@virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

@virginmedia It’s now the 9th day since I requested a PAC code from VM. So I filed a complaint, spoke to OFCOM and within an hour I had my PAC code. My faith in VM is zero - my faith in OFCOM is 10 out of 10.

@virginmedia Thanks for your advice about the forums. A very helpful person tried to help but apparently no result. I called 789 again today. A ticket has been raised 3-5 days before I get a result. THREE TO FIVE DAYS is not acceptable. OFCOM says I should get a code with A MINUTE

@virginmedia They have done everything, from changing the box to the cable. It's so bad one of the engineer advised to probably consider switching provider. It's either virgin reception isn't great and I am not being told or the services is bad. I have not enjoyed Internet since joining.
