And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

So; a little concerned it will be off and on all day whilst trying to work. Are you able to confirm?

Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year
