@virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

@virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

@virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

I thought @virginmedia customer service is bad. @TalkTalk takes the cake though. Got transferred over, in circles, to the point I spoke to the same people multiple times. And can't talk to complaints. I've had a line with @Plusnet for 2 years and only 1 issue. Fixed it in hours.

@virginmedia I pay for a 50mbps service which a reasonable customer expects to get almost always as they’re paying for it. You have a 27mbps guarantee which (stress on the) Guarantees speeds will never fall below that unless a total outage occurs.
