I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

I finally managed to connect to a human on a chat who was next to useless and then sent me an email to say everything was resolved.
