    @virginmedia It’s now the 9th day since I requested a PAC code from VM. So I filed a complaint, spoke to OFCOM and within an hour I had my PAC code. My faith in VM is zero - my faith in OFCOM is 10 out of 10.

    @virginmedia It’s been a struggle to check; with no internet… however it first said that there were no issues and now saying it will be out until 3pm. So; a little concerned it will be off and on all day whilst trying to work. Are you able to confirm?

    @virginmedia Thanks for your advice about the forums. A very helpful person tried to help but apparently no result. I called 789 again today. A ticket has been raised 3-5 days before I get a result. THREE TO FIVE DAYS is not acceptable. OFCOM says I should get a code with A MINUTE

    Oh god I got a letter saying that CityFibre are going to be digging up my street "soon"(wth does that mean? Next week? Next month?) and I'm dreading it after the awful débâcle of Virgin Media doing the same thing some years ago.

    @virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

    @vmbusiness hi, in my student house we’ve been without wifi for 3 days now. i’ve used the website to check the service but it says it is working fine. we’ve now been relying on data for 3 days (which is also v expensive). please help!

    @virginmedia Thanks for coming back to me. The last time we spoke (Thursday) they said we’d receive an automated email to say this would be sorted, and that a contractor would be out to fix in 48hrs. Again, we have received no information or contact.

    @rajivnath @virginmedia Only moments now before virgin say it's down to you to chase Yodel. 1 - you can't, Yodel are useless. 2 - It's actually down to Virgin as any contract for delivery is between the two companies and doesn't involve you.

    @virginmedia I rang 2weeks ago Monday to upgrade package and at the same time mention my hub was broken. After an hour on the phone - I was told a new hub v3 was being sent out. I rang this morning - to be told there hasn’t been one sent and won’t be? I have had no wifi internet.

    @virginmedia I also want reassurance that it isn’t active as we called numerous times to set the account up and they did a credit check 4 times. We called again and was told that the account still wasn’t active. At that point I wanted the pac code and told her we don’t want the service

    @virginmedia Why is is so complicated to simply stop VM services? A tech company needs me to write a letter to cancel my subscription, really? The CS lines always busy or redirect until I’ve completed several circuits of the various virgin offices. Appalling!
