@virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

Awful service from @virginmedia Virgin puts address wrong on bill. Complaint submitted. No resolution but complaint closed. Spent half a day chatting w/ CS, they aren't empowered. Told to post hard copy bills to head office at own expense. No email. Not v safe during a pandemic!

@virginmedia The WiFi has started crashing again in Roundhay today!! It took three weeks to get it ‘sorted’ and less than a week for it to go wrong again! Terrible for online lessons and working from home!!

@virginmedia Got on the text service. They spent hours insisting you can get through to the tech team if you ring the number (you can't). They didn't actually know how it worked. Seems the only way is to call up to quit, nothing else goes through to a human.
