    My buffering problems have reached their peak and now my internet just isn't working. When I renewed my contract I upped my contract so i would t have any buffering. @virginmedia #WasteOfTime #WTF

    20 minutes and counting on hold because I have to be “transferred to the department that can close accounts.” And @virginmedia are “disappointed” that their appalling customer service is one of the reasons I am closing my account.

    I’ve been phoning tech help for years about this, and NOT ONCE have they said that my broadband has been throttled due to over use. Up yours, Virgin Media. 🖕

    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    @virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    @virginmedia Hi so yeah your router will not connect to my pc or laptop unless it physically connected (meaning I had to buy my own Ethernet over power kit) also my TV set top box has been spotty ever since we moved here. The complaint was to see if I can get some form of compensation for the

    @virginmedia getting so sick of having to deal with you. Raised a complaint in August had one missed call in August and a letter in September saying you would get it touch only to be told you are now closing the complaint cause I haven’t spoke to you..... seriously this is a joke

    Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

    @virginmedia so had a complaint lodged, not heard anything in 6 weeks then get a letter promising a call within a week to discuss it and yet again no contact..... total joke and services are still not working right

    I’ve never had a heartbroken ex (my last was over 30 years ago and it took her months to notice I’d gone) but I imagine it’s a similar experience to leaving @virginmedia - suddenly they’re attentive and concerned, and won’t stop asking me why I left. Bit late for that now, love.

    @virginmedia I use WhatApp because I hate speaking on the phone to people. I'm happy to wait. I'll get to speak to someone eventually. I'll cancel and then in a few days, someone will call me back to offer me a sensible deal. I've been doing this for years. I know how it works.

    Had a bad week with technology Wednesday iPhone has a software bug . Thanks to Apple shop easily fixed. Thursday @virginmedia update on TV fails new remote doesn’t work. Now sorted. This morning my Facebook messenger goes hay wire ! Must be something in my fingers this week

"What's on the screen now?" "...nothing. It's off." (I mean, I understand why, but it was a premium rate phone number, so...)
