    @virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

    @virginmedia lovely had a power outage for barely 5 seconds in the Yo26 Acomb Area and lost all services and what makes it worse is I appear to know more than your tech support guys about how my services work.

    @virginmedia No, I think the person I spoke to opted me out, but I’ll check my preferences online. It wasn’t a problem, and had the security checks been less intrusive I might have stayed on the call.

    @virginmedia @_jsimpson__ I can vouch for this because I live in this house too. It doesn't work half of the time at least and we all have deadlines and need the internet. We have complained before and nothing improved.

    @virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone.  There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

    @virginmedia just tried to call about a problem with my fibre and your automated system told me to make sure it’s plugged in then hung up!! Five minutes wasted and have to go through it all over again. Poor.

    @virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @virginmedia Yeah, it said same to me as well, but the problem not in my house. I said : nobody has internet connection who use virgin media in the street! I asked them!

    @virginmedia With the main cabling on three engineer visits each one has failed to solve the issue by swapping to another hub 3 your colleague who I spoke to yesterday told me a hub 5 is the solution to provide a more stable connection I’d say that’s the last roll of the dice

    @virginmedia Notice was given and this was just movies. You still have not supplied your terms and conditions Where does it say a customer who has been with you for over 30 years has to take out another contract when all they Want to do is remove the movies from package.

    @virginmedia The problem is outside of the house probably in the main cabling your last engineer who came to the house also wrote this in his notes considering this is the same problem with every hub 3 I’ve had it’s either you’ve got a massive issue with all hub 3s or there’s an issue with

    @virginmedia Very odd. Took out a new contract with you, then for my own reasons wanted to cancel the contract. Called up a week ago to cancel - apparently all sorted. Just had the notification to say the equipment will be delivered tomorrow 🤦
