you can run diagnostics. I also can’t call you free. As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.

    Well...an entire day of no internet connectivity today after ‘planned disruption due to network improvement engineering’ yesterday by @virginmedia. Amazing. 20min onhold to be told by support that my router is offline...thanks but that’s what the status lights are for. #shite

    @virginmedia I called and they said they try to fix the problem couse it's local problem. So i had true, bit i already don't care couse i ****** up. I wated my time and my money because of this. And you always doing like this every f*cking week

    @virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

    @virginmedia Yeah, it said same to me as well, but the problem not in my house. I said : nobody has internet connection who use virgin media in the street! I asked them!

    @virginmedia I just get a recorded messsge saying we have a complex issue engineers are dealing with in the LS18 area and would I like text messages, which I have signed up for but nothing has come through since Thursday! Still no TV or internet! 4 days later 😡

    @virginmedia Been a virgin customer for 4 years. Prices going up. Quality of service, both customer and connection going down. Give me a valid reason/s to stay with you My package going to be £90 when new cust £60

    @virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone.  There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

    20 minutes and counting on hold because I have to be “transferred to the department that can close accounts.” And @virginmedia are “disappointed” that their appalling customer service is one of the reasons I am closing my account.

    @virginmedia Paying too much. I can't get through by calling 150 on land line get bored after 1 hours and 27 mins of waiting. I want to stay with virgin media as all I watch is eurosport. Help please😁👍

    @EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

    @virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

    I’ve been phoning tech help for years about this, and NOT ONCE have they said that my broadband has been throttled due to over use. Up yours, Virgin Media. 🖕

    @virginmedia Yes, I have tried checking there. This is what I mean, everyone I talk to at VM tell me to x and y. No one steps up to take accountability and fix the problem for me.

    @virginmedia Yes I did, over the phone. I was never given a reference number and still no response. It’s never easy to get hold of VM customer services. Firstly the waits are long, then you’ll have a bad line / or it cuts halfway of the call or it’s someone who can’t communicate in English…

    @virginmedia Construction?? Do you again know something that I don’t? Sometimes you should just keep quiet. I find that’s best when to open my mouth I am only going to compound the issue. Virgin are done as far as I am concerned. A global communications company that can’t communicate.

    @virginmedia Thank you. Yes I have always had the app, it now says it cannot find me, I try to reset and don’t get the email or anything. (But I’ve been a customer with these same details for years). Is there any online or WhatsApp help? I cannot call as I have no data.

    @virginmedia No. Sometimes I get "We are unable to scan at this time" or I just get a big yellow exclamation mark with a message saying "there is a error in your area, our engineers are working on it" ... Same when I call, no time or date, just a "this is a complicated issue" ...

    @virginmedia No. Error message is c133. I have turned the box off and on again numerous times it is still the same. Says cannot connect to virgin media service
