@virginmedia Paying too much. I can't get through by calling 150 on land line get bored after 1 hours and 27 mins of waiting. I want to stay with virgin media as all I watch is eurosport. Help please😁👍

@virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@virginmedia No, I think the person I spoke to opted me out, but I’ll check my preferences online. It wasn’t a problem, and had the security checks been less intrusive I might have stayed on the call.

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

@virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone. There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

Spent over an hour trying to work out why I have no internet. @virginmedia app tells me all fine in my area, the my router must be turned off. Yet the lights are on everything is connected to it. Just no internet coming through #WTF #FFS #VirginMedia #IJustWantedToWatchGoodOmens

@virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

@virginmedia Thanks for the response. As far as I’m aware I can’t text you so you can run diagnostics. I also can’t call you free. As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.

@virginmedia Your engineer came & said he couldn't insta b/c he couldn't run a wire from our communal corridor. He then lied on his notes on the system saying we rejected his solution. Another engineer was sent out after I phoned up but he was sent on a service visit so had no time to install

@virginmedia Yes there are. Fix is scheduled at 21:45, I've not had internet since about midday. We've never had decent service from you guys. Our wifi is barely usable in the house, I have to use 4G all the time. We have to use wired internet connections for work.

@virginmedia It’s the WiFi, the signal strength goes from 15Mbps to 400Mbps and drops out completely. Add the fact that the coverage in the house is poor, with people that have to do work at home (teacher) and teens that can’t get in their devices causes issues every day.

@BobBrar @virginmedia I've just left them to go to sky for the same reason, poor customer service. First they didn't want to move me from £30.00 a month then soon as I left I get non stop phone calls saying they can do it for £15.
