Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

@virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

@ballerz223 @virginmedia Yes as I said some computers will be slow sometimes but there’s always back up computers for emergencies. It’s a GP practice of course we have our systems fixed as soon as possible…. That’s my work place. I’m at home can hardly call the IT guy to my house can I?
