@virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

Imagine my shock after being away for a week when my @virginmedia is down again 😂 terrible. Was down for 16 days over Christmas and new year and promised it would be fixed. Now it’s broke again 👋

@virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

A big problem with @virginmedia's representatives is they do not forewarn you of the changes to your package. This is something that should be part of their service. They either don't know what their own company has with each package or they assume you already should.

@virginmedia All they said was if it’s a problem in your house we will charge you but will send someone round (in a weeks time!!) they came to house and said they need to check outside cables, but it took a further 2 weeks. No one contacted us to explain, apologise or offer a solution
