    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    @virginmedia getting so sick of having to deal with you. Raised a complaint in August had one missed call in August and a letter in September saying you would get it touch only to be told you are now closing the complaint cause I haven’t spoke to you..... seriously this is a joke

    @virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

    Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    @virginmedia why when i make a payment towards my bill, the payment never shows up on the app or even shows up in credit? Every time i check the app it constantly says £0 when it should show the amount i have paid???

    @virginmedia No, on your service status page when you check it shows green, meaning no issues, but the TV one shows up as issues. I have now tried ethernet coonection too, including WiFi, no connection.
