@virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

@virginmedia Thanks for your advice about the forums. A very helpful person tried to help but apparently no result. I called 789 again today. A ticket has been raised 3-5 days before I get a result. THREE TO FIVE DAYS is not acceptable. OFCOM says I should get a code with A MINUTE

@virginmedia The connect app isnt the greatest tbh especially in the rooms where WiFi is an issue. I’ve tried the pod in every room in the house to find the best spot to no avail, hence the extra 2 coming to try and repeat the signal. So about that hub 5?

What an utter shocking customer service I have received from Virgin Media. TV programmes have been removed from my account without notice without a reduction in fee. Then when you try to phone them you wait for 45 mins to be cut off. Shocking service!
