@virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone. There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

I’ve never had a heartbroken ex (my last was over 30 years ago and it took her months to notice I’d gone) but I imagine it’s a similar experience to leaving @virginmedia - suddenly they’re attentive and concerned, and won’t stop asking me why I left. Bit late for that now, love.

@virginmedia Thanks for the response. As far as I’m aware I can’t text you so you can run diagnostics. I also can’t call you free. As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.

Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

@virginmedia so had a complaint lodged, not heard anything in 6 weeks then get a letter promising a call within a week to discuss it and yet again no contact..... total joke and services are still not working right

@virginmedia Paying too much. I can't get through by calling 150 on land line get bored after 1 hours and 27 mins of waiting. I want to stay with virgin media as all I watch is eurosport. Help please😁👍

20 minutes and counting on hold because I have to be “transferred to the department that can close accounts.” And @virginmedia are “disappointed” that their appalling customer service is one of the reasons I am closing my account.

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

@virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

Managed eventually to get through to @virginmedia and BP and anxiety is sky high. Trying to give notice of a 30 day disconnection and was passed from one dept. to another and every time they said it was the wrong dept. I was through to!!! 😤 Never again with Virgin!! 😡😡😡

@virginmedia This reply encapsulates everything that is terrible about the Virgin Media Customer experience. The complaint was not resolved on the call, I escalated it and then got that response and hour later. So pleased that I only have 4 months left on my contract.
