    @virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

    On the subject of horrendous customer service, just been told by @virginmedia as I ordered an upgrade to my broadband speed, it means for next week, my speed will be slower than it was in the beginning. And that’s after a 20 min call yesterday, and a 45 minute call today 😬😬😬

    Dear @virginmedia why is my broadband awful? Unstable connections ruining zoom meeting for myself & others. Paying for 100mb download, averaging 38. Should I start paying you half my monthly fee as I'm getting under half of what I'm paying for? Plus buffering on mobile devices!

    I despair. I complain about my @virginmedia internet dropping. They offer a new hub4. Then O2 contact me to say that Virgin signed me up to a £10 monthly SIM I don't need. Now Virgin say I must return their old Hub3 though I have done with a receipt from the collection service

    @virginmedia we have had the New super hub 5 now since 4th of Jan 2022. even my android tablet (Samsung Tab A6 2016 model) cant use the virgin internet AT ALL. i just get 0.04mbps and 1000jidder and it says no internet access. this super hub 5 Is absolutely terrible
