    @virginmedia No, I think the person I spoke to opted me out, but I’ll check my preferences online. It wasn’t a problem, and had the security checks been less intrusive I might have stayed on the call.

    @virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

    @virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

    Spent over an hour trying to work out why I have no internet. @virginmedia app tells me all fine in my area, the my router must be turned off. Yet the lights are on everything is connected to it. Just no internet coming through #WTF #FFS #VirginMedia #IJustWantedToWatchGoodOmens

    @virginmedia @_jsimpson__ I can vouch for this because I live in this house too. It doesn't work half of the time at least and we all have deadlines and need the internet. We have complained before and nothing improved.

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @virginmedia lovely had a power outage for barely 5 seconds in the Yo26 Acomb Area and lost all services and what makes it worse is I appear to know more than your tech support guys about how my services work.

    @virginmedia just tried to call about a problem with my fibre and your automated system told me to make sure it’s plugged in then hung up!! Five minutes wasted and have to go through it all over again. Poor.

    @virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone.  There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

    @virginmedia Paying too much. I can't get through by calling 150 on land line get bored after 1 hours and 27 mins of waiting. I want to stay with virgin media as all I watch is eurosport. Help please😁👍

    @virginmedia service received today has been abysmal, worst company I think I have ever dealt with for customer service. You think people have time to spend and hour and a half on phone to get cut off, then another 30 mins to be put through to a closed department. Unbelievable

    @msportfanatic @virginmedia I feel your pain have issues all the time with my VMBusiness account 3routers in 6 mths problem setting up access control in devices, Wi-Fi keeps failing. I’ve given up reporting it luckily I have another fibre provider in the premises I’ll be cancelling when contract ends

    @virginmedia My broadband keeps dropping out and my problems using catch up & on demand are continuous. My frustration is worse by the fact you cannot speak to anyone at the weekend. I have just renewed my contract, however I do have a cooling off period. And I’m on the edge !
