    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    @virginmedia Have you any current problems in the YO30 area ? My broadband keeps going off and has done for around a week now. Getting through to your support line is almost impossible. Been a customer of yours since you started. Please advise !

    @virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    Imagine my shock after being away for a week when my @virginmedia is down again 😂 terrible. Was down for 16 days over Christmas and new year and promised it would be fixed. Now it’s broke again 👋

    @virginmedia To charge us extra for the new box even though your services has been awful for 2 years. We then get cut off the phone and told your rep will call back. They don’t call back and sign us up and our bill has gone from £48 to £64.50 and we was told it would be £52. Wtf!!!!

    @virginmedia We have black spots in rooms in our home. We’ve called you 8 times today. I’ve tried chat 3 times. I’ve tried to cancel. You’re messaging on here and keep telling me to check my area status. That isn’t the problem.

    @virginmedia The amount of stress this has caused me has affected my health. Today I got a reply from ur credit amendments team, reply was "pay us". What ur demanding is in dispute! but still no help no listening. Ur mentally pushing me to give up & give u money ur not owed. This is wrong.

    @virginmedia The referral was cause I informed the person that we need boosters/ pods,your app doesn’t work and your tech team can’t order them. They passed me back to the tech team, half way through. Calling your number doesn’t work. I can’t believe the only way to cancel is writing you.

    @virginmedia Ok. The internet keeps cutting off. I have to reboot daily. Status says it’s all ok, but it’s not. Devices say there’s no internet, but your app says no issues. I reset or switch on and off, it starts to work... inputting passwords into devices daily. Stress

    @virginmedia hi please help !!!! My wife has had a drastic 300 odd point decrease on her credit score due to having a £10 outstanding amount she owed you although she had no clue at all that she owed this then out the blue last week received a bill from A collection agency !
