@virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

@EmmaBabeyy93 @virginmedia It's come up on my service status finally and it says its due to be fixed by 13.20. One of the neighbours suggested the solar storm last night caused it because their service is also down! They're not on Virgin. Not sure if there's any truth in it.

@mightymarkuk @virginmedia We have the hub 4 - wifi is rubbish on that too… and virgin say they will give you a free booster if not. No wifi in one room - still wont give us a booster. Network Availability Error C133 at the mo so tivo broken now too 🙄

@virginmedia Well this time it took gadget recovery team to do a basic speed test to determine the fault lies with @virginmedia shame the customer service couldn’t do that and save me 2 hours ! Needs an engineer

@virginmedia Service is rubbish three customer service ladies then onto Gadgets rescue team who did a speed test and determined the problem is with the Broadband provided by @virginmedia that I have just increased to 500 mbs
