    @virginmedia Thanks for your advice about the forums. A very helpful person tried to help but apparently no result. I called 789 again today. A ticket has been raised 3-5 days before I get a result. THREE TO FIVE DAYS is not acceptable. OFCOM says I should get a code with A MINUTE

    @virginmedia It’s now the 9th day since I requested a PAC code from VM. So I filed a complaint, spoke to OFCOM and within an hour I had my PAC code. My faith in VM is zero - my faith in OFCOM is 10 out of 10.

    @virginmedia Have you any current problems in the YO30 area ? My broadband keeps going off and has done for around a week now. Getting through to your support line is almost impossible. Been a customer of yours since you started. Please advise !

    @virginmedia The service is slow (even sitting next to router I get <50Mbps) and drops out frequently but irregular intervals & not linked to usage. Has been getting worse since we renewed in June.

    @virginmedia Your service, (Broadband, TV and Phone) is off again - the third time this week with extended out of service notices on your status update page. This is unacceptable when so many people are working from home. Why is this happening so frequently?

    @virginmedia 24 to 48 hours to obtain a PAC code from you is not acceptable. Why are your systems not working? I tried using a text message but directed to make a quick phone call. After 20 minutes (quick?) on a call I’m told your system is generating error codes.

    @virginmedia A very long time ago! Several complaints! As I said previously this has been on going for months and I just keep getting passed from person to person! All depends on who you talk to that day as to what you get told, nothing is consistent apart from the bad customer service

    @virginmedia Yes. A complaint was raised, case no. issued, & photos sent >2 wks ago. Have tried to call your “customer services”, trying to speak to the complaints team to get an update… they simply couldn’t help. And you seem very focused on the cabling; what about the carnage to my walls!

    @virginmedia Unless my phone broke the excat same day my wife's did and unless my new sim that virgin said would fix it is also broken then I suggest the transmitter is not sending out dual bands in order for me to get 4g+ that I've clearly been getting for many many years

    @virginmedia She wasn't expecting to be able to collect hardware. She simply wanted to arrange an engineer visit in person as the website didn't work as well as address an issue she has with her phone. She has now managed to book an engineer's visit for tomorrow over the telephone.

    @virginmedia That is false information because the issue is with your cables in the area not my equipment only your online checking service can't differentiate.
