Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.

Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months. After complaining they opened an investigation, admitted they lost it and they did eventually send me a cheque for £400 😎

Use the 0335 454 1111 number, as I used another one in the past and it had really high charges. I ring them every year to stop them putting my direct debit up.
