    I’ve never had a heartbroken ex (my last was over 30 years ago and it took her months to notice I’d gone) but I imagine it’s a similar experience to leaving @virginmedia - suddenly they’re attentive and concerned, and won’t stop asking me why I left. Bit late for that now, love.

    @virginmedia 1 of 2. I’ve spent 52 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 different people which means security 3 times. Managed to log a complaint as my service has been down since the 16th. My contact runs out in Feb so I asked about lowering from the 200mb as I won’t be home much in the new year

    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

    @virginmedia so had a complaint lodged, not heard anything in 6 weeks then get a letter promising a call within a week to discuss it and yet again no contact..... total joke and services are still not working right

    @virginmedia Yes done all the checks. I would not be able to get 50mb down load if it was not set up. Upload is 0.5mb. Can be intermittent also. Help!

    @virginmedia My complaint is about your offer regarding VM & O2 customers. As the VM acct holder I have been given the VM/O2 bolt on but my wife who is also a VMBB user & O2 at home acct holder has not received it. I have contacted tech support with no joy. Help @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Had an appalling experience today. All I wanted to do was upgrade to Gig1, but the app and the website just seemed to keep me in a loop that never allowed me to select the one thing I was trying to do. I then tried webchat, but after waiting for 40 mins I got no help

    @virginmedia Thanks. Email received on 17/08 to say fibre service to be installed and that cust must have tech booked by 29/09 or outbound calls will be blocked. Customer is vulnerable and not tech literate. Rep unfamiliar with fall system currently attached to landline.

    @virginmedia @age_uk V disappointed with attitude towards elderly and vulnerable customers following unpleasant call with your fibre team. Less than 6 weeks notice of fibre changeover, rather threatening tone from your customer rep is unacceptable.
