    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    @virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

    @virginmedia getting so sick of having to deal with you. Raised a complaint in August had one missed call in August and a letter in September saying you would get it touch only to be told you are now closing the complaint cause I haven’t spoke to you..... seriously this is a joke

    @virginmedia in RM9 as per your records device is back on 30 dec 22 but my one is down until 12 jan. It was resolved after the engineer visit and nee router was installed and I’m not happy to pay from 31 dec to 12 jan because of poor service and I have called in today. Part1

    WiFi in apartment has been down for days, shows up on scans but connects without internet. @virginmedia has shown no outages in my area for days, however they also tell my landlord over the phone that it IS an area outage. What the f is going on mannn

    I've switched my #mobile contract over to @virginmedia and the signal reception is a little better than my previous supplier, but unfortunately still not great. The real problem is I can't get the #WiFi calling working at all and ironically you can only call them, so here I am 🤔

    @virginmedia I made data subject access request. Which was also a complaint raised. Never had any written communication either.
